Support begins with you and a support group means nothing without it's support family sharing openly with one another. Though we may all be spread around the world (we get letters from 26 countries so far), we're all as close as our keyboards. There are so many topics we read and discuss in the 10,000+ emails we answer each month. So tell us, what topics are important to you? What can we help answer for you or what areas are important to you? There's no topic off limits and everyone's concerns or cares are all valid ones. You'll even be surprised how many others are probably thinking or wondering the same things you are. So give us your thoughts and I'll certainly do my best to address all of them and make them a part of the website and/or the message forum or Facebook or our regular blogs. So jump right in. When I was 21, I became pregnant with my daughter. At my first office visit I stepped on the scale and it read 240lbs. and I was so embarrassed. After the weight lecture from the doctor I went to Burger King and cried all the way home. No related posts.
