Cancellation of Skype

How do I cancel skype international. Last year my son attended a global studies program and we thought it would be great if he could connect anytime from his computer to our regular phone line. I set up the account with my Visa card as an automatic charge. I called Visa to try to cancel that charge but they said the only way I could do it was to cancel the entire card which is really a pain. I visited the Skype pages numerous times but unless I am missing something , there seems to be no clear way to cancel. Just loops you back again and again. The service was great but it is no longer needed and i don't want the periodic charge of twent some bucks being automatically charged to my Visa. Please help!

help with bluetooth dongle

I purchased a USB bluetooth dongle. My computer recognizes it as a CSR item. It did not come with any software. I have Vista home edition on my computer. The dongle will not install completely as it says a driver is missing. The system sends me to the broadcom site for a driver, but IT will not install either. It does not get past the "recognize device" part of the install. Can anyone help??
