Esta semana passeando com as "meninas", descobrimos a Tapiocaria Tupiniquim. O local é pequeno, arrumadinho e vende maravilhosas tapiocas. Mas não é só. Por lá você também poderá degustar outros lanches e delícias, como açaí em diferentes tamanhos e acompanhamentos. Adoro quando nessas andanças descubro um lugar assim.

Comida japonesa é tudo de bom e por isso virou uma febre em tudo quanto é lugar. Muitos não gostam ou têm um certo preconceito, mas aposto que se soubessem comer, apreciariam, e muito, a culinária japonesa.

Aproveitando um restinho de fusilli integral e outro tantinho de fusilli normal, fiz essa misturinha com maionese light, palmito cortadinho em rodelas e milho. 
O modo de preparo é o de sempre, coloque água e um fiozinho de azeite/óleo  na panela para ferver. Junte a massa e quando estiver al dente, escorra e reserve. Corte o palmito em rodelinhas. Escorra o milho da latinha. Misture tudo.

Como comentei outro dia, o Vovó que ensinou... está com um novo parceiro, é a Panco, uma empresa com diversos produtos alimentícios de qualidade. Disse sobre a caixa cheinha de delícias que ganhei e uma dessas maravilhas foram os Panfis.
Os Panfis são bolinhos que vem em uma embalagem fofa, de princesinha ou de um menino pirata, e dentro vem dois bolinhos embalados individualmente.

Lendo a Superinteressante vi um dado alarmante, 1/3 da comida no Brasil vai parar no lixo. E apesar de falarmos sempre que as embalagens são o maior problema dos lixões, não percebemos o quanto elas ajudam a diminuir o desperdício dos alimentos.

Vira e mexe eu faço essa batata gratinada e por isso já é conhecida como batata da Nane. É o tipo de prato que adoro fazer, rápido e gostoso. 
Para fazer é moleza, descasque as batatas, corte-as em rodelas (não tão grossas e não tão finas) e coloque para cozinhar numa panela com água e sal.

Outro dia vi uma reportagem na Globo, acho que no Globo Repórter (fico até na dúvida, já que onças e pássaros parecem ser mais importantes e novidade), mas enfim, o programa falava sobre o consumo de agrotóxicos através dos alimentos.
Fiquei espantada em saber que o Brasil é o país que mais utiliza agrotóxicos em suas plantações. E para piorar, como tudo no Brasil, a falta de fiscalização e

Quem me conhece sabe que amo conhecer todo lugar novo que abre, ainda mais quando é algo diferente.
