Everyday I will post some tips on how it is possible to lose weight with it fighting against you. First thing I will talk about is the eating plan. In these three years I have searched dozens of times for the right eating plan without having to do ANOTHER diet. The best eating plan that I have found for PCOS is the low&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;glycemic index diet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
