Robinson's dreams of future events have been reported to various intelligence services in the Untied States and Great Britain and have, according to various accounts including declassified MoD documents, foreshadowed actual terror-related events. In addition, former NSA official Tom Drake, best known today for his whistle-blowing on NSA "waste, fraud and abuse" confirmed that Robinson's intelligence warning of the 9/11 events was shared with American intelligence agencies.

Robinson wrote to us:

[My dreams from] last night, before last. I was seeing more gas attacks and I was helping people escape. So he [al-Assad] is just playing a dirty game -- he will use them again -- so will Hezbollah.

Other independent intelligence collected by STARstream Research in May and June 2012 suggested a mass-scale event involving the use of chemical weapons originating in the Syrian conflict. STARstream Research recently issued a provision STAR (Spacetime Threat Assessment Report) ALERT based upon new indicators from anomalous mental phenomena and developing events in Syria. Although the provisional alert is non-specific, there are some indicators suggestive of a sudden and deadly escalation in violence. “I have made clear for some time now that I am gravely concerned about the large stockpiles of advanced weapons in Syria. These dangerous weapons, that include advanced shoulder-fired anti-aircraft and anti-tank missiles, and biological and chemical weapons, make Libya look like an antique gun show. Several dangerous terrorist groups, including Al Qaida in Iraq, are active in Syria, and I am very concerned that as the situation in Syria deteriorates, these weapons could fall into the wrong hands. We don’t have to look back far in history to see that, even with the best of information, it cannot be predicted when a regime like Assad’s might collapse. We must aggressively monitor the situation in Syria and keep a keen eye on the status of those advanced weapons. And we must help ensure those weapons don’t fall into the wrong hands. Loose chemical weapons in Syria are exactly the type of opportunity AQ has been looking for. We cannot discount that the Assad regime could make a decision to use these weapons in an act of desperation, and we must act accordingly.”

Syria reportedly maintains a large stockpile of deadly chemical weapons, possibly the largest stockpile of deadly weapons grade chemicals on the planet.

According to CBS News, Britain's Foreign Secretary William Hague reported to the House of Commons "The Syrian military are surrounding and bombarding towns with heavy weaponry, and then unleashing militia groups to terrorize and murder civilians in their homes. These deliberate military tactics are horrifyingly reminiscent of the Balkans in the 1990s."

According to various reports in the mainstream media, the new plot was disrupted by the CIA and involved a refined version of the so-called 'underwear bomb' explosive device first seen in the failed in-flight attack against a passenger flight bound fro Detroit on Christmas Day 2009.

Chris Robinson, the 'dream detective' who once attempted to warn US authorities of aircraft used as weapons of mass destruction prior to 9/11, is raising concerns about danger from volcanic activity in the Canary Islands.

On Wednesday, October 19, 2011, Robinson tweeted to his followers, "This is serious. My daughter Melissa dreamt [of a] massive explosion under the sea floor and thousands of people dead. She just returned [from the] Canary Islands. She has been dreaming [about] this build up for the [past] 6 months [while] she has been living in the Islands. It looks like a massive extinction event will come."

The U.S. Geological Survey reported:

An energetic swarm of earthquakes, most below M 3, has been occurring on the island of Hierro, in the Canary Islands, Spain. The earthquakes in this swarm are too small to be accurately located using the USGS global network of seismometers but are being detected by a local seismic network operated by Spain's Instituto Geografico Nacional (IGN). As of 10 October, IGN has recorded more than 9900 events in the area since 19 July. They are continuing to monitor the earthquakes and the volcano, which is currently at "Yellow" alert status. Robinson has also been dreaming of volcanic activity.

More evidence of cosmic coincidence comes by way of one-time psychic spy Chris Robinson, who has worked with various intelligence persons in the UK, and in the USA following 9/11.

Robinson claims to predict the future by carefully recording and then interpreting his dreams.

On September 5, 2011, Robinson sent Gary S. Bekkum at STARstream Research his dream notes targeted against any possible near-9/11 attack involving USA or UK interests.

A drawing made by Robinson (see complete dream notes here), of a wheel-like object where Robinson noted the attacks would begin, resembles Abdul Haq Square as viewed from above (see the site at Google Maps for a comparison) -- and another drawing appears to be an almost exact match to photographs taken at a distance from the 14-story building under construction where insurgents launched their attack against the embassy site using machine guns, rocket-propelled grenades, and a mortar, according to accounts in the mainstream media.

Robinson wrote "? 14" next to the drawing of the object which resembles several news photographs.

Terror Update: AMP Sources raised concerns

(STARpod.org) -- The latest terror attempt to down a Northwest Airlines/Delta jetliner should be seen as an exclamation mark at the end of numerous warnings provided by sources using AMP -- anomalous mental phenomena.

AMP is best viewed (and this is our position at STARstream Research) as "active imagination in action" -- a rich resource for threat scenario generation.

The official (now partially declassified) history of AMP in the U.S. intelligence community ranges from "not even wrong" to "eight martini results" -- from the absurd to predictions and details so shocking they require at least eight martinis to recover one's sense of reality.

The U.S. government may or may not be currently active in the AMP field; evidence strongly suggests that at least for a time following 9/11, the intelligence community in the U.S and the U.K. "reactivated" human resources with AMP track records.

AMP source warnings began heating up in August of 2009, peaked briefly at the beginning of September, just prior to the official disclosure of several terror plots, and then fell off into November -- the exception being a twelve hour advance warning of impending disturbing paramilitary events on the day of the Fort Hood shootings.

As much as the I.C. would be thrilled to access information from "beyond space and time" to provide early warning, the Fort Hood incident illustrates the core problem with AMP -- too little too late -- this is at best a supplementary resource input into real-world intelligence to perturb the system towards unrecognized threats and away from complacency.

If an alleged document made public by The Times of London proves to be real, it appears the psychic source was correct, and U.S. intelligence was flawed.

The TimesOnLine reports:

Confidential intelligence documents obtained by The Times show that Iran is working on testing a key final component of a nuclear bomb.

A 2007 U.S. National Intelligence Estimate confirmed information we had heard through the grapevine from another source, that Iran was thought to have suspended weapons research in 2003 and had not resumed as of 2007.

A psychic source from the UK allegedly worked with U.S. intelligence shortly after 9/11. Among the targets of interest to U.S. intelligence agencies were nuclear facilities in Iran.

The source claims to have identified at least two hidden locations.

One of those locations was recently revealed to the public.

Fort Hood Psychic Warning: Too little, too late

Almost twenty-four hours before last Thursday night's appearance on Coast to Coast AM, I received a text message from an uncalibrated and untested "psychic source" about a "disturbing vision."

Lisa Lyon, the Coast producer, called me a few hours before air time to discuss the days events: the Fort Hood shooting incident. We discussed whether or not I wanted to discuss the Fort Hood attack, which in the context of my own, personal "disturbing" message, had rattled my "reality hopper" (to borrow a phrase from CIA/DIA psychic Ingo Swann).

Lisa and I agreed not to address the topic during my discussion with George Noory. I explained to Lisa that the information was not specific, had provided no details about the nature of the event, beyond the fact that it was "haunting" and "disturbing."

All of this wraps back around to the nature of paranormal psychology: how does the human mind process "disturbing" information when the details of the disturbance remain unknown or unexplainable?

It would seem to be the case that knowing something bad is about to happen in and off itself will do little to prepare mind, body, and soul for the event when it arrives.

This is not always the case: some events have been prognosticated including details about the location, methods, sources, and more.

Chris Robinson, the British citizen known as "The Dream Detective," claims to be able to forecast these kind of events from his dreams.

Recently Chris did confirm to me that he had contacted American CIA at the London Embassy days before the 9/11 attacks.

When the planes hit the towers, and before the towers had collapsed, Chris was called by an American Colonel who was flying in airspace over the United States -- confirming U.S. authorities were aware of his prediction.

Eventually Chris returned to the United States for numerous interviews and tests conducted by persons "with a great deal of knowledge about remote viewing." The agencies involved included the FBI, the DIA, and the NSA (National Security Agency).

Of the three agencies involved, FBI is responsible for internal American security, the DIA was home to the original STAR GATE psychic spy program, and NSA has been the rumored home of one of the on-going remote viewing programs which survived following CIA closure of STAR GATE.

Chris often expresses frustration that he remains unfunded to personally pursue this line of psychic investigation. Based upon my examination of the 89,900 pages of STAR GATE files, I believe that American intelligence authorities would have gathered as much intelligence as possible from Chris and his methods, then transfer the accumulated knowledge to American intelligence persons (those holding TOP SECRET and higher access).

NSA Alleged to Have Tested Psychics Against Iranian Targets

Several sources, including investigative journalist Gus Russo, have reported that America's psychic spy program is alive and well, hidden in the depths of the National Security Agency.

Psychic sources suggest there is at least one more secret nuclear facility in Iran. A recent statement by Secretary of Defense Robert Gates implies the U.S. government is aware of the existence of the other Iranian nuclear facilities, as reported by Adam Rawnsley for WIRED.com.

Rumors that a psychic spy program had been resurrected to fight the war on terror have been leaked to journalists, beginning with an alleged statement made by Uri Geller to author Jon Ronson, as told in his book THE MEN WHO STARE AT GOATS.

According to Ronson's "goats" book, Uri Geller claimed to have been "reactivated" by a man named "Ron."

A CIA official, Ron Pandolfi, has been associated with U.S. governments interest in strange phenomena since the early 1990s.

Pandolfi responded to our request concerning Uri Geller by denying he had "reactivated" Geller.

Shortly after 9/11, the United Kingdom conducted their own investigation of so-called "remote viewing" for use in espionage, as confirmed by Freedom of Information documents.

The revelation made by the U.K. based psychic source appears to confirm details previously provided by investigative author Gus Russo, coming from NSA sources, according to Russo.

Vague details provided by multiple psychic sources appear to have predicted the recent wave of terror threats. Many of the details provided by the psychic sources were later confirmed in reports from mainstream media sources like CNN and ABC News.

It is unknown whether or not the NSA or any other American or foreign agency continues to investigate or apply psychic phenomena against terror targets. The previous American effort, known as STAR GATE, or Stargate, lasted for more than twenty years before it was finally confirmed by the CIA in 1995.

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates was interviewed by ABC Nightline's Ted Koppel on national television as the former Director of the CIA to discuss the original STAR GATE program.

During the program it was confirmed that the phenomena had produced numerous examples of strange and unexplained perceptions of distant places. According to Gates, the Intelligence Community had concluded that the psychic information was too vague to provide actionable intelligence.

Both the US Navy and the NSA participated in STAR GATE programs. It is possible that these programs continued after the CIA shut down the STAR GATE project, which had been managed by the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Secretary of Defense Gates and UK Psychic Agree on More Hidden Nuke Sites in Iran?

One psychic in the UK advised having worked with an American Intelligence Service several years ago. Apparently one of the tasks provided by that agency was for the psychic to locate Iran's hidden nuclear facilities.

The DANGER ROOM BLOG at WIRED.com is now reporting something our psychic source claims to have discovered: a third hidden nuclear site in Iran. No location or additional information was provided; however we suspect the US agency involved may have been the National Security Agency. It is know that the NSA participated in early psychic research for the US government and many of the NSA activities have been redacted from the declassified STAR GATE document collection.

According to DANGER ROOM:

Asked about his faith in potential verification protocols for Iran’s nuclear program, Gates commented that the administration’s attitudes towards Iran in the negotiations process would hinge on “what nuclear sites might they be prepared to be transparent about that have not been declared at this point.”

Sure sounds like he’s talking about more secret nuclear sites in Iran. It certainly goes beyond the more guarded comments Gates gave on the subject to ABC ten days back.

Update: Multiple terror threats confirmed, as predicted

(STARpod.org) -- Multiple terror threats predicted weeks ago by "psychic spies" using USM/AMP have been confirmed.

Starpod.org received non-specific information provided by multiple USM/AMP sources.

In August and early September 2009, "psychic spies" warned that multiple terror plots were in play and impending events would be revealed by the end of the month.

In the first few days of September, the psychic spies raised concerns that multiple terror plots were in play and would likely converge before the end of September. New York City was identified as a likely target, with subways and trains given a high priority.

Shortly after this concern the FBI moved in and eventually arrested three persons in New York City and Denver.

Other suspects are presumed to remain at large.

The psychic data appeared to cover a broad range of threats including locations in Europe. One item specifically mentioned a threat associated with a "suit" and other threats mentioned "rail car (light)" and "ammonium nitrate" explosive.

(STARpod.org) --- "Psychic spies" (USM/AMP) raised concerns of a new terrorist threat concerning the use of weapons of mass destruction beginning in July of 2009.

Initial USM/AMP information was sketchy but by the first few days at the beginning of September the concern was shifted to New York City.

Over the past week, various elements provided by the USM sources have been confirmed by reports in the media following the revelation of an investigation of a possible plot.

Multiple sources provided different elements of concern. One common element involved "trains."

Today (24 Septermber 2009) an indictment was filed in New York against Najibullah Zazi.

Update: Psychic Warnings, Terror Threat Expanded

(STARpod.org) -- Since we first became aware at the beginning of September of USM/AMP psychic "spy" warnings about a major event associated with a possible terrorist threat, the FBI and Homeland Security have been rapidly expanding their response and issuing their own threat alerts.

Although we have no information confirming that any "anomalous mental phenomena" was taken into consideration by the authorities, the two tracks appear to be converging as media reports continue to surface.

ABC NEWS is tracking the expanding threat at the ABC NEWS BLOTTER terror page.

Elements provided by anomalous mental phenomena are now appearing in news reports, including the identification of a "suit" associated with the threats.

Although we would never consider psychic perceptions as "actionable information" (disclaimer below) -- nor would any authority, after twenty plus years of government run and managed programs -- as futurists interested in the predictive powers of the human mind, we will continue to monitor the situation as reported in the media.

Dressed in a black suit, white shirt and blue tie, a 32-year old German citizen-turned-terrorist says al Qaeda cells in Germany are poised to attack if next week's German election outcome is not to the terrorist group's liking, according to a new video released by al Qaeda on Friday.

Law enforcement officials say the alleged terror plot against New York City may be "still alive" despite the arrest of its alleged ringleader, 24-year-old Najibullah Zazi of Denver, Colorado.

(STARpod.org) -- In the first days of this month (September, 2009), sources who provide information using USM/AMP -- "unconventional sources/methods (using) anomalous mental phenomena" -- suggested that their psychic perceptions pointed towards a major event.

Given some of the common mentally-sensed elements (bombs, billowing black clouds, urban landscapes, "Hudson") I was not too surprised to learn that FBI had been investigating a possible terror plot in NYC.

The FBI investigation led to the arrest of three persons over the weekend, charged with lying to the FBI.

“The arrests carried out tonight are part of an ongoing and fast-paced investigation. It is important to note that we have no specific information regarding the timing, location or target of any planned attack. As always, however, the American people should remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to their local authorities,” said David Kris, Assistant Attorney General for National Security. “I would like to thank the many agents, analysts and attorneys who are working extremely hard on this important matter.”

Reviewing various AMP-based reports during the week of September 6, 2009, initially raised a concern about Obama addressing a joint session of Congress on 9-9-9.

Any concern about that event was immediately dismissed by USM/AMP, with an interesting fall out: the event would produce "negative impact" involving WILSON ( the only name which appeared in the AMP notes actually appeared twice).

It seems reasonable that this reference, provided the night before the President gave his speech, was to Joe Wilson's "you lie!" outburst.

Other AMP-sourced details about the NYC threat scenario have emerged from an initial psychic image of a large billowing black cloud over an urban landscape associated with "Hudson."

It is important to review time machine theory when contemplating future events, and this is even more important when contemplating the pragmatic application of mental phenomena in a predictive mode.

According to physicists who have examined the problem using our best understanding of quantum physics, receiving information provided from a future world will likely alter the outcome we experience in our own world.

Keeping this in mind, here are a few additional details related to the AMP-sourced concern for NYC:

The billowing black cloud is associated with a powerful rumbling and shaking, shock, confusion, apprehension and sudden chaos. Those near the event will be unprepared.

Locations associated with this are underground, darkness, tunnels. Smoke, thick, oily, noxious vapors are also associated with this location. Sewer and water lines are mentioned.

"Tremendous force, over-pressure, fumes, disgusting stench."

There are at least three source-events, one after another, associated with the above event.

News sources will initially be confused, uncertain of the nature of the event, or whether it is even an attack or a massive series of accidents.

One caveat to consider is cross-event polluting of the information from similar events, such as the London subway bombing.

All clear for September 9th, 2009

Over the summer, several sources had provided input based upon anomalous mental phenomena (official US government-speak for psychic insight and intution directed towards a specific target, which includes so-called "remote viewing").

Our position here has always been similar to the position offered on ABC News Nightline with Ted Koppel -- there appears to be something to the phenomena but it remains elusively inconsistent, nosiy, and often just plain wrong. Thus it is best a phenomena to be explored in the academic world by those who specialize in the field of para-physics and para-psychology.

In addition to the above, we have pointed out that the phenomena may also be useful in another way: threat scenario creation.

There are plenty of Hollywood writers who have provided countless and often over-the-top scenarios (TV's "24" comes to mind).

Anomalous mental phenomena, on the other hand, are known to sometimes beat the odds; in some cases dramatically so (the most dramatic examples are the "eight martini results" referred to by CIA's "Norm" during the Nightline interview with Koppel in 1995).

Over the past few months various sources have provided their input towards an "impending future event." Since one of our sources had warned of 9/11-like events prior to September 11th, 2001, we responded by raising the threat level on a "tentative basis."

One source to STARstream Research provided a concern specific to just a date: 9-9-9 which continued to persist. Given the media exposure of this date, it wasn't too surprising but it also coincided with President Obama addressing Congress.

Working with another source using an alternative technique of imaginative projection, we obtained the following results for that date and location, the night prior to the actual event:

There was no basis (the concern of danger was baseless).

The location concerns an "extreme point of view."

Acquistion of this "target" point of view then stated:

There will be "negative impact."

Election, result confirmed (presumably the result of this information) -- nominal at daybreak (location provided where the confirmation was received).

I find the above interesting, as it suggests the possiblity of further exploration into the application of this new technique.

11-11 Reports: North Korea Behind Cyber Attacks?

The AP is now reporting what may be the first salvo in an orchestrated operation against South Korea and the United States.

Curiously the number 11-11, often associated with mysterious coincidences, appears in the AP report:

The sites of 11 South Korean organizations, including the presidential Blue House and the Defense Ministry, went down or had access problems since late Tuesday, according to the state-run Korea Information Security Agency. Agency spokeswoman Ahn Jeong-eun said 11 U.S. sites suffered similar problems. She said the agency is investigating the case with police and prosecutors.
