Combine tables or keep them seperate?

In a project of mine there are three tables building, research and unit, containing buildings, researches and units respectively :2sm

All entries in these tables should be able to depend on (require) some of the others. More precisely, all three tables may depends on building and research, nothing can depend on a unit. For example, some building B3 may not be contructed until building B1, B2 and research R4 is already built/researched.

My initial thought was to 6 tables:

unit_require_building
unit_require_research
building_require_building
building_require_research
research_require_building
research_require_research

as I thought this would be the most normalized. Although, I guess this could be done with only one table which contain a type and an ID (uniquely refering to either a unit, building or research), and a similar require_type and require_ID.

At the moment I'm not sure which way to go and would appreciate some input.

Like the title says I'm looking to have some marketing material designed. What I'm looking for is:

Pamphlet (6 8.5" x 11" pages + cover page)
Brochure (trifold 8.5" x 11" double-sided)
Door Hanger (front and back)
Bumper Sticker

I'm looking for a similar design theme throughout. For example the pamphlet pages could all share the same background except for being a different color and incorporating a different image somewhere to signify the service. I figured I'd run the contest for one of the pamphlet pages and the submitter I go with will design the rest. I don't have an exact idea yet on the text so there will be some back-and-forth on the pages while getting that sorted out. Payment will be $100 immediately following the end of the contest, $100 at the half-way point and the remainder upon completion. Deadline may be extended if a winner hasn't been chosen by the end date and the contest may be canceled if there doesn't seem to be enough interest to generate a winning design.

I'm looking for something clean and professional, not too flashy but attention-getting. Here's a general layout idea I had but I'm open to pretty much anything:

Im building the external link notice for clients leaving the website.
I want to rewrite the url so it looks like this:

The problem is when the link has leading http:// my relative paths are messed up, no images, no css.
It's working fine without it:

My rewrite rule:

Im on lighttpd but i think that doesnt matter.

All the limestone rocks mountains are rich in caves.

Pantai Cenang is one of the most popular beaches of Langkawi, full of budget accommodations, but it�s quite chaotic and polluted.
Renting a scooter you can visit the beaches in the north of the island, much more quiet and clean.

The route winds through paved roads that run into the jungle, really nice� until I was left with two flat tires in the middle of nowhere!

Hi vets,

I would like to know if this is permissible for an Adwords representative to gain access to my MCC account without my approval? Actually the person who gain access is actually not even from Google, but from VXI Global Solutions.

When I logged in and see the Account Access section i see the rep already gained with read access level.

I haver reported this to Google from the email portal, but what do you think about this!!!??? Is this action justified!!!??? Or perhaps google approves of this but want to keeps its hands clean and let a Filipino company does its dirty job????

Hello, so I am getting closer to finally completing my form.

However, I need it so that the US states in my form are able to retrieve the VALUE section of it.

For example, in my html code, I have each set up as follows:

value="CA"/> California

and in the PHP, I have it set up like:
if(isset($_POST['Submit']))
$states = $_POST['states'];

but it doesn't seem to be working. That is how i have set up the other fields on my form, with the

$name = $_POST['name'];

Can some one please possibly steer me in the right direction?? Would be very appreciative.
