Another day, another downpour, New England. I’m going to do my best to provide you with some things to do and places to stay dry. I’m sure you’re with me when I say I’d much rather have the booze pouring than the rain.

This week, Big D and The Kids Table joined Dave and me in the studio. The guys are gearing up to hit the road with Warped Tour, after they shoot a video for their song “Fluent in Stroll”.

Hello hello, my favorite New England Products. This week, members of various bands (Dpony, Hot Protestants, Dental Plans) joined Dave and me in the WFNX studio. They’re here with various tracks for your ears, as well as information about the Dpony CD Release Party, where they’ll all be performing along with Zambri and more. Dpony’s record is being recorded on Wednesday, mixed on Thursday, and released on Saturday. So I assume they’ll spend Friday slapping labels on CDs. Come join the party next Saturday at Great Scott and see how it turns out.

Last weekend was quite an eventful one. We hung out with Taxpayer for the majority of it. Thursday (5/7) was the second installment of our New Alliance Sessions. Everybody had a blast and we’ll be sharing some of those recordings with you next week. On Friday, we got our dance on at The Pill, and then Saturday we returned to Great Scott for The Everyday Visuals’ CD release party. I’ll be posting some pictures from those GS shows soon.

On Sunday, Robby Roadsteamer and Nikki from Where the Land Meets the Sea joined Dave and me in the studio. Robby and Nikki have started a new band called Super Time Pilot, and they stopped by to bless us with live renditions of some tunes from their upcoming release as well as Robby’s last one, I Solved Every Miniquest.

The no-sleep, non-stop pandemonium that tends to come with May continues this week, and here’s where to find us.
