And here is another one, what if an advertisement such as <em><strong>&#8220;No boss, no timings, no paperwork &#8211; earn up to $10,000 per month&#8221;</strong></em> Grabs your attention. Its hard to believe in this case. Same as the former one &#8211; any program which discourages you from exercising is worthless. Undertaking a diet plan can help you to lose weight but without exercise we lose our muscles and bone density which results in ageing.</p>
<p>The human body is designed for continuos activity. The least it demands is 30-45 minutes of exercise for 3 days a week in order to maintain a good shape and condition. It functions on one basic principle: <strong><em>Use it or Loss it!</em></strong> Humans we born with a tail. But we lost it as we never used it. In a similar manner, we lose out on our muscles and bone density, as we just don&#8217;t seem to use either of these live issues.<br />

<p>It is very essential to strike a balance between your eating and your activity. In simple words when you are more active, you are constantly in touch with your system, hence it will demand more food when it is more active and less food when it is not so active. If we don&#8217;t supply food to our body while we are working, all this creates a huge calorie and nutrient deficit. For example, generally unwinding, reading or watching T.V. etc., so is your metabolism and the digestion capacity of your stomach. Digesting food is calorie burner which largely works for the body. <li>Proteins pick up signals from the body and send them to a cell that needs it: Hormonal Proteins like insulin work as messenger proteins.</li>
<li>With the help of contractile proteins, we get movement and muscle contraction. Without which we could do little.</li>
<li>One of the main functions of proteins is making antibodies &#8211; our primary defense system against infections.</li>
<li>Structural proteins such as keratin, collagen and elastin do the important job of making up cells and tissues for us, creating connective tissue, tendons, ligaments which are responsible for keeping skin, hair and nails healthy.</li>

<p>Out of all these the most essential function of protein is to build and repair the body. All the different parts of our body are made up of amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein. 20 odd amino acids come together and generate specific proteins that are used into creating nerves, hair the matrix of the bone, cartilage, hormones, enzymes etc. They are also responsible for carrying out all kinds of physiological process such as generating energy, recovering from illnesses, maintaining our bodies and there growth, fat loss and even mood and brain function.</p>
<h2>Protein and Weight Loss</h2>
<p>Protein, can be a substitute for carbohydrates when it comes to achieving a lean &amp; toned body. Initially proteins assist in the process of fat burning. In order to loss fat the body must be able to increase the circulation and mobilization of stored fat. These fats then need to be converted to energy which is <strong>commonly known as fat burning</strong>. The body needs the help of several nutrients to improve this circulation of stored fats and to break it down into energy. One of the most necessary nutrients it needs is methionine. Methionine can be supplied to the body in appropriate amounts by eating a well balanced diet or by consuming good quality protein like fish, eggs, milk products, whey. A diet which restricts protein will lack methionine and will not facilitate the process of fat burning.<br />

Still less likely are you to go off and consult your doctor, but you are making a mistake because things will continue to develop relentlessly.</p>

<p>Your shoulders will get plump and the hollows over the collar-bones will disappear completely. Fat will overhang the hips and the waist will disappear. Cholesterol goes high. Blood pressure is not within the range. The neck will thicken and lose its normal contour. The body curves will start disappearing. Your skin starts loosing its glow and begins to develop stretch-marks. You will start getting tired does small chores and your energy level reduces.</p>
<p>So be your own guard! There is still time in the march towards obesity. Keep a check on all the warning signal mentioned above and mark sure you are not falling in any of the categories.<br />
