Beautiful Bunch Mojo Monday 359

I am having so much fun with the new Stampin' Blendabilities! I decided to play with the Beautiful Bunch stamp set and some fall colors, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight and Early Espresso.

I can't have a plain envelope so I stamped the outside with Pumpkin Pie and the small flower from the Beautiful Bunch stamp set.

The Thank You is from the Watercolor Thank you Stamp Set.

I know it is hard to see, but the colors really pop on this flower. It is so easy and adds that extra touch.

Sneak Peak....

I love little gifts around Halloween and these are absolutely perfect. I like to give gifts to Teachers, Secretaries and the Principal at my sons' school.

These boxes were simple to make but were perfect for a little gift.

I could not have plain tissue paper, so I used a sponge and Tangelo Twist Ink to make it color coordinated.

Yes there is a Framelit that matches this stamp set in the Holiday Catalog.

A Project/Card

I love it when cards can be more detailed and turn into a project. This was one of the projects we made in August Stamp Club! Even though it is a card, it looks like a project. Plus you can put your own little note in the middle pocket.

Mojo Monday 358

Today I decided to participate in the Mojo Monday Blog. They set the pattern and you design the card. This will be one of the cards available for club in September too! I just love the Rich Razzleberry Blender Pens. I think it makes the flower pop.

The colors I used were Rich Razzleberry, Sahara Sand, Very Vanilla, Old Olive and Hello Honey. I used the stamp set Bloom with Hope (Hostess Set).

Playing Softball

Okay you caught me I did not stamp over the weekend. I played softball all weekend and my body is not so happy. It was a great weekend though, we won the tournament! Can you tell from all our happy smiles.

It was over 90 degrees the entire weekend so the dust and dirt stuck to all of us. Softball is a blast especially when we win!

Soccer Anyone?

My son had a sleepover last night and put in a request for a soccer card for his friend's Birthday!

I used the Label Love Stamp Set with Mossy Meadow and Crumb Cake! Don't you just love a stamp and punch that go together. I think it is the easiest and fastest way to make a card. Plus Stampin' Up sells these as bundles now so it saves you money!

My new favorite accessory is the Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder. I think when you want something subtle this is perfect. We can't have just plain cardstock!!!!

Now this is my youngest son who is home with me! He has to photo bomb my picture of the card. Can you tell he loves to take pictures! He is my ham!

It seems like I never have enough Birthday Cards and I wanted to play with this new stamp set called Traveler. I really like all the images especially the old camera, so you will be seeing more cards made with this stamp set.

I really like the new Maritime Paper. I think the colors just pop especially for a male card. I used the Happy Birthday from the Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set (my go to for every celebration).

I showed my husband this card and he said that card is looks like art! I laughed because the name of the stamp set is a Work of Art. I have several friends celebrating their Birthday this month, so I decided to start making Birthday Cards.

I think the colors really make it pop, Tangerine Tango, Pear Pizzazz, Bermuda Bay and Black StazOn.

I had to had a little Silver Glimmer Paper to make it pop. The Birthday Wishes stamp came from the stamp set of Bring on the Cake!

You will make 3 cards (1 card being a technique card), and 1 project. You will also be the hostess one month and collect all the hostess benefits with specials stamp sets, etc. The cards and project are free, you will put a minimum order of $20.00 in each month. First Time at Blendabilites

I finally got a chance to try the Blendabilites! Here are the lessons I learned 1) Start with the darkest and go to the lightest 2) Start in a small area and with dark, medium to light and then move to the next small area. In this card, I did the entire flower, don't do what I do, learn from my mistakes. 3) Use the thin line of the blendabilies. 4) Use the Memonto Pad to stamp in black first.

The boys keep me busy making Birthday Cards. It seems the Birthday Party season has started and between both boys we have 6 Birthday Parties in the next month. My goal is to make a bunch of Birthday cards to last through a few months.
This was a special card made for a friend who loves baseball.

It is hard to notice from the picture but I sponged the edges with Crumb Cake to make a dirty look. We don't see many clean baseballs around here.

I am Back!

First let me say this has been a very interesting year, but I am happy to say I am back! I am putting my Stamping schedule together and I will have it out on Monday. January Stamp Club

Here are the 3 cards and project we made in January Club! We played with stamps out of the New Occasions Catalog and Sale-a-bration Catalog. Plus we made a project out of a lunch bag.

All I did was cut the paper bag down to the size I want, and then decorated the outside with cardstock. designer paper and ribbon.

We played with the kit Sweet Sorbet (which is free with a $50.00 order starting January 28th) kit, Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper (Sale-a-bration) and Springtime Hello Stamp Set (Occasions pg 21)

I still am in the sparkly mood so I tried a fun technique, using clear embossing powder and dazzling diamonds and then I embossed with the Scallops Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (Occasions pg 32). The best thing about this technique is the sparkle stays on the card and does not come off.

Then of course we have to make a masculine card. It always feels like I never have enough of these. We used the High Tide Suite out of the Occasions Catalog (pg 24)
