			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Da stiu. Mi s-a mai spus de mult ori. Am doua mari &#8220;calitati&#8221;. Sunt optimist de natura extrema si naiv incurabil. Am si cateva defecte. De exemplu nu pricep cum cineva se poate ascunde in spatele unei  motivatii puerile de genul &#8220;e greu&#8221; sau &#8220;nu cred ca o sa putem&#8221;.</p>
<p>Daca stau sa ma gandesc, mai nimic nu a fost usor pana acum. Dupa ce am fost nascut, la 2 minute am adormit. Eram frant. La 1 an a trebuit sa invat sa merg. La 5 ani m-a pus mama sa invat germana dupa care m-a lasat singur la gradinita.<br />
Mai departe treburile au continuat in acelasi stil.</p>
<p>Totul era imposibil. Si cu toate astea a mers.</p>
<p>Derulati inapoi in anul 1998/99/2000. Ganditi-va la Google &#8211; pardon &#8211; la cei doi baieti: Serghei si Larry. Ei si-au propus sa &#8220;organizeze informatia de pe internet&#8221;. Wow. Total imposibil pentru orice gandire normala a vremii respective.</p>
<p>Nu au facut ce au facut pentru bani, pentru faima sau pentru profituri ulterioare. S-au apucat sa faca o treaba buna. Asta le era focusul.<br />
Acum, in 2010, putem spune ca au cam reusit. In ce masura? Nu stiu .. Si nici nu conteaza exact. Principalul este ca au reusit si ca intre timp au mai realizat 2 chestii: s-au distrat si au facut bani.  Important e ca au reusit. La fel si Mark Zuckerberg. La fel si Bill Gates sau Steve Jobs.</p>
<p>De ce au reusit? Pentru ca au avut o viziune, un vis, un drum de parcurs. Si s-au tinut de acel drum.</p>
<p>Zilele astea ma simt cam &#8230; &#8220;anormal&#8221;. Sunt in jurul meu prea multi oameni care se complac in mediocritate si indiferenta. O stare pe care o justifica prin &#8220;am facut (sau voi face) tot ce pot&#8221; sau &#8220;nu am avut timp sa &#8230;&#8221;.</p>
<p>Ei bine, I have bad news for you people. That&#8217;s not enough. Nu e suficient &#8211; mai ales azi &#8211; sa faci doar tot ce poti. Suna ciudat nu?</p>
<p>Sa facem o analogie: lumea comunicarii s-a schimbat. Advertiserii nu mai detin controlul comunicarii, ci utilizatorii. Orice ar face acestia din urma in directia unei comunicari unidirectionale nu mai e suficient. Oricat de mult incearca.</p>
<p>La fel e si in vietile noastre personale si profesionale. &#8220;Fac to ce pot&#8221; nu mai reprezinta maximul. A devenit normalul. Expresia &#8220;fac to ce pot&#8221; nu mai e de actualitate. &#8220;Am facut tot ce am putut, dar am pierdut&#8221;. Da. Si? Ce vrei? O medalie? Nu exista coronite pentru locul 2. In scoala generala de fapt v-au mintit.</p>
<p>Azi, acum exista doar o cale. Fii cel mai bun, sau nu mai fi de loc.</p>
<p>Norma de comportament s-a schimbat.</p>
<p><strong>Ar trebui sa ne schimbam si noi! Voi ce credeti?</strong></p>

<p><strong>Esentialul unei stiri de azi de pe </strong><a title="Buget online 2009 UK" href="http://www.reuters.com/article/internetNews/idUSTRE58S4IL20090929" target="_blank"><strong>Reuters</strong></a><strong>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>piata de advertising online din UK a crescut in pimele 6 luni ale 2009 cu 4,6%, conform datelor IAB UK, asta in timp ce piata totala de advertising a scazt cu 17%.</li>
<li>din total bugete, online-ul a avut un share de 23,5%,</li>
<li>din total investit in online, 60% reprezinta motoarele de cautare.</li>
</ul>
<p>Ca individ ce actionez pe piata de online, trebuie sa recunosc ca este o stire super motivanta, care te face sa te bucuri si sa te gandesti ca industria asta mai are o sansa.</p>
<p>Felul in care suntem noi, oamenii, programati sa gandim, ne face insa sa analizam in primul rand partea cantitativa a oricarei probleme, si abia ulterior, daca ne mai raman resurse si timp, partea calitativa, care intre noi fie vorba mi se pare mult mai importanta.</p>
<p>Ce vreau sa spun este ca din punctul meu de vedere conteaza prea putin pentru piata de internet in general si pentru cea din Romania in special, faptul ca exista un loc pe pamant unde internetul a depasit TV-ul.</p>
<p>Ca industrie, vrem sa crestem, vrem facem proiecte misto, sa ne umplem toti de premii, recunoastere si de ce nu si de bani &#8230; well, in conditiile astea propun ca intrebarea pusa de un client nevinovat intr-o conferinta de online la care se vorbea despre <strong><em>&#8220;engagement&#8221;</em><span style="font-weight: normal;"> sa stea in mintea si pe limba oricui incepand de azi. </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-weight: normal;">Voi toti acei strategi de online, copywriteri sau directori de creatie &#8230; cand va ganditi la o campanie, site sau concept pentru un demers online, sa va ganditi mereu la acel client, care in inocenta lui a spus de fapt ce isi doreste. </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-weight: normal;">Si cand propuneti oricarui client o abordare si o strategie de online, sa raspundeti in primul rand la aceasta intrebare.</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-weight: normal;">Fatidica intrebare este: </span><em>&#8220;OK, e frumos cu engagementul asta. Cum se poate el cumpara?&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>Va astept cu comentarii si opinii.</p>

<p>Intr-un <a title="Comunicat Adobe - Omniture" href="http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/invrelations/adobeandomniture.html" target="_blank">comunicat</a> emis ieri, 15 septembrie 2009, <a title="Adobe Inc: ADBE - Google Finance" href="http://www.google.com/finance?q=NASDAQ:ADBE" target="_blank">Adobe Inc</a> a anuntat ca va cumpara <a title="Omniture Inc: OMTR - Google Finance" href="http://www.google.com/finance?q=NASDAQ:OMTR" target="_blank">Omniture Inc</a> pentru o suma de aproximativ 1.8 miliarde dolari.</p>
<p>Adobe Inc, va cumpara actiunile Omniture la un pret de 21.50 dolari / actiune, adica un pret cu 24% mai mare decat cel afisat la inchiderea bursei americane de marti 15 septembrie. Omniture a fost cotata la inchiderea Nasdaq la 17,33 USD.</p>
<p>Alaturi de Webtrends si Coremetrics <a title="Omniture" href="http://www.omniture.com/en/" target="_blank">Omniture</a> este in top 3 mondial al furnizorilor de servicii de web analitycs.</p>
<p>Fenomenala nu mi se pare tranzactia in sine, ci faptul ca o companie precum <a title="Adobe" href="http://www.adobe.com/" target="_blank">Adobe</a>, care este in principal in business-ul de generare de content devine interesata de analiza web. Este evident ca fara content, web-ul nu ar fi nimic din ceea ce este azi, iar produsele Adobe au un rol important in procesul de prezentare al continutului web.</p>
<p>Cu toate astea, degeaba avem content daca utilizatorii acelui content se &#8220;sperie&#8221; si pleaca in alta parte (adica pe alt site), unde consumul de content este mai &#8220;easy&#8221; si mai &#8220;engaging&#8221;.</p>

<p>Cele de mai sus sunt doar cateva din chestiile pe care le-am vazut recent pe internet pe tema search.</p>
<p>Ultima, si cea mai interesanta mi se pare beta-ul (inca privat) de la Google adWords care va permite clientilor adWords sa faca trimiteri catre mai multe pagini din site-ul lor. <p>Se pare ca in ultima perioada, in mod evident pe baza intensificarii competitiei in industria de Search, Google a scos la lumina <strong><em>Caffeine</em><span style="font-weight: normal;">, un improvement major al motorului sau de cautare &#8230; sau mai bine zis o rescriere a unei parti importante a algoritmului lor de indexare si afisare a rezultatelor. </span></strong></p>

<p>In prezentare vorbeam despre faptul ca Chevrolet Tahoe a facut o campanie cu o componenta importanta de social media si user generated content in care a invitat utilizatorii site-ului in cauza sa produca propria lor versiune de spot pentru noul Chevrolet Tahoe. Am vorbit de multe chestii in prezentarea aceea, si am dat si niste cifre despre acea campanie.</p>
<p>&#8230; Anyways, cand am terminat ce am avut de spus, si m-am asezat pe scaun, <a title="Bogdana Butnar" href="http://bogdanatheplanner.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Bogdana</a> mi-a soptit:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;bai, nu sunt de acord cu tine. Userii aia au &#8220;trashuit&#8221; brandul Chevrolet rau de tot &#8230; si nu poti sa consideri campania un success. Le-a afectat prea tare brandul.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p><em>(s-ar putea sa fie o variatie a celor supuse de Bogdana &#8230; e din aduceri aminte &#8230; voi corecta daca este nevoie)</em></p>
<p><em></em>Hmm &#8230; sa fie oare adevarat? Statisticile despre care vorbeam sunt cam asa:</p>
<ul>
<li>peste 30.000 video-uri uploadate pe site pe perioada campaniei (si bune si rele)</li>
<li>multiple articole pe bloguri (mai ales negative) la adresa GM / Chevrolet Tahoe care vorbeau despre faptul ca GM habar nu are sa faca marketing online, ca nu stiu / nu isi dau seama ce li se intampla &#8230; etc</li>
<li>comentarii nenumarate la posturile de pe bloguri</li>
<li>abia in a doua parte a campaniei au inceput sa apara si ceva articole laudative si pozitive referitoare la succesul campaniei, dintre care cel mai insemnat este cel de pe Advertising Age care a vazut beneficiile campaniei si le-a pus intr-o lumina pozitiva.</li>
</ul>
<p>Cu toate aste, cateva chestii sunt certe:</p>
<ul>
<li>site-ul a inregistrat un trafic recod, mult mai mult decat ar fi putut genera in mod direct orice campanie prin metode traditionale de comunicare online (bannere, emails, adWords, etc)</li>
<li>pests 60% din vizitatorii site-ului de campania si-au continuat vizita pe site-ul cevrolet.com</li>
<li>peste 30% dintre acestia au luat legatura mai departe cu un dealer Chevrolet din zona lor</li>
</ul>
<p>In conditiile astea, putem spune ca toate elementele de web 2.0 si social media au contribuit la cresterea numarului de convesii pe site?</p>
<p>Cand vorbim despre social media, trebuie sa asumam din start ca produsul sau serviciul nostru va putea colecta si feedback negativ.</p>
<p><strong>Intrebarea cheie este daca feedback-ul negativ pe care o companie il primeste in urma unei campanii social media este ceva rau, care trebuie ascuns, moderat, sters &#8230; samd. </strong></p>
