Our group, The Leawood Garden Club, really enjoyed eating at your restaurant. The food was so good as usual and the staff there is wonderful. The only problem was that we were so happily full that we didn''t even think about ordering your wonderful rum cake.

My wife and I, together with another couple, dined at V's last night. We regularly frequent V's now that Independence adopted an anti-smoking ordinance. We find the atmosphere warm and inviting. The menu is varied, and we especially like the halibut. The stakes are also very good. We would encourage folks who have not been there to give V's a t ry.

As I had just arrived in the Independence area, I was looking for a quieter Italian restaurant to entertain. I did a quick a search of the area and found this gem! The food was absolutely stunning, from the appetizer to the end-of-meal cappuccino. Service was on cue, but not intrusive. The ambience was quiet, low key and just right for quiet conversation over the great dinner. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives in the area or is visiting!
