Haroon Mokhtarzada

Co-Founder and CEO

Haroon co-founded Webs in 2001 with his brothers Zeki and Idris while studying for undergraduate degrees at the University of Maryland. After graduating summa cum laude, Haroon went to Harvard Law School, where he continued building the company while earning his J.D. As CEO, Haroon manages the Webs family of products. Deeply interested in innovative technology and user experience, Haroon also personally shapes product design and development at Webs.

Rich Ellinger

COO

Rich comes to Webs with 20 years of technology and operations experience. In his role as COO, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and works with the executive team to shape the strategic direction of Webs. Prior to joining Webs, Rich was CTO at Jobfox and the co-founder and Vice President of Engineering for Saba. Rich holds a B.S. in Computer Science, a B.A. in Political Science and a M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Zeki Mokhtarzada

Co-Founder and CTO

In 2001, Zeki co-founded Webs, where he now serves as CTO. In this role, Zeki is the architect behind the company's backend and server architecture - which supports tens of millions of visitors. Prior to co-founding Webs, he was the first employee at WebOS, where he was instrumental in developing leading-edge applications in the on-demand space. Zeki holds a B.S. in Math and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

Pierre Mallet

VP of Engineering

Pierre is the head of engineering at Webs. In this role, he manages the engineering team and all product development for the company. Before joining Webs, Pierre was an independent software consultant for such clients as Fannie Mae and Capital One. Prior to that, he served as a senior software engineer at Perot Systems. He holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from University of Virginia and a M.S. in Software Engineering from George Mason University.

Touraj Parang

VP of Strategy & Corporate Development

Touraj started Webs' Silicon Valley office in 2009 and leads strategy and partnership efforts. Prior to Webs, he was the Founder and COO of jaxtr, an innovative consumer Internet and mobile service. As a former corporate attorney and venture capitalist, Touraj has been involved with many startups with an active role in financing and M&A transactions totaling over $1 billion. He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and degrees in Philosophy and Economics from Stanford University.

Kathy McGovern

VP of Product Marketing

Kathy leads the company's marketing efforts. Kathy has many years of experience focusing on the small business segment as well as working with subscription-based business models. Before coming to Webs, Kathy held a variety of marketing positions at Network Solutions, CareerBuilder.com, MCI and her own consulting firm. She earned a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
