It makes all the sense in the world why he was only started by 27% of Yahoo Fantasy Football owners. However, he did rush for 110 yards, one touchdown and added 52 yards through the air on four receptions. Don’t blame yourself if you left him on your bench.

Buffalo Bills rookie RB Devin Singletary finally saw the majority of touches, rushing for 85 yards, a touchdown and 45 receiving yards. Expect this to be the norm moving forward and he will be started by more than 36% of Fantasy owners in each week from here on out.

However, when one door opens, another door closes. The Seahawks and Fantasy owners lost TE Will Dissly for the season to an Achilles injury.

On Monday Night Football the Green Bay Packers turned to Jamaal Williams at RB, just one week after Aaron Jones scored four touchdowns. I don't know how to explain that one!

Three teams, including mine, were all preparing to be executed prior to the Packers and Lions game. However, I was pretty safe knowing that Jimmy Graham was not going to exceed 20 fantasy points.

Unfortunately for Davoin Shower-Handel, his season has come to an end. With the first overall pick he drafted Saquon Barkley, only to see him go down with the high ankle sprain and miss the last three games for the New York Football Giants. But even the great Patrick Mahomes didn't have enough magic up his sleeve to save this roster in Week 6.

Davoin Shower-Handel was projected to score 94.31 points, the lowest in the league, so this shouldn't come as a surprise. However, Guilty Simspon outscored his own projection by 71.65 points, which was more than Davoin Shower-Handel scored this week!

Deshaun Watson tossed five touchdown passes against the Falcons. In that same game Matt Ryan completed three TD passes and ran one in. Russell Wilson and Teddy Bridgewater threw four touchdowns.

Five running backs scored at least twice with Packers RB Aaron Jones scoring four times! Christian McCaffrey scored a third catching a touchdown. Todd Gurley and Josh Jacobs ran for two scores.

Matt Breida scored his first two touchdowns of the season, racking up 129 yards from scrimmage but just 24% of Yahoo owners started the 49ers RB.

Six different wide receivers scored twice and Texans TE Darren Fells also caught two TDs.

Fantasy Football Guillotine League - Week 4 Execution

Week 4 was brutal for Fantasy Football owners. A lineup that featured Tom Brady, Phillip Lindsay, Marlon Mack, DeAndre Hopkins, Odell Beckham Jr., Delanie Walker and Adam Thielen scored just 18.4 fantasy points!

Patrick Mahomes, playing in his first indoor game in the NFL against a Detroit Lions defense that was without Darius Slay did not complete a touchdown pass!

Unfortunately for the Kizlow Bros, this week would be there final week in the Guillotine league. They were projected to score 114 points, but finished with just 66. They were however just one player swap away from staying alive. They started Greg Olsen over Austin Hooper and that was the difference in their season!

It seems Brown's fantasy points will be wasted all season long as he will be nearly impossible to comfortably start despite his undeniable talent. This is Marcus Mariota's fault though, not his!

Finally, the Cleveland Browns TE caught a touchdown...but it was Ricky Seals-Jones with David Njoku being injured.

For some reason, Denver Broncos WR1 Courtland Sutton is just 54% owned.

If Daniel Jones had not led a fourth quarter comeback win for the Giants over the Buccaneers, we would have come in first place last week. Despite three of us being Giants fans (or maybe because of that) we had the Bucs at 11 confidence points!

Travis was the only one of us to pick the Lions over the Eagles.

Matt was the only one to take Kyle Allen and the Panthers over Kyler Murray and the Cardinals.

For the first time this season, there was little to watch for on Monday Night Football.

Mark survived by less than two points, but both he and Matt were finished by Sunday Night.

Unfortunately, Matt left Marvin Jones' 19.1 fantasy points on his bench to start Randall Cobb (3.3) vs the Miami Dolphins. I can't blame him!

Even worse, Matt had two defenses - the Philadelphia Eagles and the Los Angeles Chargers. He picked Philly against the Detroit Lions, which probably led to him benching Jones for Cobb. The Chargers scored two more fantasy points than the Eagles and would have saved his season!

Seven of the eight road teams that all four us picked to win did, with only the Detroit Lions defeating Los Angeles Chargers.

The three games we were split on, 49ers/Bengals, Colts/Titans and Saints/Rams were decided by the home team tiebreaker. That worked in our favor for the Rams, but we lost the Bengals and Titans.

At nine confidence points, we were wrong about the Panthers beating the Bucs on Thursday Night Football.

Four teams picked Indianapolis in our 22 person pool and two teams picked San Francisco to win with double-digit confidence points.

Despite 95% ownership and an early draft pick, Bears rookie RB David Montgomery was started by just 36% of Fantasy owners. After an ugly Week 1, Chicago looked bad on offense again but Montgomery did rush for his first NFL touchdown.

Demarcus Robinson did his best Tyreek Hill impression in Week 2, catching six passes for 172 yards and two touchdowns. It's no wonder why he was added by 513,490 Fantasy owners once waivers cleared!

Raheem Mosert was started by just 2% of Yahoo owners in Week 2 before totaling 151 total yards and touchdown against the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Dallas Cowboys reminded everybody that Devin Smith is still playing football and when healthy is a legit deep threat in the NFL. With Michael Gallup out for a few weeks, Smith could play an important role in the coming weeks.

Another week that came down to Monday Night Football. Three teams all needed things to happen to keep them from being placed on the chopping block.

Despite losing David Njoku early to injury, Herbert moved on thanks to a career long touchdown from Odell Beckham, Jamison Crowder coming alive late in the game catches passes from Luke Falk and the Cleveland Browns defense shutting down the New York Jets offense and recovering a Le'Veon Bell fumble.

I myself took advantage of the Jets force feeding Bell.

Unfortunately for Mike, Jarvis Landry only caught three of his seven targets for 32 yards. He was knocked out by just 1.1 fantasy points.

As we enter Week 2 of the NFL season, let's take a look back at our results from Week 1 Pick'em.

The four road teams we all thought would win did.

The two games we were split on, Bears/Packers and Vikings/Falcons were decided by the home team tiebreaker. That worked in our favor for the Vikings, but we lost the Bears. Thankfully, the Bears were only at 2 confidence points.

At 11 and 10 confidence points, we were wrong about the Browns beating the Titans and the Jets earning a win over the Bills.

Three teams in our 22 person pool picked Tennessee. Two of them gave double-digit confidence points!

We switched our Raiders/Broncos pick from Oakland to Denver after the Antonio Brown news. If we have left that alone, we would have finished tied for 7th in Week 1.

Fantasy Football Week 1 Automated Insights Recap

Rookie wide receivers made a splash in Week 1 with Ravens WR Marquise Brown going off for 147 receiving yards and two touchdowns against the Miami Dolphins.

Redskins WR Terry McLaurin caught five passes for 125 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Both are top waiver wire adds in Fantasy Football as we enter Week 2.

Seahawks D.K. Metcalf and Dolphins Preston Williams caught touchdown passes, while Titans rookie A.J. Brown caught three passes for 100 yards. Even Myles Boykin joined in on the blowout in Miami catching his only target in the end zone.

It wasn't just the rookie WRs that had good days.

Raiders rookie RB Josh Jacobs scored two touchdowns with over 100 yards from scrimmage. He is the first rookie to do that since LaDainian Tomlinson!

In his first NFL game, Josh Jacobs posted 113 yards from scrimmage (85 rushing, 28 receiving) and ran for two TDs.

Some of the other rookie backs, like David Montgomery and Miles Sanders, disappointed in their NFL debuts.

Lions TE T.J. Hockenson caught six of his nine targets for a team-high 131 receiving yards and a touchdown. He finished as the number two tight end in Week 1, behind Evan Engram.

Christian McCaffrey made his case for being the first pick in Fantasy drafts catching 10 passes for 81 yards and rushing for 128 yards and two scores.

Dalvin Cook rushed for 111 yards and two touchdowns against the Falcons in a game that saw Vikings QB Kirk Cousins attempt just 10 passes!

Despite being 91% owned in Yahoo, Sammy Watkins was started in just 35% of leagues. He caught three touchdown passes against the Jaguars secondary.

John Ross went off against the Seattle Seahawks scoring twice on seven catches (12 targets) for 158 yards.

Phillip Dorsett also caught two touchdown passes but with Antonio Brown playing next week is not worth adding via waivers.

Danny Amendola led the Lions in targets and will once again be one of the toughest players to own in Fantasy because of his injury history.

Ravens TE Mark Andrews caught eight passes for 108 yards and a touchdown. He was a late round target in Fantasy drafts.

Injuries to Nick Foles, Derrius Guice and Tyreek Hill are the story lines surrounding Week 2 Waivers.

Fantasy Football Week 1 Automated Insights Recap

Dak Prescott recorded 33.4 points, the top overall score for a signal-caller this week. Prescott had a 28-yard touchdown pass (Blake Jarwin), a 25-yard touchdown pass (Randall Cobb) and a 21-yard touchdown pass (Amari Cooper)
Russell Wilson had a 44-yard touchdown pass (Tyler Lockett) and a 42-yard pass (DK Metcalf)
Carson Wentz had a 53-yard touchdown pass (DeSean Jackson) and a 51-yard touchdown pass (Jackson) recording the fourth-best score for a quarterback this week (25.02 points)
Patrick Mahomes had a 68-yard touchdown pass (Sammy Watkins) and a 49-yard touchdown pass (Watkins). Mahomes passed for 378 yards and 3 touchdowns for 27.32 points
Deshaun Watson had a 37-yard touchdown pass (Kenny Stills) and a 21-yard touchdown run
Austin Ekeler racked up 154 yards from scrimmage and scored 3 touchdowns as the Chargers beat the Colts 30-24. In doing so, he put up 36.4 points and more-than-doubled his scoring projection. Ekeler had a 55-yard touchdown catch
Derrick Henry scored 28.4 points, the third-highest score for a RB this week with a 75-yard touchdown catch
David Johnson racked up 137 yards from scrimmage and caught a 27-yard touchdown pass (22.7 points)
Le'Veon Bell racked up 92 yards from scrimmage and caught a touchdown pass (20.2 points)
Marlon Mack had a 63-yard touchdown run
Saquon Barkley had a 59-yard run
DeSean Jackson scored 31.4 points against the Redskins in Week 1 to more-than-triple his 9.14-point projection. He caught 8 passes for 154 yards and 2 touchdowns for 31.4 points
Taking on the Redskins in Week 1, Alshon Jeffery caught 5 passes for 49 yards and a touchdown. In doing so, he put up 19.6 points and scored 81.3% higher than his scoring projection
DeAndre Hopkins recorded 27.1 points, the second-best score for a WR this week
Larry Fitzgerald had a 45-yard catch and a 41-yard catch
Josh Gordon had a 20-yard touchdown catch and a 44-yard catch
Adam Thielen had a 23-yard touchdown catch

Marquez Valdes-Scantling had a 47-yard catch
James Washington had a 45-yard catch
Delanie Walker (5 Rec, 55 Rec Yds, 2 Rec TDs) scored 20 points in a 43-13 win over the Browns in Week 1. His scoring output more-than-doubled his 8.31-point projection
Projected to score 10.25 points, Evan Engram more-than-doubled that amount by scoring 23.1 points as the Giants lost to the Cowboys 35-17. He caught 11 passes for 116 yards and a touchdown
Travis Kelce had a 42-yard catch and a 41-yard catch
Projected to score 6.92 points, the Vikings defense more-than-doubled that amount by scoring 16 points in a 28-12 win over the Falcons. They allowed only 12 points, surrendered 345 yards, and forced 3 turnovers. In Week 2, the Vikings will battle the Packers

Fantasy Football Guillotine League - Week 1 Execution

On the eve of the NFL kicking off their 100th season with the Chicago Bears hosting the Green Bay Packer, 17 of us Fantasy Football Fanatics got together to draft 14 rounds, Guillotine style!

It was a LONG draft, but even in round 14 John Ross (7/158/2) and Phillip Dorsett (4/95/2) were drafted. Of course, neither owner started either wide receiver!

Heading into the Monday Night Doubleheader, this is what the bottom of the standings looked like:

SurvivalOfTheFittest - 40.94 (3 to play)
Kizlow Bros - 46.14 (2 to play)
Big Naturals - 58.86 (1 to play)
Keithy Biceps - 64.20 (1 to play)
Return of the JD - 64.44 (2 to play)

SurvivalOfTheFittest relied on Duke Johnson and Tyrell Williams to save his season.

The Kizlow Bros got multiple touchdowns from DeAndre Hopkins and took advantage of Latavius Murray's vulture TD to save their season.

Big Naturals was hoping the Saints would double team Hopkins, leaving Will Fuller open all day and some how survived despite just two catches for 69 yards and Kenny Stills catching that deep fourth quarter TD from Deshaun Watson.

After the Saints beat the Texans, in one of the more entertaining finishes to a football game we will witness all season, and the Raiders won their last, first, home game at the Coliseum against the Broncos, this is what the final Week 1 Standings looked like:
