&lt;p&gt;The Marketing Assistant will work in collaboration with the Head of Marketing   &amp;amp; Communications, the Intelligence Squared Coordinator, the Marketing   Volunteers and the marketing suppliers to implement our communication   program. Suggested timeframe: one day per week. Immediate start.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Manage the   marketing materials library&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Contribute to the marketing program for our   Sydney Intelligence Squared debates &lt;a href="http://www.iq2oz.com/"&gt;www.iq2oz.com &lt;/a&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and   distribute a regular e-news&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Update the website&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Marketing support of   partnership activities &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain event and other listings with partner   organisations &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Contribute to the social media activity implementation &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Desk   and telephone research to form contact database of special interest groups   relating to the topic including incorporating previous special interest   groups network &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Market and sell tickets via special interest groups for each   Sydney debate &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Communication of details of each debate to the defined   special interest groups and follow ups as requested &lt;/li&gt;
