Anjuran dari rasulullah supaya kuat berpuasa

berpuasa di bln. ramadhan adalah sesuatu keharusan untuk umat muslim yang telah akil balig atau arti biasanya cukup usia. berpuasa bermakna menahan lapar serta haus dan menahan udara nafsu sejak terbit fajar sampai terbenamnya matahari.

menunaikan ibadah puasa pasti mesti disertai dengan situasi fisik yang sehat, supaya puasa bisa dikerjakan dengan prima hingga tiba waktunya berbuka. di bawah ini yaitu tips dari sang teladan rasulullah saw supaya kita kuat menggerakkan puasa.

1. mengakhirkan sahur serta menyegerakan berbuka
pertama, sebaiknya kita mengakhirkan waktu sahur serta menyegerakan waktu berbuka. rasulullah bersabda : “makan sahurlah kalian, dikarenakan pada makan sahur itu ada keberkahan. ” ( hr. muslim )

zaid bin tsabit berkata, “kami dulu makan sahur berbarengan rasulullah saw. lantas kami melaksanakan shalat. lantas saya ajukan pertanyaan : berapakah lamakah waktu pada keduanya ( pada makan sahur dengan salat ) ? rasulullah menjawab : sepanjang bacaan lima puluh ayat. ” ( hr. shahih )

rasulullah juga menganjurkan kita untuk menyegerakan berbuka. rasulullah bersabda, “allah ‘azza wa jalla berfirman : hamba-hamba-ku yang sangat saya cintai yaitu mereka yang sangat menyegerakan berbuka. ” ( hr. tirmidzi )

sebagai contoh, bila adzan subuh jam 4. 30 serta adzan maghrib jam 18. 00, maka berhenti makan sahur atau buka puasa janganlah kian lebih 50 ayat ( lebih kurang 5 menit ) hingga kita cuma menahan lapar serta haus sepanjang 13 jam 40 menit saja.

2. makan kurma serta madu waktu sahur serta berbuka
supaya kuat berpuasa, kita dapat makan 3 butir kurma serta 2 sendok makan madu sesudah makan sahur ( sesudah makan nasi serta lauk pastinya ). demikian juga saat berbuka puasa. minumlah air secukupnya ( sekurang-kurangnya 3 gelas ) supaya anda tidak dehidrasi.

dari sulaiman ibnu amir al-dlobby bahwa nabi saw bersabda : “apabila seseorang diantara anda berbuka, sebaiknya ia berbuka dengan kurma, bila tidak memperolehnya, sebaiknya ia berbuka dengan air dikarenakan air itu suci. ” ( hr. imam lima )

kurma serta madu memiliki kandungan kalori cukup tinggi serta dapat berikan daya yang cukup untuk melakukan aktivitas. disamping itu, makanan 4 sehat serta 5 prima layaknya buah-buahan juga janganlah dilupakan,

“kemudian makanlah dari setiap jenis buah-buahan serta tempuhlah jalur tuhanmu yang sudah dimudahkan bagimu. dari perut lebah itu ke luar minuman madu yang berbagai macam warnanya, didalamnya ada obat yang mengobati untuk manusia. ” ( qs. an nahl : 69 )

3. terus berolahraga
untuk melindungi situasi badan, tetaplah berolahraga walau intensitasnya agak dikurangi. jalur kaki atau lari pagi sepanjang 30 menit dapat jadi pilihan. walau kita berkeringat, capek, serta haus, sesudah mandi pagi atau mandi sore insya allah badan dapat fresh kembali. kebersihan yaitu beberapa dari iman. oleh dikarenakan itu walau berpuasa, kita terus bisa mandi pada saat pagi serta petang sepanjang tidak terlalu berlebih.

ibnu mas’ud berkata, “jika salah seorang diantara anda berpuasa, maka sebaiknya saat pagi harinya ia didalam situasi berharum-haruman dan rambut yang tersisir rapi. ”( hr bukhari ).

serta terkait dengan kebersihan badan ibnu umar berkata, “orang yang berpuasa bisa bersiwak ( menggosok gigi ) pada permulaan hari serta akhir hari ( yaitu saat pagi hari serta sore hari ) serta tidak bisa menelan ludahnya. ” ( hr bukhari )

pertimbangkan juga untuk berolahraga 1 hingga 2 jam sesudah shalat tarawih, witir, serta membaca al qur’an. lantas bila haus, kita dapat minum segera.

Mumford and Sons Mumford and Sons kicked off the segment with 'The Cave,' literally shaking the stage the only way a small folk band could -- with lots of foot-stomping and a three-piece brass section blowing jubilant orchestral harmonies.

Mumford and Sons is one such band.
Led by Marcus Mumford on vocals, the "Sons" and Mumford are versatile in their contributions to the band's sound. Mumford (who also plays guitar and drums), Ben Lovett (keyboard, accordion, drums), Ted Dwane (banjo and dobro) and Country Winston Marshall (drums and string bass) make up the group and all lend their vocal talents. The use of instruments that are practically foreign from most country and rock music helps account for the band's distinctive style and sound.
With the release of their first album, "Sigh No More," in February 2010, the London band hit rock radio stations with their first single, "Little Lion Man" that November, as fans anxiously waited for the band to gain well- deserved recognition. This initial hit captured a big following through the quartet's catchy folk sound unique to mainstream rock.
It picks up about two minutes in, with sounds of the banjo and trumpet offering a background of big band-like sound.
A seductive tone introduces "The Cave," as guitar riffs and Mumford's relatable lyrics hit you. "Timshel," the album track following "Little Lion Man," offers an inspirational folk ballad as the quartet sings of unity and support from loved ones during tough times.

VivaOke-SOUTH KOREAN HARDWARE MAKER Samsung has added four Android smartphones to the already confusing array of competing handsets out there.
It's possible that someone on the company's marketing team was on holiday when the firm was coming up with names for these devices, as those introduced are the Galaxy Ace, the Galaxy Fit, the Galaxy Gio and the Galaxy Mini.
The Galaxy Fit is aimed at busy professionals, and has a 3.31-inch QVGA display and a 600MHz processor, according to Samsung, and is easy to use.
The Gio has a 3.2-inch HVGA display, presumably just in case people don't like 3.5-inch ones or 3.31-inch ones.

Samsung today announced four new smartphones from its Galaxy line as the electronics giant looks to capitalize on consumers' infatuation with Android-powered devices in markets far and wide.
Samsung's marketing department claims the Fit will "help you lead a double life with a professional design that doesn't compromise on enhanced capabilities."
-- The Galaxy Gio, customized for "stylish young professionals who want to stay connected," features a 3.2-inch HVGA screen and enhanced social networking capabilities that "marry brains and beauty for users who want a smartphone that offers the best of both worlds."
The Gio will first debut in Russia (exact date unconfirmed) and later Europe, India and China.

VivaOke-Gary Moore, the multitalented guitarist whose periodic membership of Thin Lizzy and solo career spanning blues, hard rock and ballads brought him chart success and the admiration of his musical peers, has died aged 58.
First drafted into Thin Lizzy by its frontman, Phil Lynott, in 1973, Moore had a number of stints with the Dublin groupand subsequently as a blues rock guitarist embraced a range of genres.
Recruited to Thin Lizzy in 1973 by Lynott - with whom he was said to share an intensely competitive relationship - Moore initially played with the group for a few months but returned four years later and went on to play on the band's Black Rose album, released in 1979.
"Playing with Gary during the Black Rose era was a great experience, he was a great player and a great guy," said the former Thin Lizzy guitarist, Scott Gorham, last night.
In the same year, Moore and Lynott enjoyed success with Parisienne Walkways, which reached the UK top 10 in 1979.

Borgnine, a World War II veteran, is still acting.
"Comedy is just part of this man's wonderful career," said his "McHale's Navy" co-star, Tim Conway, who introduced him Sunday.
Morgan Freeman, who appeared with him in "Red," presented a misty-eyed Borgnine the award, pronouncing the old adage: "Life is what you make of it."

The 94-year-old Borgnine was honored for a film and television career spanning 70 years. He won an Oscar for his lead role as a socially awkward bachelor in 1955's "Marty," and remains active in showbusiness.
He tearfully recalled how his mother first asked him if he ever thought about becoming an actor after he returned home from World War II.

VivaOke-Tidak sedikit wanita menjadi takut untuk bercinta saat mereka berbadan dua atau hamil. Sebenarnya seks selama hamil tetap diperbolehkan asal Anda tahu aturannya. Apa saja?

Dr Vanda Mustika, konsultan seks , memberikan beberapa saran untuk Anda para wanita hamil agar tetap nyaman saat bercinta. Setidaknya ada empat hal yang harus diperhatikan:

1. Ada kondisi-kondisi tertentu selama kehamilan yang biasanya tidak boleh melakukan hubungan seks, misalnya adanya perdarahan selama kehamilan, letak plasenta di bawah, adanya infeksi jalan lahir, ataupun kehamilan yang mengalami masalah lainnya.

2. Pada kehamilan tiga bulan terakhir, biasanya perut akan semakin membesar, rahim terdorong ke bawah sehingga perlu lebih hati-hati saat melakukan hubungan seksual. Perlu diperhatikan posisi saat penetrasi, jangan sampai menekan perut ibu dan juga sebaiknya penetrasi penis tidak terlalu masuk ke dalam vagina, karena dapat menekan mulut rahim. Posisi yang aman selama hamil adalah posisi wanita di atas atau miring, sehingga istri dapat mengatur kedalaman penetrasi penis.

3. Pada kehamilan yang tidak mengalami masalah, menjelang hari-hari kelahiran ada baiknya untuk melakukan hubungan seksual, agar prostaglandin dari cairan sperma, dapat membantu merangsang kontraksi uterus sehingga mempermudah proses kelahiran.

4. Namun apabila setelah berhubungan seksual terjadi flek-flek perdarahan, kontraksi, keluar cairan ketuban ataupun kemudian timbul keputihan yang banyak, berwarna, berbau dan terasa gatal, segera konsultasikan ke dokter kandungan yang Anda percaya.

Sementara itu, seperti dilansir dr Drew, ketika hamil, para wanita tak perlu takut berhubungan seks dengan pasangannya. Namun memang ada hal-hal yang mempengaruhi aktivitas seksual wanita saat mereka tengah mengadung, yaitu:

1. Kepercayaan yang telah Anda miliki tentang seks
2. Kepercayaan yang pasangan Anda miliki tentang seks
3. Kondisi fisik pada saat kehamilan
4. Kondisi emosional pada saat kehamilan

Di luar dari faktor-faktor tersebut, sebenarnya seks pada saat kehamilan bisa lebih nikmat. Cairan vagina Anda meningkat, selain itu perubahan pada area genital membuat beberapa orang justru bisa merasakan orgasme untuk pertama kalinya.
