It's not what you think!

The Internet is a weird and wonderful place *cough* [good blog name idea]. There's the good and the bad.
We learn so many varied things; some of which, whether we like it or not, gradually change our perception of the world. Or at least how we process the information we receive and what we then do with it.

Like this image above for example: I viewed this on Facebook. Instantly my mind went to work trying to imagine WTF this image could be, stuck in some poor unfortunate's rectum. I spent a short while trying to conjure up in my mind a colour, 3D image of what would fit the 2D outline I was seeing. Overlaying things to find a memory match.

Eventually I gave up and proceeded to read the attached article; only to discover it wasn't what my gutter-weary mind had thought at all. It is in fact an image relating to clean fusion energy and was posted by New Scientist Jobs relating to an advert of theirs.

I'm not sure if I should be embarrassed to admit that my mind went immediately to the 'Arse Object Identification Game' or just shrug it off thinking 'oh well, that's just the internet influence in modern life'. When I read the Facebook comments I discovered I was far from the only one with that thought process.

All that being said, is it wrong that I felt a twinge of disappointment, a little let down in fact, that the answer to the Arse Object Identification game was not to be satisfied?...

Conclusion: Yes, the Internet HAS ruined me for life! (IHRM4L)

It is of course a marketing idea brought to you by mobile network Three and ZTE for their #MagicTogether campaign. Inside each cab is a new ZTE Blade V7 phone to play with. But all the same, what an experience and photo op!
