stirring continuously till the mixture thickens.  Set aside. Mix 
carrageenan or gelatin in a little water and heat in the microwave for 
one minute.  Remove from the microwave and set aside.   Take hung yogurt
 in a bowl.  Add paneer and mix with a whisk.  Add mango pulp and mix 
again.  Add mango essence and the milk mixture.  Mix again.  Add 
powdered sugar and blend with a hand blender.  Add the dissolved 
carrageenan or gelatin and blend again.   Pour this mixture into the 
prepared tin over the biscuit layer.  Refrigerate for two to three 
hours.   Dissolve mango jelly in a quarter cup of water, bring it to a 
boil and cool.  Put a layer of mango jelly on the set cheesecake. Chill 
until the jelly is set.  Remove from the spring form pan and cut into 
eight wedges with a sharp knife dipped in hot water. Serve chilled with

&lt;br /&gt;
Method:&lt;br /&gt;
Take mixture and pour milk into its vessel.&lt;br /&gt;
Also add sugar, 2-3 scoops of ice-cream to it.&lt;br /&gt;
Grind it in mixture.&lt;br /&gt;
Keep this liquid mixture&amp;nbsp;aside&lt;br /&gt;
Take a deep vessel and add water in it, place it on gas on high flame&lt;br /&gt;
Now take a small vessel and put chocolate slab in it in two pieces.&lt;br /&gt;
Place this small vessel in the deep vessel on flame and melt the chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;
Keep stiring it while its melting.&lt;br /&gt;
Also crush the biscuits finely and add butter to it and mix it well.&lt;br /&gt;

Take a deep vessel and pour water into that with 3-4 drops of oil and little salt and put it on gas and switch on the gas. Add pasta to that vessel and allow it to boil nicely on high flame, meanwhile make the tomato puree and keep it aside. Cut the onions, and also look after the pastas keep stiring it. Take a vessel put about 2 or 2 and a half tbs oil in it and put onions and saute for 2-3 mins after that add capsicum. Then add the tomato puree and let it boil little bit on high flame, then put the tomato ans shezwan sauce for better taste. After that add the boiled pastas to it and mix it well. Add just about 5-6 spoons of water and let it be cooked for about 10mins on high flame. Grate some cheese on it and stir it well add salt for taste.&lt;br /&gt;

Transfer it in a plate and garnish with more grated cheese if you want. Your yummy pasta is ready to serve hot!&lt;br /&gt;

Take a deep vessel and place it on stove. After switching on d stove add about 3 to 4 tbs of ghee in it. Add the desiccated coconut into the vessel and stir it well till it gets golden brown with the sweet smell. Meanwhile peel the apples skin (u can also use with skin) and grate it and keep aside. Add those grated apples in the vessel with the coconut and mix it well with soft hands. Stir it continuously but not harshly. Add sugar and allow it to mix it well with all the ingredients. Last but not the least add a pinch of cardamom powder for a better taste and smell as well. Now switch off the stove when all the ingredients are mixed well and a pulp is form. Remove it in a flat surfaced plate,tray more preferably in square shaped or rectangle shaped because it may help to cool down it faster. After removing it in a plate put some grated pistachios, almonds and saffron for decorating it.&lt;br /&gt;
Leave it for about 15min in room temperature and then place it in the fridge to cool. After an hour remove it and cut it into pieces as per your choice whether you want square,triangles etc..&lt;br /&gt;
And you APPLE BURFI is ready to serve.&lt;br /&gt;
