David A. Straus, JD, LL.M., CPA (Certified in Illinois only), is a native of Las Vegas and is president of the Law Offices of David A. Straus, PC, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He received his Masters of Law in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco; his Juris Doctorate from Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles; and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arizona in Tucson. Mr. Straus is an attorney whose areas of professional concentration are trusts, estate, and corporate and business planning, with an interest in domestic and international asset protection.
