Château Certan de May 1904 - Pomerol - Bordeaux&lt;/div&gt;

Alt ist nicht nur die Flasche, die
diesen 1904 Certan de May aus dem Pomerol in Bordeaux umhüllt,
sondern auch der Inhalt ist in Würde gereift und präsentiert sich
für einen über 100 Jahre alten Wein noch erstaunlich frisch.
Selbst die Farbe beschert dem Auge keine matte, kaputte Weinpfütze,
sondern strahlt noch eine zwar bräunliche, jedoch für diese
Farbschattierung vitale Variante aus. Im Duft begegnet dem Verkoster
ein Wald, wie er sich im Herbst bei der Pilzsuche präsentiert. Auf
der einen Seite unheimlich nebelig, auf der anderen Seite mit schönen
Duftnoten nach Pilzen, reifen dunklen Früchten, sowie eingelegten
Pflaumen versehen. Rumtopf ist nicht nur im Duft, sondern auch im
Geschmack wiederzufinden. Die Säure ist präsent, aber nicht grob
oder gar körperschädigend. Der Abgang ist auch noch vorhanden, wenn
es ihm auch an der Tiefe ganz großer Weine fehlt. Ein wirklich gut
gereifter Wein, der unglaublicherweise von seiner Strahlkraft noch
nichts eingebüßt hat. Châpeau, und mal wieder ein Abend, wo man seine
Kritik an Bordeauxweinen überdenken sollte!&lt;br /&gt;

Für alle, die glauben, das die Rebsorte
Sauvignon Blanc nicht gut reift (hier Schreibende eingeschlossen) oder
der Auffassung sind, das diese im Alter nicht zulegen kann, sei dieser
1995er (!!!) Silex von Didier Dagueneau empfohlen. Eine Symbiose aus
leichtem Firn, Gletschereis, reifer Stachelbeere, aber auch noch
knackigen schwarzen Johannisbeeren entströmt dem Glas. Das
Trinkerlebnis setzt noch eine frische, ja gar knackige Säurestruktur
oben drauf. Der Feuersteinuntergrund auf dem die Reben dieses Pouilly
Fume wachsen ist ebenfalls durch seine leicht rauchige Note immer
noch wahrnehmbar und verleiht dem Wein die besondere Note. Ein
eindrucksvolles Erlebnis und ein großes Erbe eines viel zu früh
verstorbenen Visionärs!&lt;br /&gt;

 In dem kleinen aber malerischen Weinort San Gimignano in der 
toskanischen Provinz Sienna produziert die Familie Teruzzi modern 
geprägte Weine und ist insbesondere für seine temperaturkontrollierten 
Weißweine inzwischen weltberühmt. Sicherlich ist es der Verdienst von 
Enrico Terruzzi, das der Vernaccia di San Gimignano heute mit lauen 
Sommerabenden, leichten und kristallklaren Weißweinen und mediterranem 
Lebensgefühl in Verbindung gebracht wird. Das Weingut Terruzi &amp;amp; 
Puthod gehört somit nicht nur zu dem Vorreiter genussvoller Weißweine
