Need an advice - Calls to and virtual number in Brazil

Hello all,
First of all I'm new to the forum so bare with me if I say anything stupid. I've been a VoIP user since the early days and to this day still using the VoIP as my home phone service.

Currently I have a package with Net2Phone that allows me to receive unlimited calls from Brazil through a virtual number in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (011-55-21...) and place unlimited calls to US and Brazil (Land lines only) for about U$35 a month.

The only problem that I have with Net2Phone is that their customer service is horrible and their web site has been broken for a while and I can't log into my account and make any changes.

From your experience, should I stick with them and forget about the issues that I'm having or should I look for another company that offers me the same service for about the same price?

Also, any company that you guys know that offers unlimited calls to Latin America and that supports SIP so I can setup a little Asterisk server at home?

I call Eastern Europe (mobile). I tried tons of phone cards and find that almost all of them have connection difficulties, especially if calling during the evening or on weekend. Seems like they all use VoIP and try to put to many calls through one channel or something like that. The only card that works ok over busy time is CiCi from http://www.ontariophonecards.ca/cici. It’s not the cheapest, but I can hear my family and can call at the time I need to call.

all outgoing calls i attempt currently give me a busy signal. things were working just fine for me as of yesterday.

any other inphonex users having similar problems?
