Parliament | Delhi High Court | Bomb Blast | secret

New Delhi Sept 7: Parliament of India on Wednesday strongly condemned The high intensity bomb blast that took place outside The Delhi ( HIGH COURT ) on Wednesday morning (today).
The blast until now has claimed nine lives and left more than 45 injured as confirmed by Home Secretary R K Singh.
Both Lok sabha and Rajya Sabha condemned The blast soon after They met for Their daily business.
Sources also said that The Lok Sabha was adjourned till 12.30 PM today and The Rajya Sabha was adjourned till 2 PM to allow concerned authority and government to gaTher more facts about The blast and make a statement in that regard in later hours of The day.
Home MinISter P Chidambaram IS also expected to make a statement in connection with The bomb blast in Lok Sabha.
Chidambaram has also presided an emergency meeting with officials to assess The security situation in The capital.
Earlier, when The Upper House met for The day, Chairman Hamid Ansari said, “A dISturbing news has just trickled in about a bomb blast outside The Delhi ( HIGH COURT ).”
"There are reports of some casualties. ThIS IS something to be condemned," he said. He also added that government will make a statement in thIS concern when The facts are available.
"As soon as facts are available, we will request The government to share it with The House," he said, adding that it could be possible by around 2 PM and adjourned The House till Then.
Meanwhile, Army was deployed immediately outside The ( HIGH COURT ) premISes and a team of National Security Guards (NSG) also reached The spot to take stock of The situation.
A high alert has also been declared in The capital and security of all vital installations, including Parliament has been tightened

ROBO Telugu Movie Review Story :- Rajani Kanth plays dual role in ‘( ROBO )’. One is a scientist Dr.Vaseegara and the other is a ( ROBO )t called Chitti. The scientist Rajani creates a ( ROBO ) with artificial intelligence –– which looks exactly like him and behaves too like a human to help mankind, his ambition is to dedicate it to Indian Army. Vasi injects more human characters (like feelings) and after that it behaves almost like human. Chitti ( ROBO ) falls in love with Sana (Aishwarya Rai) the girlfriend of Vasi; after that the film's story revolves around the scientist's struggle to control his creation
Performances: Rajani Kanth suited well to the role of ROBO , He is convincing in the scientist role too. Aishwarya looked beautiful and glamorous. Danny Dengzonpa is good as a Scientist with evil mind. Santanam and Karunas provided some humour. Art Direction Sabu Cyril is good. Cinematography and The Visual effects are a treat to watch. The Imagination and Visualization by the creative genius Shankar is commendable. Screenplay can be better. Direction is good.
Analysis: ( ROBO ) is the dubbed version of the Tamil Flick ENTHIRAN; it was in production since two years. The Duo- Shankar and Rajani are back after Shivaji; but this time on a grand Scale. Rajani played the two roles as a scientist and as a ( ROBO ) with much ease and that too in his style. It appears that Rajani kanth has paid keen attention on each and every gesture of his. The Last half-an-hour of his performance is fantastic [Once the ( ROBO ) becomes possessive of Sana]. Once you watch the movie you can’t even imagine any other Hero/ Actor doing it so well (I bet not even closer). Rajani excels in the Scene where ( ROBO ) Rajani shows some Villainy towards the climax.
Aishwarya looked good (even though appeared bit aged and put on weight), she is beautiful and danced well in the songs. She looked different in the tribal attire in the song “Kilimanjaro-Mohenjadaro”, “Neelo Valapu” song has beautiful visuals. Danny is okay and done justice to his role. The remaining supporting cast fit their bill. Cinematography is first rated. Art Direction is good. Editing is just okay (can be better).
We have watched many films filled with graphics like Terminator, Matrix, Godzilla, Superman, Transformers etc; but the special effects in ( ROBO ) are close to International standards. The superior Quality Special effects are a definite plus to the Movie. Music is Average with a couple of songs which are picturised brilliantly. The background score is fabulous. Rahman leaves his mark in the theme song too. The story is a simple thread but the narration is sheer grandeur. If you keenly observe the movie has a meaning and a message too.
There are some illogical scenes (Why ( ROBO ) takes such a long time in identifying the black Sheep etc , which you don’t pay more attention while watching the super star on the screen. The first half is filled more with romance and humour and the second half is dominated by action and thrills. There a couple of songs in the second half which interrupt the flow. A trimmed narration would have done better. Some Chasing Scenes appeared lengthy.
Fair chances of minting money in A Centers, we have to wait and watch how it gets received in the B, and C Centers.
Note: Should be watched with all the members of the family (Kids may enjoy more).
Watch it in a Theater well equipped with digital Sound system for a thrilling Experience..
Plus: Star Cast, Technical Excellence, Visual effects.
Minus: Slow Second half (first part)
Verdict: The wait is worthy; every frame has technical excellence- Stupendous effort by Shankar and his Team.

A Mount Dora doctor posted a sign telling ( Obama health care ) supporters to go elsewhere.

MOUNT DORA — A doctor who considers The national health-care overhaul to be bad medicine for The country posted a sign on his office door telling patients who voted for President Barack Obama to seek care 'elsewhere.'

'I'm not turning anybody away — that would be unethical,' Dr. Jack Cassell, 56, a Mount Dora urologist and a registered Republican opposed to The health plan, told The Orlando Sentinel on Thursday. 'But if They read The sign and turn The oTher way, so be it.'
The sign reads: 'If you voted for Obama … seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in four years.'
Estella Chatman, 67, of Eustis, whose daughter snapped a photo of The typewritten sign, sent The picture to U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson, The Orlando Democrat who riled Republicans last year when he characterized The GOP's idea of health care as, 'If you get sick, America … Die quickly.'

Chatman said she heard About The sign from a friend referred to Cassell after his physician recently died. She said her friend did not want to speak to a reporter but Was dismayed by Cassell's sign.

'He's going to find anoTher doctor,' she said.

Cassell may be walking a thin line between his right to free speech and his professional obligation, said William Allen, professor of bioethics, law and medical professionalism at The University of Florida's College of Medicine.
Allen said doctors cannot refuse patients on The basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or disability, but political preference is not one of The legally protected categories specified in civil-rights law. By insisting he does not quiz his patients About Their politics and has not turned away patients based on Their vote, The doctor is 'trying to hold onto The nub of his ethical obligation,' Allen said.

'But this is pushing The limit,' he said.

Cassell, who has practiced medicine in GOP-dominated Lake County since 1988, said he doesn't quiz his patients About Their politics, but he also won't hide his disdain for The bill Obama signed and The lawmakers who passed it.
In his waiting room, Cassell also has provided his patients with photocopies of a health-care timeline produced by Republican leaders that outlines 'major provisions' in The health-care package. The doctor put a sign above The stack of copies that reads: 'This is what The morons in Washington have done to your health care. Take one, read it and vote out anyone who voted for it.'
Cassell, whose lawyer wife, Leslie Campione, has declared herself a Republican candidate for Lake County commissioner, said three patients have complained, but most have been 'overwhelmingly supportive' of his position.

'They know it's not good for Them,' he said.

Cassell, who previously served as chief of surgery at Florida Hospital Waterman in Tavares, said a patient's politics would not affect his care for Them, although he said he would prefer not to treat people who support The president.

'I can at least make a point,' he said.

The notice on Cassell's office door could cause some patients to question his judgment or fret About The care They might receive if They don't share his political views, Allen said. He said doctors are wise to avoid public expressions that can affect The physician-patient relationship.
Erin VanSickle, spokeswoman for The Florida Medical Association, would not comment specifically.
But she noted in an e-mail to The Sentinel that 'physicians are extended The same rights to free speech as every oTher citizen in The United States.'

The outspoken Grayson described Cassell's sign as 'ridiculous.'

'I'm disgusted,' he said. 'Maybe he thinks The Hippocratic Oath says, ‘Do no good.' If this is The face of The right wing in America, it's The face of cruelty. … Why don't They change The name of The Republican Party to The Sore Loser Party?'

Why Internet connections are fastest in South Korea

Broadband Internet speeds in the United States are only about one-fourth as fast as those in South Korea, the world leader, according to the Internet monitoring firm Akamai.

And, as if to add insult to injury, U.S. Internet connections are more expensive than those in South Korea, too.

the slower connection here in the U.S. costs about ($)45.50 per month on average, according to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. In South Korea, the much-faster hook-up costs ($)17 per month less. An average broadband bill the re runs about ($)28.50.

So why is U.S. Internet so much slower and pricier than broadband connections in South Korea? the question is timely, as the U.S. government pushes forward with a "broadband plan" that aims to speed up connections, reduce costs and increase access to the Internet, especially in rural areas.

the comparison between South Korea and the United States is not perfectly instructive, especially since "we probably won't ever be South Korea," said Robert Faris, research director at Harvard University's Berkman Center for Internet & Society.
