HIPAA Certificates for Dependents

Upload SPDs and/or Benefit Summaries

Prorate Mid-Month Subsidies

Sub-Domains for Each Customer

Logging in to WebCOBRA.com just got easier with the ability to create a sub-domain for each customer. You can now create your own branded URL at http://yourcode.webcobra.com. Your users, and clients, will no longer have to remember the ADMIN code; they will simply link to your website and log right in with a username and password.

Coupon Enhancement

Client/Sponsor ACH Processing

Manual Terminations

Manual Termination has been in WebCOBRA.com since its go live date in 2005. Prior to Summer '07, when you would manually terminate someone, the letters that are produced due to the manual termination action would have to be accepted before the QB's status would change to Terminated. With Summer '07, QB statuses will now change immediately to Terminated Pending Acceptance.

100% Subsidy Enrollment control

Web Application Programming Interface (API)

A WebAPI was added to WebCOBRA.com in the January Release which opens doors to user's Data. WebCOBRA now provides an Application Programming Interface using SOAP to allow customers to create real-time programs that query WebCOBRA for data or fill a local Access Database. Customers can then use this Database to create custom reports and custom file extracts, such as EDI files being sent to Carriers. To get started, developers can join devcenter.webcobra.com, a community website where users can download free code, ask questions, and share answers. The WebAPI opens WebCOBRA.com up to a new world of possibilities.

Tracking Dependent's Ages
