"Janell" Original Watercolor - Approx 16x12"

This is a commissioned painting I recently completed.  It was painted from the client’s photo; an older black and white photo so I had to rely heavily on the client’s description of coloring, etc. Once the client was satisfied with the final painting, I also custom framed it.  It was given as a birthday gift.

This is my latest portrait painting.  It is taken from a photo I took last summer of this gentleman down at the Waterfront Park here in Louisville, KY.  He was nice enough to pose for me and give me a subtle smile.  I loved his features and thought it would make a good portrait.
