One of the most amazing and unrecognized stories of our time is LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) ... the "big four" server applications that fuel the internet. Whole Wheat Radio uses all four - as do most websites.

I'm proud of my brothers and sisters in the programming profession for creating it and then generously donating it to the world. Without it, the internet -both the good and bad internet- would not exist as it does today.
