è esattamente un mese che non scrivo, ma tra crisi post sfidanzamento e varie ( comprese le vacanze di Natale) non avevo più gli stimoli giusti.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Oltrettutto per il mio esame di Comunicazione aziendale, ero impegnato in un lavoro di &lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF0000;"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF0000;"&gt;omunicazione integrata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt; per una azienda dolciaria di nicchia del Nord-est.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;E' quella che fa i panettoni molto buoni, e non lo dico per piaggeria, anche perchè per correttezza non dico il nome.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;In questo post metterò alcune &lt;b&gt;idee scartate&lt;/b&gt; dal mio gruppo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Allora, essendo questa un'azienda a conduzione familiare, volevo rendere l'immagine dell'imprenditore stile Giovanni Rana.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Scegliendo di comune accordo, il claim: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;                                                                     &lt;b&gt;"(nome ditta), una favola nel dolce "&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Poi per rimarcare il fatto della favola, avevo creato questo spot radiofonico per radio locali del Veneto, che siccome è stato scartato, ve lo propongo, o miei cari lettori, magari fatemi sapere che ne pensate, perché di pubblicità classica non me ne intendo molto.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Copy strategy della campagna radio “Hansel e Gretel”&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Promise&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Un prodotto che non si può rifiutare&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Reason Why&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Hansel e Gretel pronti a tutto pur di arrivare in tempo alla fabbrica&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Supporting evidence&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Il rifiuto dei dolci della vecchina&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Tono: ironico su atmosfere fiabesche, quindi dissacrante.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF6600;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:x-large;"&gt;Spot radiofonico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Rumore di traffico, clacson ecc:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Hansel e Gretel in macchina parlano&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Gretel:&lt;/b&gt; Hansel, mio Dio è tardissimo, ci aspetta (nome azienda-imprenditore), e c’è tutto questo traffico&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Hansel:&lt;/b&gt; Gretel, tranquilla…prendo questa strada di campagna che è una scorciatoia…&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;…rumori…&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Gretel&lt;/b&gt;: Ecco lo sapevo ci siamo persi…e dentro al bosco per di più&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Hansel&lt;/b&gt;: Mannaggia a me…adesso chi ti sente…aspetta che c’è una casa di marzapane con una vecchina…&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Scusi signora, per (sede dell'azienda) ???&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Vecchia:&lt;/b&gt; Ah non so, fermatevi un attimo, vedete ho la casa piena di dolci, caramelle , penettoni, c’è tutto, ma non so a chi offrire…Venite entrate…finalmente un po’ di compagnia&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Gretel: &lt;/b&gt;Signora , volentieri, ma mio fratello ed io siamo stati assunti da (&lt;i&gt;nome imprenditore&lt;/i&gt;) come assaggiatori ufficiali dei suoi nuovi prodotti, e siamo già in ritardo, ci dica dove è ( &lt;i&gt;sede azienda&lt;/i&gt;)&lt;/p&gt; Ed abbiamo scambiato due parole su una forma particolare di promozione del brand, il &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;font-family:verdana;" &gt;product placement&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Ringrazio da subito Michele, studente universitario, per la sua simpatia e disponibilità.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Ecco le domande che gli ho posto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;D: Cosa è il product placement?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;pre  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;R: Il product placement consiste nell’inserimento di un brand all’interno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;di un prodotto audiovisivo, quali ad esempio, opere cinematografiche,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;trasmissioni televisive, video musicali, serie TV, reality,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;videogames, etc. Questa politica comunicazionale viene attuata con&lt;br /&gt;un&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; accordo tra produttore e società inserzionista, oggi sempre più&lt;br /&gt;questo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;viene agevolato dall’intervento di mediatori, ovvero le agenzie di&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;product placement.&lt;br /&gt;Il posizionamento del prodotto o brand può essere:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;    - visuale o screen placement, dove il brand viene ripreso in primo o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;in secondo piano rispetto alla scena principale;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;    - verbale o script placement, dove il brand viene citato dal&lt;br /&gt;personaggio;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;    - integrata o plot placement, consiste in un posizionamento&lt;br /&gt;     misto dato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; dalla combinazione delle prime due tipologie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;D: Cosa lo differenzia dalla pubblicità occulta?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;R: Nel contesto italiano, il product placement viene considerato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;pubblicità occulta fino al 2004 con l’entrata in vigore del Decreto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Urbani. Non essendo soggetto ad una disciplina specifica viene&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;regolamentato in base a quanto disposto in materia di pubblicità&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;redazionale, ovvero quella forma pubblicitaria effettuata all’&lt;br /&gt;interno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; di testate giornalistiche o riviste, dove l’accordo di&lt;br /&gt;partnership si&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; maschera nell’opinione “pilotata” del redattore&lt;br /&gt;dell’articolo,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;rientrando pertanto nella definizione economico-&lt;br /&gt;giuridica di&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;pubblicità occulta. Con il Decreto Urbani, l’attuazione&lt;br /&gt;del product&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;placement viene consentita limitatamente alle opere&lt;br /&gt;cinematografiche,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;accompagnata dal presupposto di inerenza alla&lt;br /&gt;trama corredata di un&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; avviso idoneo che porti lo spettatore a&lt;br /&gt;conoscenza dell’accordo di&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; product placement (solitamente nei&lt;br /&gt;titoli di coda).&lt;br /&gt;Oggi, siamo in&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; attesa di recepire la direttiva europea 2007/65/CE&lt;br /&gt;“Servizi di Media&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; Audiovisivi”, che permetterà di estendere&lt;br /&gt;l’applicazionedelle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; politiche di product placement al mercato di&lt;br /&gt;altri prodotti&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;audiovisivi, con alcune limitazioni come i programmi&lt;br /&gt;destinati ad un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;pubblico minore.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;D: Può essere utilizzato per comunicare in maniera non&lt;br /&gt; convenzionale?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Facci qualche esempio...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;R: Il sistema comunicazionale su cui verte il product placement,&lt;br /&gt;consiste&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; a parer mio proprio nella non-convenzionalità, data la&lt;br /&gt;trasmissione&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; indiretta nella percezione del consumatore-spettatore.&lt;br /&gt;E’ proprio il&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; carattere indiretto di questo canale comunicazionale&lt;br /&gt;a suscitare&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; interesse nella società inserzionista, in quanto è dotato&lt;br /&gt;di una&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; capacità molto più efficace nel posizionamento del&lt;br /&gt;prodotto/brand nel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;target rispetto ai canali tradizionali o convenzionali.&lt;br /&gt;Esempio nel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; mercato cinematografico, si riscontra nel film&lt;br /&gt;“Knowing – Segnali dal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;futuro”, che viene utilizzato come un vero&lt;br /&gt;e proprio “ipermercato di&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; prodotti e brand”. Nelle opere&lt;br /&gt;cinematografiche è possibile vedere&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; come questo canale&lt;br /&gt;comunicazionale si sia evoluto al punto tale da&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; ammettere politiche&lt;br /&gt;di co-marketing.Esempi ne sono, Angeli e Demoni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; con Lancia New&lt;br /&gt;Delta,&lt;br /&gt;dove il film posiziona l’auto al suo interno e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; lo spot Lancia che si&lt;br /&gt;struttura&lt;br /&gt;come trailer del film; e la strategia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; del name placement, dove il nome&lt;br /&gt;del brand/prodotto compare nel titolo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; stesso del film,&lt;br /&gt;come “Il diavolo veste Prada”, “Gran Torino” e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt; “L’ultimo Crodino”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Tuttavia, ultimamente il product placement viene sempre più adottato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;nei film di animazione, come nel caso di Coraline, dove la famiglia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;della protagonista guida la Volkswagen New Beetle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Altro mercato emergente è quello dei video musicali, dove ad esempio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;troviamo Lady Gaga con Paparazzi, che sin dai primi secondi sfoggia i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;gioielli Dior a pieno schermo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;D: Di solito appare come una pubblicità invasiva&lt;br /&gt; come lo spam? Le aziende sui social media hanno capito che il dialogo e la conversazione con i propri clienti permette un miglioramento della reputazione del brand e permette di migliorare per esempio il servizio post-vendita, oppure di apportare migliorie al proprio prodotto.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;E’ noto che la Ducati si serva dei consigli dei propri “comunitari virtuali” per apportare migliorie tecniche alle moto.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Ed è noto che Twitter è utilizzato anche per capire cosa si dice del brand tra le persone, grazie a Twitter search è possibile conoscere quanto e come si parla del proprio brand, oltretutto può essere utilizzato per azioni di Crm in rete, in quanto permette un contatto diretto con i clienti.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4) Comunicare con i propri clienti non è tempo perduto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Sia che si vada in un’ottica di fidelizzazione cognitiva del cliente, quindi basata sulla personalizzazione più spinta dell’offerta, sia che si voglia fidelizzare il cliente al proprio progetto di brand, l’azienda deve saper creare sia un flusso duale con i clienti, sia capire cosa dicono gli utenti della stessa.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Quindi Viva i social media&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5) I social media servono alla relazione non alle transazioni&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Tutto il marketing degli ultimi tempi è rivolto alle relazioni con i clienti, i mercati e la società.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Chiaramente i social media non permettono un ritorno immediato in termine di vendita, del resto non sono un sito di e-commerce, ma a livello di relazioni non li batte nessuno&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6) Misurabilità del Roi delle campagne social media marketing&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Di questo argomento non capisco assolutamente nulla, quindi copio pari pari questo post di &lt;a href="http://www.penn-olson.com/2009/08/20/how-to-measure-your-social-media-roi/"&gt;Penn Olson&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;a.a.a. urgente…qualcuno che mi spieghi bene la questione in Italiano sarebbe gradito &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt; 7) Qualsiasi business può essere “comunicato” via web&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Del resto il web non è il regno delle nicchie di mercato?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Del resto Facebook non è il luogo dove c’è mezza Italia?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Perchè averne paura?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8) L’utilizzo dei social media è alla portata di tutti&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Anche l’ultimo degli impiegati se ben istruito può tenere le P.R via social media, tutti possono farlo…&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;del resto il web 2.0 è democratico e i social media ancora di più. &lt;/p&gt;
