I tried interval training with the running, but my knee injury from a long time ago started acting up.  I haven't lost any this last weigh in for obvious reasons. I havent been as strict with my eating, so I basically worked out this week for nothing it seems.  Tomorrow I am going to be strict with my eating and see how that goes for a week.  My left knee has been acting up so I havent done as much exercise as usual......arrrgggghhhhhh. Take care of the boots, do not leave them on radiators or near heaters. This may cause the leather to shrink and seams protrude.&lt;br /&gt;Keep feet as dry as possible. Wet shoes, boots and socks will cause blisters far quicker than dry ones.&lt;br /&gt;Wherever possible change socks regularly and use foot powder to help keep them dry.&lt;br /&gt;At the first sign of blisters&lt;br /&gt;The first sign of blisters will be redness over the skin, possibly at the back of the heel, the instep or toes.&lt;br /&gt;Apply a second skin dressing or &lt;a href="http://www.sportsinjuryclinic.net/cybertherapist/front/foot/blisters/blister_plasters.php"&gt;blister plaster&lt;/a&gt; and tape the effected area.&lt;br /&gt;Ensure the feet are dry and change socks (unless you are in the middle of a race).&lt;br /&gt;A highly effective but short term measure is cover the foot and effected area in petroleum jelly. This should provide instant relief from pain but as the heat from the foot melts the petroleum jelly it will run away and be ineffective.&lt;br /&gt;Foot blister treatment&lt;br /&gt;If the blister has not burst then it may be necessary to make a small hole at the edge with a serialized pin or needle, particularly if the blister is on a weight bearing surface. A pin can be sterilized by passing it through a flame.&lt;br /&gt;Do not drain a blood filled blister.&lt;br /&gt;Drain the fluid but leave as much of the skin as possible covering the wound. This is an important protective layer for the underlying skin and will help to prevent infection.&lt;br /&gt;Clean the blister with a sterilizing wipe. I think I might just go for a long walk on Monday morning, go for a walk in the afternoon and another one at night.  I just hate not being able to go to the gym. &lt;br /&gt;So I snuck a peak at the scale today at home, it reads 240-but, its also about 4-5lbs wrong, so I think I weigh around235. I go back to the gym tonight and am going to attempt to jog for a bit-my breasts usually prohibit me from doing this but we will see!:)&lt;br /&gt;I was thinking about how I let myself get this way, and I have no idea how. But I did anyways and did my one hour on the treadmill at a speed of 3.5 uphill. Either way I am proud of how well I am doing!  Yesterday I didn't work out in the evening, and I noticed I wanted to continually snack on things when I wasn't hungry.  Luckily I was self aware and kept myself occupied with sudoku! &lt;br /&gt;So one thing that I learned about myself is that I have to work out in the evenings as well! It was soooo much fun! SO this morning, I did 10mins on the rowing machine, 30 mins on the ellipitical and 5 mins on the treadmill. In the evening i did 30mins on the elliptical, 20mins on stairs. I feel a difference already, it feels like I am getting tighter and that I have lost weight. We will see on Monday!! I can't wait! Containing eight essential amino acids, it's the only grain that's considered a complete protein, making this recipe a vegetarian's delight. Instead of fresh spinach you can use half a 10-ounce package of frozen spinach - cooked and squeezed dry.&lt;br /&gt;1 cup quinoa&lt;br /&gt;2 cups vegetable or chicken stock&lt;br /&gt;1½ cups canned corn kernels, drained&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;1 cup diced onion&lt;br /&gt;½ cup diced red bell pepper&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp crushed fresh garlic&lt;br /&gt;½ tsp ground cumin&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp seeded minced jalapeño pepper (or 1 tsp hot chili sauce or paste)&lt;br /&gt;4 cups chopped fresh spinach&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbsp water&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup chopped green onion&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup chopped cilantro or parsley&lt;br /&gt;2 oz crumbled light feta cheese&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbsp olive oil&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 1. Bring the quinoa and stock to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, just until the stock is absorbed and the quinoa tender. Remove from the heat and place in a serving bowl. 2. Spray a small non-stick skillet with cooking oil and place over medium heat. Sauté the corn for approximately 8 minutes, just until browned, stirring constantly. Set aside. 3. Spray a medium non-stick skillet with cooking oil, add the vegetable oil and place over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, garlic, cumin and jalapeño pepper and sauté until the onion begins to brown, about 5 minutes. 4. Add the spinach and water. Cook until the spinach wilts, approximately 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in the green onion, cilantro, cheese, olive oil, lemon juice and sautéed corn. I won't be able to go to the gym this evening, I have a cooking class I am going to go to, so I am going to walk to the store with my baby in the afternoon.  It's about 2km.
