WeWork, a shared office space community, with multiple locations in Manhattan, one in LA, and another in SF, is seeking a Network Engineer to join our team. This network engineer will work closely with our Director of IT to proactively manage, monitor, and secure the networks of our office buildings and datacenter locations.

Role:
Hands on network engineer in a large-scale multiple-office environment with customer interaction.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Cisco IOS (CCNA preferred)
Thorough knowledge of Layer 2 + 3 Networking
Thorough knowledge of VLANs
Strong documentation skills
Proficient with Linux Servers (CentOS/Debian)
Experience working with internal ticketing systems
Strong organizational and communication skills (written+oral).
Ability to troubleshoot + resolve issues quickly and efficiently in a high-availability, production environment.
Knowledge of Windows / Mac OS X (desktop users)
Willing to interact directly with customers when required
Experience with Cisco ASA/PIX Devices

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Cisco WLC Wireless Controllers
Experience with Citrix Xen Cloud Platform
Management of IT teams

This is a full-time position, available immediately in New York City. There will be local commute required between our three locations in Manhattan. Salary is commensurate with experience.
