&lt;br /&gt;
I have done pretty good on my eating today and staying on track.&amp;nbsp; It seems to be harder this time though then it was last summer.&amp;nbsp; I know it is just me though.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Here again I have had a busy day and no time to get in a good post.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Well back to the title of my post today.&amp;nbsp; I started writing down what I eat and drink again last week and so far it has really helped me see what I am eating.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Here is yesterday's menu&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 boiled eggs&lt;br /&gt;
1 small piece hoop cheese&lt;br /&gt;
diet coke&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
100 calorie pack almonds dry roasted&lt;br /&gt;
2 oz hoop cheese&lt;br /&gt;
diet coke&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hamburger on 80 calorie bun w/mayo and 1 slice of cheese&lt;br /&gt;
Sweet potato fries - 1 serving &lt;br /&gt;
Lite peaches&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3/4c white rice w/1 tbs gravy&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs deer steak fried&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup green beans w/1 tbs butter and onions&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sugar free jello&lt;br /&gt;
lite cool whip&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I am not snacking in between meals or going back for seconds.&amp;nbsp; I only allow my self lite snacks like almonds or a piece of string cheese and some fruit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I will know on how I am doing when I weigh-in on my Wii this weekend.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

I feel better today so I am headed home to get on my wii and try and get in some walking on the treadmill.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I watched this show on TV last night My 600 lb life and I could really relate to those people.&amp;nbsp; I have parts of me that jiggle when I walk that I would rather not talk about.&amp;nbsp; One of the things I hate the most about being heavy is my bra straps cutting into my shoulders.&amp;nbsp; I have the good bras with the gel straps, but it takes a lot to hold them puppies up.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Anyway back to the show about people who weigh over 600 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I watched the one about the women who lost down to 157 lbs from 653 with surgery.&amp;nbsp; She has done really well and has even had a baby.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sometimes I think man it would be great to have surgery and not be able to eat but just a little bit of food.&amp;nbsp; No do not get me wrong I am all for the surgery if you can afford it, but I can not.&amp;nbsp; So I am going to have to do it the hard way.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I did really well with my eating yesterday and portion control seems to be the way I am going to go for now.&amp;nbsp; I have started my walking back and doing other things that I had gotten lazy about.&amp;nbsp; I have a bad habit of laying back down in the mornings after hubby leaves for a few minutes and it seems to make me lazier.&amp;nbsp; So this morning I stayed up and cleaned my kitchen.&amp;nbsp; I seem to have more energy this morning so that is the game plan from now on.&amp;nbsp; I hope to get my house in some kind of order this weekend and get some shopping done.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Oh yea and besides portion control I am going to try and stay around 1500 calories a day more or less.&amp;nbsp; I am going to give this at least a couple of months to see if it works and I hope it does.&amp;nbsp; I dusted off the old treadmill yesterday and got it where I can use it again.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am going to do a 5k at the end of March so I have a lot of walking to do between now and then.&amp;nbsp; I figured it would give me something to work toward and maybe if I have a goal I will stick with the walking again.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lunch today is homemade lasagna at work, but I am going to do portion control and have a lot of salad and a small piece of lasagna.&amp;nbsp; I learned a trick with my salad dressing to make it go further also.&amp;nbsp; I take low calorie dressing about 2 tbs and mix red wine vinager with it.&amp;nbsp; It is good and it goes further on my salad.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I can blame it on a lot of things lately, working to many hours and eating like a horse when I walk through the door at home.&amp;nbsp; Oh and it does not help that we cook lunch at work everyday either.&amp;nbsp; I am dealing with something homemade everyday.&amp;nbsp; Today it was turtle cookies, which are to die for, but I did not eat one.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to get better and I have started today just taking it one day at a time.&amp;nbsp; Maybe if I blog more often and keep my mind busy it will help.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

I did dust off my treadmill last night and I hooked my wii backup so I can start using it again, so maybe I can just take it one day at a time.&amp;nbsp; Oh hell for me it will be one hour at a time and work up from there.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I have done well on my eating the last couple of days and hope for a good weigh-in Sunday on the Wii.&amp;nbsp; I hope to get in 30 minutes tonight on it and maybe some walking on the treadmill tomorrow or outside if some of this damn rain will stop.&amp;nbsp; I know that exercise is the key to losing weight along with diet so I am going to try and get at least 30 minutes a day to start with.&amp;nbsp; No walking at lunch today due to the rain so I hope to get on the treadmill tonight.&amp;nbsp; We are going to have our grandson Zack tonight so we will have to see.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Couple of new things for everyone to check out that I have going on right now.&amp;nbsp; One of the guys where I work has wiener dogs and one of them just had puppies.&amp;nbsp; Well one of the puppies was really little and it would not suck so we are feeding it with a little bitty bottle every two hours and keeping it on a heating pad at work.&amp;nbsp; So far we are into day 5 and it is doing okay.&amp;nbsp; We have it on a heating pad to stay warm.&amp;nbsp; Here is a picture of our little girl.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

I am on a roll today with a lot going on.&amp;nbsp; I just got a new book that I am starting to read by Dr. Joel Fuhrman "Eat to Live".&amp;nbsp; Several people have read it and lost 40 to 50 lbs in 4 months so I am interested in what it has to say.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Well I finally got my wii up and running and started over using it yesterday.&amp;nbsp; I walked a mile at lunch today and I am going to try and do that every day.&amp;nbsp; Sunday is my official weigh day so I will be putting the weigh-in up again then.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I can tell that I have not walked much it wore me out just walking that mile, but I can at least walk without my foot hurting.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I downloaded an app for my phone that I really like to keep up with what I eat and how many calories.&amp;nbsp; It even keeps up with my weight and a food journal.&amp;nbsp; I also am keeping a hand written food journal for when I can not get a signal on my phone.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I am going to start over on my Wii tonight and take a picture of my weight and post it on my blog tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; So be looking for my new beginning weight.&amp;nbsp; I am going to weigh in on each Monday night on my Wii and post it on my blog.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I have been checking out websites that help you with diets and I like Spark people and they seem to have a lot of users and people who have done great using it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have walked the last couple of days for 15 minutes a couple of times&amp;nbsp;a day.&amp;nbsp; I am hoping to work up to walking an hour a day, but just break it up into short walks each time.&amp;nbsp; For me to get a whole hour to walk at one time is just not happening now, but I can do 15 minutes here and there at different times.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I miss walking and would like to be able to walk in a 5K by this spring.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It is funny how hard you work to loose weight and in a blink of an eye you gain it all back.&amp;nbsp; It seems like it took me forever to lose 50 lbs, but only a couple of days to put it back on again.&amp;nbsp; I have no one to blame for this but myself and now I have to fight the battle all over again.&amp;nbsp; I have noticed that I am getting stiff when I sit for long periods of times and I know this is because I have not been getting enough exercise like I should.&amp;nbsp; So the walking is helping and I have notice the last couple of days since I have been walking that I am not as stiff.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Today is my first day of writing down what I eat and my exercise so I will post it tomorrow for everyone to see.&amp;nbsp; I love Weight Watchers do not get me wrong, but right now I really can not afford to do it.&amp;nbsp; So I have to try the budget plan and see how I do.&amp;nbsp; So any feedback on a total calorie intake would be great.&amp;nbsp; I have not counted calories in a while so I need help people.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I am hoping that posting on my blog again will motivate me to get back on track and back to my exercise and walking.&amp;nbsp; I really do miss my blog and being busy at work is not excuse, cause I could work on it after lunch or first thing in the morning.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
We are getting a new instructor at WW after the first of the year and I do not know if I am going to like it or not.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am so use to Mary and she is so funny and has a great personality and all. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I hope everyone had a great Christmas and I will post my food journal tomorrow and try and get at least a short post in everyday.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
How is everyone doing with their Christmas shopping?&amp;nbsp; I am done for the first time in years I do not have to run&amp;nbsp; out this weekend and try and find gifts.&amp;nbsp; We are going to our son's house on Christmas Eve and my mothers on Christmas day night.&amp;nbsp; I do dread all of the food though and I am not looking forward to facing all of the deserts that will be there.&amp;nbsp; I am going to make me some homemade sherbet to take with me though and put some lite cool whip on top of it.&amp;nbsp; I brought me a Yonnana maker and I love it.&amp;nbsp; If you do not know what this is please google it and check it out.&amp;nbsp; You can make fresh sherbet from frozen fresh fruit.&amp;nbsp; I put a little lite cool whip on mine and sometimes a 1/2 pack of sweet-n- low.&amp;nbsp; It is wonderful and healthy.&lt;br /&gt;

Supper tonight is going to be baked fish and a baked potato with a green salad.&amp;nbsp; I am back on water pretty much all the time.&amp;nbsp; I do light the Sprite Zero's though instead of a diet coke.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I hope to start my walking back this weekend if my foot lets me.&amp;nbsp; My foot is one of the medical problems that I mention yesterday that I have had.&amp;nbsp; It seems that I got Plantar F. in my left foot.&amp;nbsp; I cannot even spell the last part of it, but what happen is that I stretched the tendon that runs from my heal to my toes and at night when I am asleep it tightens up and when I try and walk on it first thing in the morning it hurts like hell.&amp;nbsp; So I have to stretch it and rub it.&amp;nbsp; No more going bare foot for me anytime soon.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It is getting better thanks to pain patches and meds so my doctor thinks I can start my walking back this weekend.&amp;nbsp; He told me to take it 15 minutes at a time and see how it feels.&amp;nbsp; So keep your fingers crossed cause I miss walking.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
We have had a couple of hard months, with hubby having no work and then when he does go back to work he hurts his shoulder and has to have surgery and is off another 10 weeks.&amp;nbsp; He is back to work now and we are working to get caught up on everything before Christmas.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I also ended up having to have a couple of medical things done so we have some medical bills that we have to pay.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Okay enough of the sob story and on to life.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I weighed in last Wednesday at 276,2 lbs and I hope to have lost at least 3 lbs this week so turn in to see how I did.&amp;nbsp; I am also going to get back in the habit of blogging everyday again starting today.&amp;nbsp; I will also be posting my food journals starting tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I have decided to go back to Weight Watchers for more than one reason. I miss the meetings and having somebody to bounce my food problems off of and for the other reason it works.&amp;nbsp; So I am going back tomorrow night and do it again.&amp;nbsp; Now if my life will just calm down some and let me get on an even flow I will be alright.&amp;nbsp; I need the structure of WW, cause I am one of those people who need guide lines to go by I guess.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; So starting tomorrow night I will be back on the program.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I am walking again and I am loving it.&amp;nbsp; We have a thrift store that is .7 miles from our shop and I am going to try and start walking to it on my lunch hour with Freckles my dog.&amp;nbsp; She will keep me company and keep unwanted people from messing with me if you get my drift.&amp;nbsp; I stopped by there on my way back from the bank and they have all kind of neat stuff.&amp;nbsp; So as soon as it starts to stay a little cooler I am going to try and walk to it a couple of times a week.&amp;nbsp; Right now I am walking up and down my driveway and on my treadmill again.&amp;nbsp; Walking on the treadmill was okay while I had a TV in the room, but lighting got my extra TV a couple of weeks ago and I have not replaced it so I am just listening to music while I walk for now.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We are catching up on some of our bills due to hubby having surgery and that is helping.&amp;nbsp; We had an accident policy and a short term disability policy that I forgot all about so that will come in handy.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Really short post today since I am so busy at work and it is almost 4:00 and time to go home.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Here is yesterdays food journal.&lt;br /&gt;

Bagel Thin with 1 tbs peanut butter&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I walked for 30 min up and down my driveway yesterday when the rain quit for a while.&amp;nbsp; It was one wet weekend here though and not much chance to get outside.&amp;nbsp; I plan on walking this afternoon though for at least 30 min or more until I build back up to walking for an hour.&amp;nbsp; I am going to sign up of a 5k tomorrow to give me something to train for and I will post the date then.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Yesterdays food choices are below and I think I did pretty good.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 - small biscuit with deer sausage and scrambled egg&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup water melon&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup grapes&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup beef stew and 6 crackers&lt;br /&gt;
1 pear&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup water melon&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Jambalaya with chicken&lt;br /&gt;
1 WW fudge bar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As you can see I am using portion control and I hope with the walking to start losing weight again.&lt;br /&gt;

Now on to the fact that I have not been blogging like I should and why.&amp;nbsp; I have been super busy at work and hubby had surgery on his shoulder this week, but that is no excuse.&amp;nbsp; The real reason is that I was ashamed of having gain weight back and did not know how to post about it.&amp;nbsp; Well I guess the best thing is just to be honest about it and go from here.&amp;nbsp; I wish I had the will power of my sister who can go all day and not eat anything if she gains a pound.&amp;nbsp; I can not do this for a couple of reasons, the main one is that I love food, the way it smells and the taste.&amp;nbsp; So for me I have to find something that I can live with and learn to eat that way.&amp;nbsp; I read all kinds of articles that say do this and do that or I lost weight this way or that way.&amp;nbsp; What it comes down to for me is just to learn portion control and go from there.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; So my new weight loss plan is just to get some kind of control and I will still be counting points sort of, but I will be posting my food log every day.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
My next subject is about my blog and I will try and blog everyday and make time for it.&amp;nbsp; So look to see posts from me again.&amp;nbsp; I will not be posting tomorrow, cause I have not Internet connection at home so it will be Monday.&amp;nbsp; I want to thank all my followers for staying and I will post again on Tuesday.&amp;nbsp; Have a great day.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div closure_uid_lsm4s9="123"&gt;I did manage to log my food in my phone yesterday and I did okay.&amp;nbsp; I am having gumbo tonight and I can have a whole cup with a few crackers and that is a lot of Gumbo.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Supper is my hardest meal, because of having to feed hubby and he is a meat and potatoes guy.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div closure_uid_lsm4s9="123"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div closure_uid_lsm4s9="123"&gt;Do you ever have days that you just feel fatter than other days.&amp;nbsp; I am having one of those days today, and I do not like it.&amp;nbsp; I was in Kroger and walked&amp;nbsp; by the freezer section, you know where you can see yourself in the glass and I looked fatter.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I feel really frumpy today for some reason and it just may be the way I am dressed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The one thing I know is that I have got a grip back on my dieting and I will step on those scales in the morning and see how I have done.&amp;nbsp; That is one thing that you can not hide from is the scales they are honest and will tell how you have been doing this week.&amp;nbsp; Now me sometimes I would like to take a hammer to them.&amp;nbsp;lol..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div closure_uid_lsm4s9="123"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div closure_uid_r8vrbc="123"&gt;Tomorrow is weigh in day with hubby and I am looking forward to it.&amp;nbsp; I should show at least a 2 lb weight loss, but I will wait and see.&amp;nbsp; I have been doing okay on my eating and staying away from sweets for the last few days.&amp;nbsp; I am going to have to get me some Weight Watchers fudge bars when I go to the grocery store this week.&amp;nbsp; I am really into fresh fruit right now and since I am out at home until grocery day it is a bitch to say the least.&amp;nbsp; I was hoping to go by and pickup a few things today, but it did not happen.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div closure_uid_r8vrbc="123"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div closure_uid_r8vrbc="123"&gt;Super tonight is some grilled pork chops with steamed veggie rice.&amp;nbsp; I love this rice and I get it at Kroger, and it has veggies in it.&amp;nbsp; You just pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes and you have mixed rice.&amp;nbsp; So supper tonight is going to be easy to fix.&amp;nbsp; I really like easy since I have gotten older.&amp;nbsp; When I was younger I really enjoyed cooking and coming up with different things to cook from scratch.&amp;nbsp; Now I just look for the fastest easiest way to get something for him to eat.&amp;nbsp; We do grill a lot and that helps, but it would be nice to have some fresh veggies cooked once in a while.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div closure_uid_r8vrbc="123"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

I have done okay on my eating today so far and I hope to start my walking again as soon as I go to the foot doctor.&amp;nbsp; It has been hurting pretty bad today since I left my crocks at home.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I hope to start training for another 5k as soon as it cools off some.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I hope to walk in my first one sometime in September or the first of October.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div closure_uid_ktgp6s="120"&gt;I went to Walmart today and got me some Sprite Zeros and they are pretty good.&amp;nbsp; I am going to try them for a while and see how I do.&amp;nbsp; I like the Coke Zero pretty good, but the Sprites will be better since they are clear.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Breakfast this morning was a scrambled egg and one homemade biscuit with sugar free syrup.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lunch was a turkey sandwich and some lite chips.&amp;nbsp; I am going to have me a Popsicle before I go to bed.&amp;nbsp; I am just waiting on my grandson to go to bed.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div closure_uid_ktgp6s="120"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

OMG...</title><content type="html">&lt;div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"&gt;Well I weighed in this morning in front of hubby and OMG I am back up to 256 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I wanted to just slap me silly or stuff a sock in my mouth or something.&amp;nbsp; It is so easy to gain it back and so damn hard to take it off.&amp;nbsp; How could I do this to myself again, when I have done so good.&amp;nbsp; Well you can bet I am back on track and hope to start my walking back next week.&amp;nbsp; I have an appointment with a foot doctor Tuesday due to pain in my heel when I walk.&amp;nbsp; I have a pad in my shoe right now and it seems to help some, but it hurts like hell to walk to much.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I had a great lunch today of tuna fish and lite chips.&amp;nbsp; I am trying Coke Zero and I like it better than diet coke.&amp;nbsp; It does not have the after taste that you get with the diet cokes.&amp;nbsp; I tried giving them up altogether, but I was on the verge of killing hubby so he went and brought me a 12 pack.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I think they put crack in them or something or maybe it is the fact that I have been on cokes since before I could walk.&amp;nbsp; My whole family are diet coke nuts.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I would like to discuss the price of food since I just had a stroke at the grocery store.&amp;nbsp; A can of coffee just cost me $10.00, and I like to have fell out.&amp;nbsp; The yogurt that I just brought hubby last week went up 18 cents and, meat is unreal.&amp;nbsp; Hubby has got to get on the ball and kill us a deer so I can get some burger made.&amp;nbsp; I have not had to buy hamburger in so long that it blew my mind how much it cost.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Chicken is also expensive so I have been giving hubby's chickens a second look.&amp;nbsp; I think I am making the rooster nervous looking at him and thinking about making dumplings out of him.&amp;nbsp; lol...&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
