There's been a lot of activity buzzing around American Holiday Artists Studios Marketplace, and we'd love to have you all come by and see what our artist members created (theme this time was Vintage Circus) to celebrate our new marketplace site! The artists are excited about the new site as we are! And when their work sells, they may very well put a new piece up within the same month!
We will also be introducing a new gallery called: "Potpourri". This section is offerings from our members who create limited edition, tutorials, patterns, and more for under $25.00!

It's spotlight time to share a few of our American Holiday Artists and their new creations at our marketplace. From carving to needle felting Gloria Lowell has a rare talent for primitives using things found in nature. Not only does she sell beautiful wool for other crafters and artisans to utilize, she incorporates her wools in her own home grown creations. This month at AHA Studios Marketplace Gloria has a delightful needle felted Santa and Snowman vignette. Using a variety of wools to create each piece, Gloria has brought smiles to us all, and will you too. AHA artist Alycia Matthews is next in our spotlight feature. Alycia's been working in paper maché for over ten years. Her line of elegant folk art inspired designs

Self taught AHA artist Melissa C. Miller's gorgeous, new Halloween ornaments would be perfect for your Halloween tree, or window sash. This month, Melissa's set of mixed-media ornaments are the perfect solution to make your Halloween Tree sparkle or to hang from your window. When we saw this next work of fun folk art by Candace Navarrete it made us all giggle! Who could resist this Christmas folk art trio that she's sculpted Candace has a variety of skills including doll making, gourd sculpting and now her full sculpts using air dry clays. Howling Moon Designs is her studio name, and creating one of a kind treasures is her aim: Howling Moon Designs
Award winning AHA artist Sheryl L. Parsons of Mother's Dream Artworks newest work "Gourdelia" as she is affectionately known magically appeared one night in the Parson's gourd patch. Sculpted out of air dry clay and a bit of moonlight magic ,she was painted with layers and layers of color to bring out her best features. So now Gourdelia Witch is ready to take flight for a night of frightful fun! Sheryl has been working with gourds for the past three years, but before that was known for her hand painted and sculpted Santa figures. The daughter of an artist, Sheryl named her studio in honor of her mother, who taught her well. Sheryl invites you to stop by her studio to get to know her better. Mother's Dream Artworks
Living in the gorgeous NE corner of Oregon is the talented AHA artist Dawn Tubbs. Dawn's knack for whimsie has developed over the years while raising three children on a wheat ranch. Her Halloween Moonman glows with golden color, and his twinkling eyes make one wonder if he's got a trick up his sleeve. Dawn used a mix of materials to create this shining fellow, from air dry clay to Halloween fabrics. He would light up your Halloween collection and everyone who spies him.
