<p>Fiz recentemente a primeira sessão de brainstorming para escrever um artigo sobre Enterprise 2.0 com um novo entusiasta do assunto, <a href="http://www.linkedin.com/pub/roberto-peres-angelelli/0/337/691">Roberto Peres Angelelli</a>. </p>
<p>Pra mim é um prazer pois o Roberto me lançou no mercado, acompanhou minha trajetória profissional e até hoje me ensina muita coisa.</p>
<p>Após o MBA, onde sugeri o termo Enterprise 2.0 como a somatória da Web 2.0 com uma Gestão 2.0, decidimos explorar um pouco mais o assunto.</p>
<p>Basicamente estamos propondo que a nova versão dos estilos e modelos gerenciais vigentes nas organizações devem levar em consideração 4 pilares:</p>
<p>1. <strong>Comunidades </strong>- Empresas organizadas em comunidades orientadas por uma visão compartilhada e focadas em uma missão corporativa;</p>
<p>2. <strong>Web 2.0</strong> &#8211; Plataforma integrada com sistemas legados, orquestrando processos e usando portais como meio físico para interação entre as comunidades;</p>
<p>3. <strong>Gestão do Conhecimento</strong> &#8211; Sub-produto da gestão dos processos organizacionais. As saídas dos processos devem alimentar uma base de conhecimentos;</p>
<p>4. <strong>Inteligência Competitiva</strong> &#8211; Fornecendo alertas antecipados num mundo em constante mudança.</p>
<p>No &#8220;centro do palco&#8221;, com a responsabilidade de orquestrar os 4 pilares, está uma <strong>GESTÃO ORGÂNICA</strong>, um modelo gerencial que, assim como o &#8220;cérebro&#8221;, aprende e se adapta.</p>

<p>Como muitas pessoas acreditam no modelo de gestão do Google, achei interessante divulgar o que o CEO do Google, Eric Schmidt, relatou em uma entrevista realizada por James Manyika, da consultoria McKinsey.</p>
<p>Algumas frases interessantes&#8230;.</p>
<p>&#8220;Muitos modelos de negócio ainda são baseados em controle&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Já temos muitas evidências de que grupos tomam melhores decisões que indivíduos&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;A sabedoria das multidões argumenta que você pode operar uma empresa por consenso&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Em uma organização o papel do líder não é forçar um resultado, mas a execução&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Se não houver discordância, você terá um rei&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;O que eu tento fazer em reuniões é descobrir pessoas que não falaram, que constumam ser as que tem medo de falar, mas que possuem opinião divergente&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;As melhores idéias normalmente não vem dos executivos&#8221;</p>

Until now <strong>84% of the respondents believe that Web 2.0 requires a management innovation</strong>, what we could say, requires a &#8221;Management 2.0&#8243; in order to succeed with a Web 2.0 inside the organizations .  The main reasons for this is that on Web 2.0 platform:</p>
<ul>
<li>Everybody has the right to give their opinion;</li>
<li>The tools for criativity are widely spread;</li>
<li>The skills and abilities are more important than hierarchical positions or “badges”;</li>
<li>The commitment is volunteer;</li>
<li>The power is bottom-up;</li>
<li>The “leadership” depends on the values added;</li>
<li>Almost everything is decentralized;</li>
<li>Ideas compete on an equal footing;</li>
<li>The only hierarchies are &#8220;natural&#8221;;</li>
<li>The communities are self-defined;</li>
<li>The decisions are taken among the users.</li>
</ul>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Project Management</strong> &#8211; Wikis are excellent tools for managing a wide variety of project types. They provide a single place for updates on project activities, can be readily accessed by relevant people outside the organization (with permission) and provide updates via RSS to project participants. Maintaining minutes from meeting from meetings is very easily done on a wiki.</p>
<p><strong>Reference material</strong> - You can use wikis to create policies, procedures, HR information, technical support information, knowledge bases, sales documentation, and so on.</p>
<p><strong>Collaborative document creation</strong> &#8211; The creation of many documents involves multiple authors or reviewers. Wikis provides a simple and ready platform to enable this. Different levels of permission can be established for participants to view and update the document, and full version history can be kept to show who made which amendments, and to roll these back if necessary.</p>
<p><strong>Client relationship management</strong> &#8211; Wikis, sometimes combined with blogs, can provide an easy way of ensuring that team members are literally &#8216;on the same page&#8217; in dealing with the client.</p>
<p><strong>Collaboration with external parties</strong> &#8211; As work increasingly happens across organizational boundaries, an array of collaboration spaces and other tools have arisen to facilitate collaboration with clients, suppliers, and partners. Wikis provide an easy tool to provide external visibility of projects activities and the ability for others to contribute, while maintaining security and control over updates.</p>
