We all have weaknesses, right? And one of my weaknesses, among many, many others, is bed linens. I don't know what it is about comforters and quilts, but golly, I can't get enough of 'em. Also, apparently, I have a weakness for robots, because this is the second time in about a week that I've written about coveting robots. Who knew?

Anyway, something about this bedding collection, in all of its almost-beeping, robotty splendor, just sends me right over the edge. And, by robot bed linen standards, it's cheap; I know this because, yes, I did recently Google robot bed linen prices. And what of it? Would you rather that my weakness be, I don't know, barbiturates? Isn't bedding, as addictions go, relatively harmless?

Not Paper Plates We Covet

From a design perspective, there's plenty to be said for the classic paper plate. It's simple and clean and the rippled border gives it a nice tactile sensation and helps you to grip that precious burger. From an environmental perspective, they're not so great. Plus, if you're needing a few extra doses of potato salad, you might end up wearing your picnic on your lap.

Cool Summer Necklace We Covet

Doesn't this necklace just scream cool? I feel like it would just lay all chilly-like around your neck as you lounge lazily on the deck of your yacht (or sit seething in hot traffic, that isn't the point!).

Also, for those of you who know me it's the closest I've ever found to a blue & green beaded necklace I am constantly complimented on. I wish I had bought three of it, seriously.

Children can fly, did you know that? Okay, so maybe it's more leap small building blocks in a single bound, but still. And little girls and boys who have super powers should really have all the super hero gear, right? And why not start with a cape?

Don't get me wrong--I like robots as much as the next gal. But you've got to admit that there's something vaguely unsettling about the prospect of waking up next to this guy every morning. Sure, he seems nice enough--I mean, at the very least he's always punctual, right?--but I've seen enough of those old robot movies to know where this relationship could be going.
