FRUTTA FRESCA A PIACERE

Preparare i cestini di pasta fillo: tagliare la pasta a quadrati, spennellarla con burro fuso e sovrapporli 2 / 3 strati sfalzati in un pirottino usa e getta di alluminio, mettervi sopra un altro pirottino e dare la forma ai cestini. Cuocerli in forno statico a 180° C. per 8 minuti circa togliere il pirottino e continuare la cottura per altri 5 minuti.
Metterli delicatamente da parte.
Al momento di servirli, riempirli con crema chantilly e frutta fresca a piacere.

Lavare bene le patate con la buccia, tagliarle con l&#39;apposito utensile (oppure chi non possiede questo simpatico attrezzino anche a mano: infilzandole con lo stecchino e poi tagliarle fini fini).

Fare la pasta per il pane.
 Quando è lievitata rimpastarla con le mani con lo strutto e con olio extravergine. 
Quando è bella morbida spianarla con le mani e metterci sale, pepe ed i fiori di sambuco.
 Impostarla bene.
 Dividere a pezzetti, formare dei cordoncini, intrecciarli e chiuderli in tondo.
 Farli lievitare ancora e cuocerli in forno caldo, io in quello a legna.

 INGREDIENTI:
 1uovo
 70 gr zucchero
 1 limone grattato
 Semi di una bacca di vaniglia
 Un pizzico di sale
 250 ml latte
 10 gr lievito di birra
 100 gr burro morbido
 550 gr circa di farina
 PROCEDIMENTO:
 impastare l&#39;uovo lo zucchero la buccia del limone e semi di vaniglia sale e latte (io nella planetaria) aggiungere metà farina ed il lievito sciolto in poca acqua calda continuare a impastare e aggiungere poco alla volta il burro. Poi finire con il resto della farina fino a che la pasta è morbida ma non appiccicosa (per diversi minuti). Metterla in una ciotola unta d&#39;olio coperta con pellicola in forno con la luce accesa fino a che non raddoppia di volume. Riprenderla e spianarla a circa un cm ( io ne ho fatte anche qualcune più basse). Con uno stampo per ciambelle prepararle e metterle su carta forno sempre coperte di pellicola sempre a lievitare in forno fino a che raddoppiano (circa 2 ore) togliere la pellicola e cuocere in forno a 200°C per circa 7 o 8 minuti.
 Farle raffreddare e decorarle. Io ho usato ganasce di cioccolato e glassa bianca confettini misti.
 Sono una bontà. ... e non sono fritti! 
 E con gli avanzi dell&#39;impasto mini bomboloncini sempre al forno

RICETTA: fare la pasta per il pane. Quando è lievitata rimpastarla con le mani con lo strutto e con olio extravergine. Quando è bella morbida spianarla con le mani un pezzetto mettervi sopra salsiccia a pezzetti, cubettini di mezzina, acciughe a pezzettini e una bella manciata di formaggio grattato.   Seconda ricetta con il mio stampo:
 INGREDIENTI E PROCEDIMENTO: mescolare con il frullino per dolci 300 gr ricotta (io fatta da sola) con 100 gr zucchero, aggiungere uno alla volta 3 uova, poi 100 ml olio, 300 gr farina, 50 ml liquore ( io ho messo Strega) 1 bustina lievito per dolci sciolto in poca acqua. Mescolare bene. Poi aggiungere 250 di cioccolato fondente a scaglie (non ha importanza che i pezzetti siano tutti uguali anzi è meglio alcuni più piccoli e altri più grossi). Mettere nel vostro stampo preferito e cuocere in forno preriscaldato statico per circa 40 minuti a 180 C°

Mettere 2 bicchieri di acqua con un po&#39; di sale a bollire. Appena bolle spegnere e buttare il cous cous, mescolare e far riposare coperto per 5 minuti.
Dopodiché sgranare il cous cous, metterlo in una ciotola con tutti gli ingredienti tagliati a piccoli pezzetti. Condire con olio evo sale e paprica.

Preparare la pasta per pizza, farla lievitare poi dividerla in tante piccole palline, spianarle leggermente con le mani, aggiungere gli ingredienti preferiti: io alcuni li ho preparati con passata di pomodoro dadini di caciocavallo sale origano, altri ho aggiunto anche prosciutto a pezzetti o scamorza a dadini oppure capperi.
Si richiudono a sacchettino e si mettono nei pirottini. Si lasciano lievitare ancora per una mezz&#39;ora e si cuociono in forno a 200° C. per circa 20 minuti. Sono una bontà.

Poi però basta una piccola cosa.. come tuo figlio di 9 anni che ti sente dire che non hai voglia di preparare un dolce... e non puoi permetterti di andare a spendere soldi per un dolce... e con tutta la sua normalità e spensieratezza ti dice:

Invece all&#39;inizio questo mio blog era tutto di più.. erano ricette... erano giorni indimenticabili... erano arrabbiature varie.. erano anche si bischerate a volte... o cose serie altre... era di tutto e di più... 
Quindi questo cambiamento mi era piaciuto si ma poi era diventato quasi un obbligo e mi sono accorta che mi dava noia.... Io sto continuando a cucinare, non ho mai smesso perchè mi piace troppo e mi rilasso, non sento la stanchezza quando sono ai fornelli anche dopo una giornata di lavoro... ma non voglio tutte le volte pubblicare qualcosa... o esserne ossessionata, oppure la pubblico come faccio si fb...
Voglio riappropriarmi di questo spazio mio e condividere quello che più mi passa per la testa.. e chi se ne frega se gli altri leggono o non leggono.
Basta che piaccia  a me!

Preparare la pasta per focacce con: 1 kg farina, 1 cucchiaino zucchero, 2 cucchiaini sale, 450/500 ml circa di acqua, 1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine di oliva, 1 cubetto di  lievito di birra o meglio pasta madre (purtroppo io al momento non l&#39;ho ancora pronta e perciò ho usato il lievito).
Far lievitare fino a che non raddoppia di volume.
Dopodichè stendere la pasta  in una teglia unta di olio, ricoprirla con i chicchi di uva fragola schiacciati e di zucchero poi mettere sopra un altro strato di pasta ed ancora uva e zucchero.
Far lievitare ancora un&#39;ora e cuocere nel forno a legna se lo avete o nel forno tradizionale.
E sognate... sognate.. sognate.. con il pezzettino di focaccia profumato in mano... liberate la vostra mente... al fragrante gusto in bocca... fate sconfinare i vostri pensieri dove più vi piace... e godetevi la vita... che è talmente breve che va vissuta e gustata ogni giorno al meglio.
