Our adoption of Lil’ Kinz Bullfrog

My son picked out the Lil’ Kinz Bullfrog for a prize that he had earned this week. He is a total Frog nut and already has collected the other Webkinz Frogs. He’s totally happy with how the little guy looks and it has not left his side in 2 days now. Here are some details from the Frogs adoption.

aI was at the local Hallmark with my son this weekend. We were there buying his new Lil’ Kinz Bullfrog, but we saw the Lil’ Kinz Chicken. It was pretty cool looking. We did not see the Black Poodle. We also purchased the Whimsy Dragon for my Daughter, which she is waiting to login for a while.

Ganz continues to promote upcoming Webkinz Day 3rd Birthday

The folks over at Ganz are really pumping things up for their 3rd Webkinz World Birthday. The big event will take place in just two weeks on April 25 - 27th at participating Webkinz retailers. The event will be celebrated online April 29th.

New changes to the Clubhouse and Webkinz Cell Phone

There are more changes coming to the Webkinz Clubhouse and KinzChat Cell Phone. The clubhouse will now have a “Find me a Room” button that will make it easier to locate a quite or busy room to play in. You will also be able to type in a number for a specific room to jump to. The KinzChat cell phone will now have just 2 colors to choose from. The only 2 colors available in the zone list on cell phone are now Light Blue and Light Green.

An official from Ganz has has said if your a collector of rare items in Webkinz World. You will not want to miss the SuperWheel over the Webkinz Day celebration. One can only imagine what kind of rare wonderful items will be given away for this party weekend.

Webkinz Stadium brings more fun and games to the World

In case you been hiding under a rock or something. There is a new area that was released in Webkinz World. The Webkinz Stadium is a place to compete with other Webbies much like the tournament arena. The only even in the Stadium right now is the Beauty Pageant. There will be other events added as the Stadium gets older. Currently Ganz is limiting the number of people per event to 1000 users. This means that the events are filling up within seconds. Ganz has said they are excited about the large response to the new area and will be increasing the number of users allowed to complete and the wait time to sign up for events.

Under the current rules you can only sign up your pet within 2 hours of the start of the event. If you do get there early you wont be able to play.

When you click on the event you will see that it costs 25 Kinz Cash to enter a competition, and the prizes are some the best you can find in Webkinz World. There will be a total of $10,000 Kinz Cash and trophies for each event. The $10,000 Kinz Cash is split between the top 10 of the particular event. The winner will get $4,000 Kinz Cash for the top prize. The top there will also receive a Bronze, Silver or Gold trophies for each event and event.

You will also notice that there are three levels of competition right now. There is an Open, Amateur, and Pro classes that people can compete in. The event times are linked across all time zones at the moment.

I personally have been waiting to see the Webkinz Leopard Lizard for a while now. He comes with the Lizard lounge chair for his Pet Specific item. The reptile dude loves his Pet Specific food the Cricket Croquette.

We were at the store this week and came across most of the new Webkinz. The Chicken, Cocker Spaniel, mouse and others were all there waiting for good homes. I really like the Webkinz Chicken but it does not interest me that much in a plush toy. The Webkinz Chicken has the Egg chair of its Pet Specific Item. You will also receive Candy Corn Compote for the Pet Specific Food.
