We had an overwhelming response to the class that was held a few weeks ago.
We are going to hold it again Wed Aug 4th 1-3PM at the SL Board of Realtors auditorium.

While banks are tightening up their guidelines, buyers are more and more are having their ratings fall.

Self employed have w2s that don’t reflect what they can really afford.

People that have less than perfect credit.

Some may not have a full down payment or have a down payment but the property needs work.

The buyer can afford the down or the work but not both.

Everyone needs a good credit profile. So if you have less than a 740 Credit Score you pay more for everything. Things like mortgage rates, credit card rates, auto insurance and in some cases utility bills.

In today’s employment climate employers have more choices and they will use credit scores to help qualify a candidate.

For those that went to RE Bar Camp and think they should have a Flip Video Camera.

Since you know that using video in your real estate marketing is not a luxury but a necessity I have listed below some Flip Video Cameras for you.

They range from 60 minutes to 4 hours of HD video.

I think that the 120 minutes is plenty for the Realtor. Your videos should not be more than 1-2 minutes, 3 minutes if you have really good content.

You need to think about how you receive emails and videos. If someone sends you a 4-5 minute video, you might not watch it OR a long winded email you probably won’t read it.

He is very famous in the social media world. He records everything in his car with a flip camera on the little tripod. He has a good presence and part of the appeal is that a sense that you are getting a glimpse into the inner workings of a real estate business. Kinda reality show’ish.

Remember if it is about you only your family will watch it at gun point. If you provide quality content it will go viral.

How Many People Have Less Than Perfect Credit?

When you ask that question you get responses like “Everyone” or my favorite is outright laughter.

So what does that mean?

Now ask yourself, how many people know that having a good credit profile is very important?

The obvious answer to that is everyone knows that.

So if lots and lots of people have less than perfect credit and everyone agrees that a good credit profile is important.

Then you should come to the conclusion there is great opportunity!
