Faroes Islands are a truly spectacular place for photography, such an amazing location, with a lot of drama on its cliffs and a really amazing light. This time it has not been really easy to do this work, because to reach the most famous sites like Drangarnir, Traelanipan or the lighthouse of Kallur you have to walk long distances on a complicated terrain due to its inclination, also the photographic equipment and the drone weight’s, made it very hard.

  • Gespeicherte IPs der alten Kommentare löschen. Das geht auch ganz einfach per SQL (z.B. mit phpMyAdmin): UPDATE xx_comments SET comment_author_IP = ' '; Das "xx" müsst ihr durch euren DB Präfix ersetzen.

Sailing through the midnight sun in Greenland, a dream becomes reality. In July I visited Greenland for the first time. With our small sailing boat we discovered the icefjords around Ilulissat and captured amazing photos and videos every night. Grab some warm clothes and enjoy my latest work "The Beauty of Greenland".

I spent 24 hours in the Dolomites (tre cime di lavaredo) and tried to catch the amazing atmosphere I experienced there in this small video. Staying awake the whole night at -4°C and watching the stars was extremely exhausting but in the end it was worth it! I hope you like this small impression of the wonderful landscape!

Ditch the Label just published a new study that found that 42% of over 10,000 young people surveyed had experienced cyber-bullying on Instagram. Not only that, but a previous study published earlier this year found that Instagram was the worst social media offender for fueling anxiety, depression, body image issues, and more.

On June 12th, I broke down into tears. Minutes earlier, I had been outside my truck, leaning against it, head buried in my arms, frustration and failure washing over me. I wanted to quit. I got back in the car and as I drove, the pain got the better of me and the tears came.

The product of more than two years of planning Ghosts of the Arctic was filmed exclusively in the Arctic archipelago of Svalbard in the depths of Winter. It is my hope that the film will impart some of the haunting beauty of this incredibly precious and endangered polar wilderness; as well as give you some insight into my life as a Polar photographer. With its imposing mountains, endless plateaus and echoing valleys, Norway is a country where nature takes the lead. Using time-lapse, this film attempts to capture the ebb and flow of the seasons and is a result of one year of planning, a second year of shooting and four months of editing. 20,000 kilometers have been travelled, 200,000 photos taken and 20 terabytes worth of hard drives filled. Months have been spent hiking through the mountains, sleeping in tents and travelling through the entire country hunting for the best locations. SEASONS of NORWAY is shot and edited by Morten Rustad.
