Non so se sia la crisi di mezza età ;-) ..... o più semplicemente la voglia di allontanare i problemi ed i pensieri...
Si perchè purtroppo nè abbiamo passati di problemi... e probabilmente non sono ancora finiti... anzi penso proprio che i nostri "casini" non finiranno mai.. e quindi voglio godermi questa meravigliosa vita... 
Non dico che smetterò di postare ricette... no.. anche se ultimamente non perdo particolarmente tempo a cucinare... ho meno voglia di cucinare.. di fotografare ricette... e più voglia di stare con i miei uomini...
Ci rivedremo con le ricette... e soprattutto ci rivedremo con scatti della mia vita.. (se il pc ed internet funzionano).

Il piccolo Martin dilaniato dalla follia di uno o di molti...un angelo di 8 anni... perso per sempre in un giorno che doveva essere di gioia e felicità...chissà com'era contento di aspettare al traguardo il suo papà... mi si stringe il cuore pensando a lui.. ed a tutte quelle persone colpite da quest'immane tragedia... quest'assurda tragedia...
Non capisco e non capirò mai perchè l'uomo può diventare così crudele...per quale ragione... ideale... o religione...

Ultimamente riesco a postare pochissimo... un monte di foto e di ricette aspettano lì sotto al pc che le scriva e le monti... ma il mio tempo ultimamente è pochissimo... la connessione fa pena... e la stanchezza ed i problemi troppi per trovare tempo... tempo per fare ciò che mi piace...

Il sogno di Dany è qui fotografato e finalmente dopo una giornata, lunedì 8 aprile, piena di inconvenienti è arrivata a casina nostra... con peripezie che solo io e te Dany possiamo fare, assicurazione, temporali e grandine compresi!!

INGREDIENTI:

RICOTTA 500 gr.
ZUCCHERO 3 - 4 cucchiai
COCCO A SCAGLIE DISIDRATATO q.b.
CACAO AMARO IN POLVERE

Mescolare la ricotta con con lo zucchero  ed aggiungere il cocco fino alla consistenza di una crema densa, mescolare bene.
Fare delle piccole palline con le mani e tuffarle nel cacao ricoprirle bene e metterle in un vassoio.

Come prepara l'uovo al pomodoro Daniele credo che nessun altro cuoco rinomato riesca a farlo buono come lui... io non ci provo nemmeno... sarà gli ingredienti che mette... sarà il modo di cuocerlo... sarà la mano... ma vi assicuro che non smettereste mai di mangiarlo e di fare la scarpetta!!

Soffriggere in poco olio extravergine di oliva Dante aglio tritato e alcune foglie di salvia tritate, aggiungere la passata di pomodoro e farle ritirare per circa 5/7 minuti.
Dopodichè prendere un uovo a persona, metterlo in un piatto sbatterlo e versare il tutto nel pomodoro preparato.
Mescolare bene aggiungere sale Gemma di Mare e pepe, far addensare e servire.

Avete in mente quando coltivate i pomodori ed a fine estate rimangono quelli verdi sulla pianta che non riescono a maturare?
Ecco li potete usare per fare fritti e sono buonissimi ma io ne avevo talmente tanti che non potevo certamente tutti i giorni mangiare pomodori verdi fritti, allora mia cugina Emma mi ha dato questa ricettina che è stre pi to sa !
Lavare bene i pomodori e farli a fettine, metteteli in uno scolapasta a strati coperti di sale grosso per una intera notte.
Al mattino sciacquarli scolarli bene e metterli in una ciotola coperti di aceto bianco per una mezza giornata.
Dopodichè lavarli, asciugarli bene, lasciandoli anche stesi in un canovaccio e coperti anche per una nottata.

Quando sono bene asciutti condirli con aglio a pezzetti e peperoncino mescolarli bene e riempire i barattoli preparati e sterilizzati, riempirli di olio extravergine e per essere ancora più sicura poi ho sterilizzato i barattoli in acqua bollente per 20 minuti.
Ed ecco fatto, si possono gustare dopo un mese.
Io li ho anche regalati per Natale e poi li ho usati per vari antipasti... purtroppo mi è rimasto l'ultimo vasetto... e poi sono finiti...

Mettere a cuocere la pasta, nel frattempo in una padella mettere due cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva &lt;a href="http://www.oleificimataluni.com/oliodante/"&gt;Dante&lt;/a&gt; ed il porro affettato sottile, far soffriggere poi aggiungere poca acqua e continuare a cuocere per circa 10 minuti. Aggiungervi la panna e mescolare bene.
Scolare la pasta al dente e saltarla in padella.

INGREDIENTI:

4 UOVA
500 ML PANNA FRESCA
4 CUCCHIAI ZUCCHERO
100 GR. CAFFE' IN GRANI
1 BICCHIERE LATTE
SALE

PER ACCOMPAGNARE:

CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE
LATTE

La sera precedente mettere i chicchi di caffè in una ciotolina con il bicchiere di latte, coprirli e lasciarli così tutta la notte.
Il giorno successivo,montare gli albumi a neve e mettere un pizzico di sale.
Montare la panna.
Montare i tuorli bene bene con lo zucchero, poi aggiungere mescolando delicatamente dal basso verso l'alto gli albumi e la panna montati.

Mettere il composto preparato in stampini individuali o in uno stampo unico, io ho usato stampi in silicone a forma di rosa... e poi stampi vari...

Tenere in congelatore per qualche ora.
Al momento di servire toglierli dal congelatore qualche minuto prima, preparare intanto la salsa di accompagnamento sciogliendo a fuoco bassissimo il cioccolato fondente con un pò di latte.
Sformare i semifreddi

Non posso.. proprio non ce la faccio... io devo sempre cambiare... cambiare immagine del desktop del mio portatile... cambiare copertina e immagine su fb... le suonerie del cellulare poi non ne parliamo ogni 3X2 sono a cambiarle che alle volte non riconosco che è il mio cellulare che suona!! 
Purtroppo questa sono io, forse è un mio difetto... o chissà magari un pregio!! Cambio il posto del divano... del tavolino... del pc.... e meno male che non ho una casa enorme... altrimenti sapete quanto mi divertirei a cambiare il posto delle cose!! Con me non c'è verso di annoiarsi... cambio sempre qualcosa!!
Mio figlio grande quando estra e trova qualcosa di spostato dice "cambiamenti"? Daniele invece alle volte mi fucilerebbe perchè gli cambio il posto delle cose... e poi il bello è.... siccome ho una certa età, siamo nell'anno del mezzo secolo oramai... non mi ricordo dove le metto...!!!
Anche questo blog era da troppo tempo sempre uguale... ed in questi giorni infatti ho cambiato.. cambiato... chissà se questo sarà quello definitivo... TANTO PER ORA NATURALMENTE!

INGREDIENTI:

500 ML LATTE
200 ML PANNA DA MONTARE
400 GR. ZUCCHERO
40 GR. CAFFE' SOLUBILE
80 GR. ALCOOL

Sciogliere nel latte e panna lo zucchero ed il caffè mescolando, appena bolle togliere dal fuoco e far freddare.
Aggiungere alcool.
Passare attraverso un colino.
Imbottigliare e tenere in frigorifero.

INGREDIENTI:

PANDORO AVANZATO OPPURE UN DOLCE SEMPLICE, PAN DI SPAGNA, O ALTRO
LIMONCELLO
PANNA FRESCA CIRCA 100 ML.

CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE 
PANNA FRESCA
CACAO AMARO IN POLVERE

Sbriciolare il pandoro o altro dolce, anche quei dolcetti semplici che si comprano e che costano pochissimo, in una ciotola, aggiungere 1 bicchierino di limoncello, io ho usato quello fatto da noi buonissimo, e 100 ml di panna. Impastare bene con le mani.
Formare dei piccoli tartufi e rotolarli nel cacao amaro setacciato.
Posizionarli in un vassoio.
Portare ad ebollizione la panna fresca e sbriciolarvi il cioccolato fondente, mescolare facendolo sciogliere.
Colare la salsa sui tartufi.
Tenere in frigorifero fino al momento di servire.

Questa ricettina l'ho trovata su I MENU' DELLE FESTE DI ESSELUNGA... ma io l'ho un pò cambiata.

Provateli perchè io li ho già fatti 2 volte e sono andati a letteralmente a ruba!!

Quali sogni e soprattutto quale cassetto? Il mio è strapieno.. avete in mente quei cassetti dove spuntano da ogni parte ogni cosa? ...slip.. fazzoletti.. calze.. calzini scompagnati... culotte...
Ecco questo è il mio cassetto con i sogni dentro... 
il mio viaggio in Sudafrica è lì sul fondo... la borsa di Tod's... no però c'è anche quella di Borbonese... però fa capolino quella bellissima casa color porpora a Lucca... è bellissima... con tutte le vetrate e le stanze tonde.. quadrate.. quanto darei per abitare in quella specifica casa... e per un bel vestito di Cavalli... mah forse mi potrei anche ri-sposare... e poi... il profumo... i profumi... li adoro...e... le scarpe... siiiiii gli stivali... e... e poi...
avere più tempo per leggere... per cucinare... e... aprire il mio ristorantino.. con Daniele.. magari in Croazia... magari sull'isola di KRK..

INGREDIENTI:
PAVESINI
MASCARPONE
TUORLO
ZUCCHERO
ALKERMES
LATTE
CACAO IN POLVERE

Preparare una crema sbattendo il tuorlo con lo zucchero (3 cucchiai) ed una vaschetta di mascarpone da 250 gr.
Inzuppare i pavesini in uno sciroppo di alkermes e latte e farcirli a due a due con la crema preparata.
Sistemarli in un vassoio incrociandoli e spolverare con il cacao in polvere.

Penso che non ci sia niente più del cioccolato che possa riassumere queste parole... e questo liquore al cioccolato le riprende proprio tutte. Facilissimo e godurioso... leggermente liquoroso e cremoso... il sapore del cioccolato con una punta di alcolico...
Chi ama il cioccolato non potrà resistervi... Provarlo... per credere!!
I nostri amici e parenti ne vanno matti. E quest'anno l'ho preparato anche in versione senza lattosio per la mia bimba Pamela.



INGREDIENTI:

LATTE 1 LITRO
CACAO AMARO 75 GRAMMI
ZUCCHERO 250 GRAMMI
ALCOOL PURO 150 ML.

In una casseruola mettere lo zucchero ed il cacao mescolare e sciogliere con un bicchiere di latte, aggiungere altro latte continuando a mescolare fino al termine del latte. Portare ad ebollizione e cuocere per 20 minuti mescolando. 
Far raffreddare poi aggiungere l'alcool.
Mescolare bene ed imbottigliare.
Tenere in frigorifero.

Per la versione senza lattosio usare il latte apposito che non contiene lattosio.

Soffriggere l'aglio tritato ed il peperoncino con l'olio evo in una larga padella. Aggiungere gli scampi tagliati a metà e rosolare bene, mettere 1 bicchiere di vino bianco e far evaporare.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere il pomodoro a dadini ed una manciata di prezzemolo tritato.&lt;br /&gt;

Mettere a bollire l'acqua per gli gnocchetti, nel frattempo in una padella sciogliere una noce di burro e mettervi il salmone a striscioline. Rosolare dolcemente e aggiungere la panna, amalgamare bene. Cuocere gli gnocchetti scolarli appena vengono a galla e saltarli in padella e BUON CARNEVALE!!

Far bollire l'acqua ed il sale e buttare la farina di mais a pioggia, mescolare continuamente e cuocere per almeno 40 minuti, io uso il paiolo elettrico molto pratico e mescola lui così io posso preparare altre cose, come in questo caso che ho preparato il sughetto di mare:&lt;br /&gt;

Rosolare in olio extravergine di oliva &lt;a href="http://www.oleificimataluni.com/oliodante/"&gt;Dante&lt;/a&gt; l'aglio tritato, aggiungere le seppioline pulite, rosolare bene e aggiungere 1 bicchiere di vino bianco, far evaporare.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere i pomodori pelati frullati con il minipimer, un pò d'acqua ed aggiustare di sale.&lt;br /&gt;

Un'idea veloce veloce per risolvere una cena.. è appetitosa e velocissima da fare!

MOZZARELLA&lt;br /&gt;
PASSATA DI POMODORO&lt;br /&gt;
OLIO EXTRAVERGINE DI OLIVA &lt;a href="http://www.oleificimataluni.com/oliodante/"&gt;DANTE&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
SALE FINO &lt;a href="http://www.gemmadimare.com/"&gt;GEMMA DI MARE&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mettere un cucchiaio di olio in una larga padella con la passata di pomodoro, io ho usato la mia preparata con i pomodori del mio orticello, ed aggiungere un pò di acqua ed il sale.&lt;br /&gt;
Far ritirare qualche minuto poi aggiungere fette di mozzarella sparse nel sughetto, far cuocere il tempo necessario alla mozzarella per sciogliersi, girandola una volta.&lt;br /&gt;
Servire immediatamente fumante.

Altra notte di paura: alle 2 e 15 circa riceviamo la telefonata preregistrata dal comune di Massarosa di preallerta terremoto... pieno sonno... pieno rincoglionimento... mille domande.. ci sarà stato il terremoto forte? Noi abbiamo la camera nel seminterrato.. quindi penso magari non abbiamo sentito niente... internet che non funziona... fuori che non c'è nessuno.. solo i cani che abbaiano! Ma hanno telefonato solo a noi?... o nessuno si è svegliato?
Dany va fuori a vedere ed io mi siedo vicino al letto di Miki... Paura Paura Paura... Gambe che tremano per la paura della telefonata.. e poi per la paura che ci sia stato o che ci sarà un forte terremoto... mio figlio grande è al 1° piano lo sveglio? lo lascio dormire? mia figlia a casa non ha il telefono di linea quindi non sa niente... mille dubbi.. mille pensieri.. poi finalmente internet riprende... nussun terremoto... solo pre allarme! meno male! non sveglio e non chiamo nessuno... restiamo svegli solo noi... Miki nel lettone che se la dorme e noi che ci rigiriamo..... poi ci appisoliamo... e suona già la sveglia alle 6,30... io me ne vado al lavoro... e si a Camaiore, dove lavoro, nessuna allerta... come se niente fosse!! 
Fortunatamente nessun terremoto anche in mattinata e nel pomeriggio... che devo dire? Speriamo in bene!!

&lt;br /&gt;
Far rosolare l'olio con la cipolla tritata, aggiungere i pomodorini farli rosolare leggermente e cuocerli piano piano con poca acqua alla volta.&lt;br /&gt;
A fine cottura frullare il tutto con il minipimer, aggiustare di sale far ritirare e mescolare ancora per pochi minuti e condire la pasta.
