Plot: Sylar starts his journey to rediscover himself with the help of Samuel. Hiro shows Emma how to except her ability and the possibilities it brings. Peter enlists HRG’s help in finding a healer to save Hiro.

Plot: Lydia cautions Samuel against bringing in new members to their clan. Peter tries to connect with Emma, who wants nothing to do with him, and Sylar struggles to find the person he once was.

Plot: Hiro’s health continues to deteriorate. Angela takes a gamble by helping the new Nathan regain his memory. Tracy tries to make an impact in her bid to get her job back.

Plot: While facing the unexpected consequences of his heroic acts, Peter meets a reluctant new hero. Claire tries to adjust to college life and the revaluation of her ability. Samuel does everything in his power to recapture memories of Joseph.

Plot: The death of Claire’s roommate becomes a murder case. Noah finds the truth behind Danko’s death. Matt begins hallucinating that Sylar is in the same room as he is. Hiro finds himself taken back 14 years to a carnival, where he meets Samuel, who tells him to start setting all of his mistakes “right”. Peter and Noah find an object belonging to Samuel.

Plot: Claire’s new college life is hard enough without a mysterious death to put her in the spotlight. Elsewhere Hiro and Ando use their abilities to start a new business helping people, while Peter does the same as a paramedic in New York. Matt is haunted by an unexpected ghost from the recent past. H.R.G. helps Tracy Strauss with personal problems.

Plot: Nathan tries to protect the president from Sylar, who has plans for his new partner. Hiro discovers repercussions in getting his powers back. Elsewhere, Matt is forced to go to extraordinary lengths to ensure the safety of his family.
