Bill was the operator of the            huge repeater system in Godfrey, IL. The K9KE system in            Godfrey operated on 10 Meters, 6 Meters, 2 Meters, 220 and            440. In addition, K9KE was trustee of the Gillespie repeater            on 145.290 MHz.
