Title: What should I do to marry a rich guy?

I'm going to be honest of what I'm going to say here. I'm 25 this year. I'm very pretty, have style and good taste. I wish to marry a guy with $500k annual salary or above. You might say that I'm greedy, but an annual salary of $1M is considered only as middle class in New York . My requirement is not high. Is there anyone in this forum who has an income of $500k annual salary? Are you all married? I wanted to ask: what should I do to marry rich persons like you? Among those I've dated, the richest is $250k annual income, and it seems that this is my upper limit. If someone is going to move into high cost residential area on the west of New York City Garden , $250k annual income is not enough.

I'm here humbly to ask a few questions:
1) Where do most rich bachelors hang out? (Please list down the names and addresses of bars, restaurant, gym)
2) Which age group should I target?
3) Why most wives of the riches is only average-looking? I've met a few girls who doesn't have looks and are not interesting, but they are able to marry rich guys
4) How do you decide who can be your wife, and who can only be your girlfriend? (my target now is to get married)

I have read your post with great interest. Guess there are lots of girls out there who have similar questions like yours. Please allow me to analyze your situation as a professional investor. My annual income is more than $500k, which meets your requirement, so I hope everyone believes that I'm not wasting time here.

From the standpoint of a business person, it is a bad decision to marry you. The answer is very simple, so let me explain. Put the details aside, what you're trying to do is an exchange of beauty and money: Person A provides beauty, and Person B pays for it, fair and square. However, there's a deadly problem here, your beauty will fade, but my money will not be gone without any good reason. The fact is, my income might increase from year to year, but you can't be prettier year after year. Hence from the viewpoint of economics, I am an appreciation asset, and you are a depreciation asset. It's not just normal depreciation, but exponential depreciation. If that is your only asset, your value will be much worried 10 years later.

By the terms we use in Wall Street, every trading has a position, dating with you is also a trading position. If the trade value dropped we will sell it and it is not a good idea to keep it for long term same goes with the marriage that you wanted. It might be cruel to say this, but in order to make a wiser decision any assets with great depreciation value will be sold or leased. Anyone with over $500k annual income is not a fool; we would only date you, but will not marry you. I would advice that you forget looking for any clues to marry a rich guy. And by the way, you could make yourself to become a rich person with $500k annual income. This has better chance than finding a rich fool.

Primul clip a facut valva pe net. A aparut si o continuare ceva mai "cuminte" in care putem vedea clar ca de fapt totul e.. marketing viral. Probabil ca cei peste 200 000 de vizitatori de pe youtube vor accesa si al doilea clip. Inca o dovada ca marketingul viral functioneaza :)

Google Chrome este noul browser open source dezvoltat de cei de la Google. Principala inovatie e faptul ca interfata e construita in jurul taburilor, care inlocuiesc bara de titlu integral.

Browserul e construit in jurul operatiei de cautare, la fiecare pas esti invitat sa faci o cautare (adrese, istoric, etc.) cu ajutorul tehnologiei Google Search bineinteles :)

Interfata cu utilizatorul e un amestec de Opera si Firefox. Imprumuta idei de la ambele browsere (de la Firefox 3 functionalitatea barei de adrese, iar de la Opera functionalitatea taburilor goale cu boobkarks).

Browserul foloseste WebKit (aceeasi tehnologie open source folosita de Safari si alte browsere), asa ca ar trebui sa fie destul de rapid.

Ca si cum piata browserelor web nu ar fi destul de aglomerata cu Internet explorer 6, Internet explorer 7, Internet explorer 8 beta, Firefox 2, Firefox 3, Safari, Opera, Camino, Konqueror.. etc, Google Chrome va face luarea unei decizii in privinta browserului preferat si mai dificila. Poate ar fi mai ok sa finanteze in continuare Firefox, sa lase dezvoltarea de browsere in seama Mozilla.

Google Chrome e un pas natural in evolutia produselor Google, avand in vedere ca e construit in jurul tehnologiei Google Search (utilizatorul este invitat sa foloseasca cautarea mai des decat in oricare alt browser). Mai multe cautari inseamna mai multi $ pentru Google.

Ce mi-a atras atentia a fost perioada de 4 ani in care s-au facut acesti km. La un simplu calcul:

1.000.000 km in 4 ani
250.000 pe an
20.833,33 km pe luna
694,44 km pe zi

Skoda Octavia Tour cred ca este o masina foarte reusita, capabila de a duce 1 mil km (chiar mai mult), insa 694 km pe zi mi se pare mult.

Millenium Project - previziunile ONU legate de viitor

Am citit un articol interesant aici legata de previziunile grupului Millenium Project. Cateva idei care mi-au atras atentia:

Va urma un deceniu marcat de instabilitate si violente [..] Raportul subliniaza 15 provocari mondiale, de la apa si energie, la crima organizata sau etica.

Din punct de vedere demografic, populatia mondiala va creste de la 6,7 miliarde de persoane in prezent la 9,2 miliarde in 2050, dupa care, la scurt timp, va atinge un maxim de 9,8 miliarde, pentru a cobori in cele din urma la 5,5 miliarde in 2100, potrivit previziunilor ONU.

Ar fi interesant de aflat care sunt cauzele care vor duce scadearea populatiei lumii cu 4,3 miliarde oameni in 50 de ani.

Millennium Project s-a creat la initiativa Federatiei asociatiilor ONU. Numele mi-a adus aminte de un serial mai vechi - Millenium , serial care acum mi se pare inspirat din activitatea proiectului initiat de ONU.
