The debut products – The Seven Secrets of Setting Goals with NLP and Mastering Motivation: How to Motivate Yourself and Others with NLP – are now available for online purchase through iTunes, Amazon and audible.com.

These initial products were written and voiced by the company’s Director of Training, Damian Hamill, a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP, and are available in MP3 format, allowing easy online purchase and download to any computer or Internet-enabled MP3 player such as the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.  They will also soon be available through the Watt Works website.

The company will be following these initial releases with the release of a guided hypnosis product – Managing Stress: A Guided Hypnosis Session - and subsequently will be releasing products on subjects such as Dealing with Difficult People, Systems Thinking and an Introductory Guide to NLP.  These subsequent products will be co-developed and voiced by Damian Hamill and David Kerr, the Founder and Managing Director of Watt Works Consulting.

The products are being distributed through AudioInk, a leading Seattle-based digital distributor and it is anticipated that they will be accessible to approximately 95% of the English speaking audio-book and e-book market.

Watt Works are specialists in the field of system thinking, and this 3 day course will provide a compelling introduction to the philosophy, concepts and tools of the systems thinking approach of Lean Thinking as applied to Operations Management.

The trainer is Geoff Elliott, a consultant and trainer with decades of experience at senior and board level. Geoff has consulted for a wide range of blue-chip companies internationally and has been seconded to Cranfield University. He is a Master Black Belt (MBB) in Lean and Six Sigma in the US and Japan, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management and lectures on the Open University’s MBA programme in strategy, systems thinking, quality and operations management.

Geoff will be guiding delegates through the history of Lean Thinking, exposing a number of unhelpful myths prevalent in the field, engaging the mind-set and methodology of Lean Thinking and exploring a range of useful Lean Thinking tools. An emphasis of this course will be developing an awareness of how and when to utilise the correct Lean Thinking approach, rather than selecting random tools without thought as to their appropriateness in a given context.

The company, which already offers a range of personal and organisational development courses in London, Cheshire and Belfast, has decided to expand its range of NLP training to include this widely recognised and respected level of training in NLP. The course will consist of approximately 120 hours of live, experiential training, designed to develop within students an appreciation of the concepts and approaches of NLP, whilst skilling them in a wide range of techniques and applications.
