Are WE as a Nation too BIG to FAIL

Now I know I don't blog that much and I know not too many read my blogs but really when will the US Economy go belly up. Lucky I'm still working that's why I don't have time to blog. But I see what is happening out there from a house to house point of view. More homes under foreclosure and more homes just falling apart and the neighbor as well. City's having problems with property taxes and States having the same issue and all they can say is that we have to raise taxes. If you read my previous blogs I have a solution but that's not what Our great government wants to do. It seems all they can do is sit for 6 hours and talk about who's plan is best without getting any ideas from the people that have voted them in. So as they talk,the economy continues to stall and more and more are out of work and our debt continues to rise and when will the engine stop running. When will inflation or deflation start to play a part. As company's start cutting there work force because less people need there services, less tax revenue's for city and state government's and more and more foreclosure's will rise. So when will it end.

When will we be too BIG to FAIL. Think about it. Look around you if you live in a big city you rely a grocery store for food you live in an apartment or condo or a house that is 5 feet from another house. If we as a nation FAIL the mob rules will start up and trying to survive in a Big City will be hard. Marshall Law will start and life in the big city will be like a prison.
Now I know this sounds scary but think of who is buying our Debt China and Greece is just a start to what could happen to us See this link . If China stops buying and we cannot keep state and city governments running and no work out there except at low wages WE THE PEOPLE will have to stand up and make it work without our government or will will have to Restart, reboot or format what we have and start over.
So are we too BIG to FAIL, I say NO because the world continues to move, earthquakes continue to happen as do hurricanes and pandemics will not stop for our Economy to recovery which will probably bring it to the breaking point.
Everyone that reads this think about it. How long will it take for the US to FAIL and the dollar means nothing to US. Just family and the ability to survive. But I hope I'm wrong but if I'm right its written down to remember or the start of a good Story for a movie to Scare US all.

A New School System

I have had this idea for a long time and now its time for others to hear and give comments on this way of teaching our kids which is our future for the New America.

Lets start.
Take a city any city.
What business's are always in every city.
Think
Here is some.
Wal-Mart
AT&T
Lowes and Home Depot
Kroger,Publix, Food Lion and other major Food Stores
Electric company's like Gulf Power, Georgia power, EMC,
Gas Company's
Fast Food places, McDonald's, Burger King, and other major Chains

This is just a few.

Take those Company's and have them come together and use the Profits from each Company and create a school system that is based on grades 9 thru 12. 1st thru 8th can be ran by the County school system. The reason 9 thru 12 is because the best way to teach our Kids is by Real Company's with Real World experience for Our future Generation.

Now I know that this takes away a standard of what Each County does for there curriculum, sports, and other activities but this still can be with capitalist based school system. This will give each county to really work on Our kids 1st thru 8th and get them ready for A real High School.
Remember most Kids lose interest from grades 9 thru 12 and if we as people and leaders in these company's can just see eye to eye on this issue they can have the best new leaders coming out of these high schools.

Hopefully my vision of this will happen but like my dad said its like the fair tax unless we all revolt on what the government is doing it will never happen.

With this if it could ever happen, would put a jolt in our future of new leaders, new ideas and new visions. Also Company's that are part of these schools can bid on the new Leaders of tomorrow, send them to college and have in place transfer's of power of new Managers , CEO's Supervisors and workers. Remember not everyone can be a lawyer, doctor or CEO but everyone can be a leader, a worker and an individual for a Company.

Now lets get to how this is going to happen because it will take Money and People to operate this right.

All Company's that are willing to try this would use the profits of each county that they operate in.
For example:
County "A" has these Company's operating service's

EMC
AT&T
Comcast
Piedmont Hosipal
Home Depot
Lowes
Wal-Mart
Kroger
Publix
McDonald's
Chick Fil-A
Kohl's
Target
and the list can go on
Take 7 % from each Company's on just profits from each county per month.
Now that percentage can change based on company's projected cost for services.

I'll Use the Phone company for example
County "A" has a population of 106,465
30,000 Family
37,000 Units
say 75 % has phone service which comes to 27,750
Each home spends with phone and dsl service about 100 to 120 per month
Wireless service say 50 % have AT&T. 18,500
they spend between 70 to 200 a month.
OK
7% of 120 is 8.40 X 27,750=233,100
7% of 135 for wireless is 9.45 X 18,500=174,825
total per month 407,925
per year 4,895,100

That is just one Company @ 7 percent add all other company's and there profits it could be massive.

Now lets talk about who will operate this.

All Company's that participate will have one person that will be part of the school board that will over see how the money is spent from teachers pay, to sports, class materials, etc.
Also these people will be in the hiring of principals and assistant principals and head of directors for science, English , Math Technology, History and so forth.

Teachers will be hired by the head of directors with approval from the Principal and assistant principal. Pay will be base on education and experience.

Basically each High School will be ran like a business with specified teachers in areas of technology, business and other area's from retired and semi retired employee's from the company's that participate. By using them as teachers you will give real life experience and education for the next generation of leaders and workers of America.

Sports can still be done as well as band, chorus and all other activities. All that changes is that it goes from a government ran school system to a capitalist ran system.
With this moneys from the county's can be freed up for other use's and maybe some of our hard working money can come back to US and be used on our economy and local giving.

I just hope some of Our Business leaders and government leaders would have some sense in changing the hearts and minds of our Youth for the better if not the government will continue to educate and raise our taxes to say it for education and nothing has changed except the money in our pockets

First thing first.

Dictionary states-
Of or relating to the United States of America or its people, language, or culture.
Another good one is Letters from an American Farmer a must read.

So what will the new American be;
First look around at your kids, what are they doing for fun, are they playing outside, playing sports, reading or enjoying time with friends. Or are they playing on the XBOX, PS3, or staying on the PC 24 / 7. But we all say they will grow out of it, Some do, but most are hooked. They have no interest in what is outside and beyond the virtual world. Live at home and never get involved with others except on the PC or XBOX. That is what Our government wants. Stay busy with what makes us feel good and forget about life beyond the house.
So where will Our America be in 5 to 10 years. Who will be running it. An American or a foreigner. If our kids would start paying attention to what is going on an stop worrying about the new cell phone and the new XBOX game.
Reason I'm ranting about this is because you can see what my name is phone man. I see what goes on everyday and what goes on in every house. If your internet goes down or your phone goes down I'm there. I see the kids that are coming up and praise the parents that are doing things right. The problem is there are more kids that play videos games than ones that don't and that scares me. Parents it starts with US, We are the people that can make the difference and if we don't do it now Our America will change and not for the better. Education is the Key and parents are the door, we have to keep it open and never lock our Kids out. They are our future.

Will Things ever change

First thing is I HOPE.
For the better and not by what the government is doing now.
We as people of this great nation need to understand that we can not lie down and just let everyday life run its course. We have to get up dust those old boots off and remain strong to our words and our beliefs.
The government is like a drug addict , we need to have an intervention and tell them no more tax money no more telling us that we are to trust them since they don't trust us or believe in us, when all we do stand is up to them at town hall meetings and laughed at. The problem is that the majority of us work hard everyday that we are sometimes too tired to read or care about what is going on and the other ones are too busy wanting to know about American idol or reality shows and the life of others than their selves. Like one guy said on Rush Limbaugh show that we as a people are too stupid when it comes to politics I say most just don't want to know. Like the old saying " what you don't know want hurt you" well its creeping up on you and the next thing you know it will.

So People. Start by learning, Go back to our founding fathers, Read what their purpose was and read the Constitution. Its like the bible we fall and we come back to our senses, read and understand our purpose in life. Same with the Constitution. We need to read to understand who it was written for (US) not the Government. Our rights and our lives in the great country.

Read all you can about what is happening and stay informed. Get together with people both here and everywhere you live. Tea Parties is a good way and just meet and greets. We have to stay powerful and as a team we can keep our government in control. If not they will control US. Read 1984. Don't think it won't happen, then keep rolling over, don't be that lap dog.

Last, never give up, Its like exercising its hard to start and easy to quit. NO matter how hard it might seem and how much the odds are against US, the people always prevail and will prevail.

We as Americans are tired of others in Congress telling US that they know whats best for US. So I created this blog for Ideas that would be best for the people by the people. He is one I have come up with that makes more sense than those in Congress.

For Health Care
Lets start with Our current tax system.
Make a flat tax.
With that flat tax there will be no tax returns and no paying extra after you payed your share in taxes for the year. Which would Change the IRS all together which means SAVING MONEY with means Lower the Deficit.
Stay with Me on this.
Say you make $100,000 a year and you pay 10% in federal taxes.
That is 10,000 . Take half of that 5,000 for health care and the other half for taxes.
(Most Health insurance plans run 250 to 500 a month from single to Family coverage.)
With that 5,000 YOU choose your own Health Care as long there is no Government Plan in the mix.
Health Care Company's can bid on your money it can be 5,000 or it could be lower for the year or it could be more. This would let the free market run the insurance side of health care. They bid for your business.
Now you are thinking what about those that make 12 , 25 or 50,000 a year or that are out of a job. Well those that making 300,000 a year or more would use what is needed for health insurance and the rest would be divided up for those that would need the cost to cover the rest for insurance since those making less would not be able to cover cost for the year.
Now if this is possible and if congress can get there head out of their four point contact. This would free up company's on having to give health care to employees which means it would free up money that company's can use for other needs like expanding, training, paying employees more(means more taxes), bonuses(means more taxes) and other areas of improving a company's product.
Also this would be mean that if you change company's or have been layed off your insurance would stay with you even of you move to different states.
Now I know that Our government would have to "change" the way they spend OUR MONEY which is what needs to happen, but with what is being proposed is wrong, unamerican and not WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT.

Give me some input , what you don't like or can add to it. Because WE THE PEOPLE CAN.
