Get out those iPods and start digging through your playlists --We Love Colors, in collaboration with Wasabi Fashion Kult, is having its first ever Music Contest, and the prizes are BIG!

If We Love Colors were a song, what do you think it would be? We're encouraging all of you to tell us ONE SONG that comes to mind when you think of We Love Colors. It can be any song out there, as long as it represents how you feel when you're wearing We Love Colors. We are all about helping you fully express who you are through fashion, so how about connecting that awesome feeling you get when you deck your legs out in our stuff to some fun tunes? We really want to see how you see us musically!

Independent Fashion Bloggers (IFB) is an online community where fashion bloggers share their experiences and work together to create a better blogging world. On February 15, 2010 they held the Evolving Influence Fashion Bloggers Conference at New York Fashion Week, airing a live video stream on their site with 2,000 viewers tuning in and well over 2,500 tweets. Newbie and veteran bloggers alike came together to support fashion and the ever-growing bloggosphere. We Love Colors made its appearance at the event in the goodie bags, providing over 300 We Love Colors freebies for guests at the conference! It was an honor to be a part of such a revolutionary event.

We Love Valentine's Day Polyvore Contest Winners

You may remember Christina B. of Second Skin rocking our Silver and Gold Rain Splash Metallic Tights in a recent post. This time she's wearing our Teal Microfiber Tights - vintage style! Christina pairs our tights with a classic swimsuit circa 1950s and an animal print 80s dress, originally decked out with shoulder pads and below the knee length, altered by Christina herself to perfectly fit modern day style.

Tahti Syrjala: Checkers, Diamonds and Lilac

Are you the type of girl who rips her tights the same day she gets them? Well so is Tahti S. of her personal fashion and photography blog, Tahti Syrjala, but when she slipped into her We Love Colors Checkerboard Tights, Diamond Tights, and Lilac Microfiber Tights rips, pulls and snags were a thing of the past. In her own words, "...I was amazed at how, well, well-made they appeared to be - especially the patterned pairs. You know on the inside of patterned tights there's usually stray threads and weak spots? Not WLC tights - every seam is strong, stitched tightly, and no strays." They withstood her tugging and stretching and she found the Lilac Microfiber Tights to be nothing short of "pure unadulterated pigment on your legs." Check out her exquisite photos below.

Sandra Dee of You Go Girl Chat, Inc. worked with several non-profit organizations recently to help teach young girls and teens social etiquette and modeling at a fun workshop that took place in Oakland Park, FL a couple of weeks ago. The organization also provides the pre-teen and teen girls safe and positive websites to visit and have fun on. We Love Colors was happy to contribute to the event by donating our Kids Microfiber Tights to the girls.

The Fashion Industry Insiders "Blend" event took place a couple weekends ago on Wednesday, January 20 at one of the coolest restaurants on the Brickell, Delores but you can call me Lolita. In case you missed it, you can check out some pictures below of the main attraction at the event - the sneak peak of designer Julia Veli's new line, Jenny Vu, that uses all recycled materials to create its pieces. We Love Colors was so happy to be a part of the show and contribute to such beautiful, eco-friendly looks with our Solid Color Nylon Gloves, Splash Color Shoulder Gloves and Solid Color Thigh Highs.
