Coach has us doing a marathon pace 4, 3, 2, 1 this weekend and wanted us to taper, i.e. no tempo run on Thursday or Friday. <img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/WelcomeToBoston/~4/O_s3Q1Fy0pQ" height="1" width="1"/>

Calories, Calories

Remember that scene at the wedding in Steel Magnolias (yes, I'm serious) where Dolly Parton goes to grab some cake and one of her frenemies says "calories, calories," followed by Dolly mockingly saying it back?
