      <title>Waterstone client Kronos Inc. presents their cloud services growth story at Technology Services World Conference</title>
      <content:encoded><![CDATA[At the Technology Services Industry Association‘s annual Technology Services World conference (TSW), Kronos® Incorporated director of cloud services Andrew Manos presented a case study on how to successfully grow and develop a cloud services line of business. With changes in the technology landscape and the growing trend of cloud computing models, customers have new expectations and requirements of their software solutions. The changes make it necessary for organizations to reevaluate their service strategies and business model to maximize their effectiveness. Navigating through the cloud to develop a successful service strategy that adequately satisfies both the needs of the customer and the service organization's business objectives can be difficult to achieve. In this session, Manos will discuss how Kronos developed its highly successful Kronos Cloud Services offering. In two years, Kronos Incorporated was able to embrace a SaaS model and grow its managed services organization to host over 300 customers while generating revenue and maintaining excellent margin performance.<br />

      <title>Waterstone Management Group announces Partner and Principal additions</title>
      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Waterstone is delighted to announce the strengthening of its advisory business with the promotion of Dhaval Moogimane to Partner based in the San Francisco area.  Over the past three years, Dhaval has made significant contributions to the growth of the firm as a Principal - managing strategic client relationships, growing our west coast presence, and delivering outstanding client value. Dhaval brings over 16 years of experience at the intersection of business and technology, where he has helped tech companies capitalize on growth opportunities, launch new offers, and transform business models. Prior to Waterstone, Dhaval was an Associate Partner at IBM Global Services, and part of the business-unit strategy team responsible for IBM’s services business. Early in his career Dhaval held consulting roles at PwC, Accenture, and AT Kearney.

Waterstone also announces the promotion of Neil Jain to Principal, and the hiring of Laura Green as a Principal. Neil, based in Chicago, has successfully led a number of strategic client engagements for Waterstone.  He brings 15 years of experience formulating growth strategies and improving operations for tech-companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100 in the software, hardware, and telecom industries. Laura, based in Southern California, brings 20 years of strategy, sales, and marketing consulting experience across financial services, payments and telecommunications industries. She specializes in helping clients develop and execute customer-driven strategies to drive performance improvement and growth. Laura joined Waterstone from MasterCard Advisors, where she managed consulting relationships with strategic accounts.<br />
