3 Simple Steps on Growing A healthy Natural Hair.

When I decided I wanted to keep my natural hair, I had to think of ways to make it healthy, avoid breakage and have that glow in a simple way. Sometimes when I go out, people stop me and be like, "hey, why you keeping your natural hair its too much work" and I always tell them of course not, it simpler than they think.

So I made this simple steps if you are thinking of keeping a natural hair.

Step 1: Wash your hair regularly

I know you would think its too much work but trust me it's not once you start. Washing your natural hair is the very first step to getting it healthy cos remember you off any kind of hair relaxer so you need to regularly wash it to avoid dandruff or itching scalp. And from experience washing of hair helps it grow fast but only when you use the right product. For me I use two different products cos this is what works for me judging I have what I call a stubborn and dry hair but I will advice you go for the same product if you starting to just grow your hair and see which product works for you. For my shampoo I use Organics (Stimulating Therapy Shampoo) while my conditioner is Olive Oil (ORS). And then sometimes I use my Leave In Mazuri conditioner when I want to style my hair.
These are really good product and they work well for my hair type. For me I wash my hair once in every two weeks and that's twice a month so maybe you can do once in a month or twice depending on the texture of your hair .

Step 2: Avoid dry scalp
In other to have a heathy hair you have to avoid dry scalps. Just like every living thing, food is essential, so is feeding your hair. So for me when I starting growing my natural hair I tried so many products which I would never recommend for anyone, if you a beginner do not try out different product, it will only end up breaking your hair. I suggest you try out two or one on your hair and see how it works out. Our hair needs moisturizers and hair cream to grow and glow.
I hear many people say when you keeping natural hair you don't need hair cream but that's just not true cos basically hair cream is what makes natural hair easy to maintain. It helps soften the hair and like you all know with the right product it also helps grow your hair. For me I use two product but there are different hair moisturizers like shear butter, hair cream, coconut oil, olive oil and so on. I make use of hair cream and olive oil, I tried coconut oil once but it didn't give me that shine I wanted to tried using olive oil and it works really well for my hair texture. You can try which ever works for you and stick to it.

Step 3: Have a Positive mind
This should be the first step when you want to grow a natural hair, have a positive mind about it and just don't do it cos everyone is doing it, you will end up getting tired of it. Keeping a natural hair takes time to grow unlike when you add hair relaxers to your hair. Don't expect it to grow so fast under two or three months, heck mine took nine months to bloom. Have it in mind that its natural and it takes time to grow so give it a break.
When you decide you want to keep a natural hair you have to be prepared cos the journey isn't all that smooth, you will make up with a tangled hair and all but with a positive mind you will enjoy your healthy glow hair.

Sen Dino Melaye Kidnapped

The senator representing kogi west senatorial district, senator Dino Melaye has been reportedly kidnapped by an unknown gun men on Thursday on his way to Kogi state from Abuja.

Senator, Ben Murray Bruce tweeted that Melaye was abducted by an unknown gun men.

Dino Melaye was supposed to appear before the magistrate court sitting in Lokoja yesterday in a case of alleged arm running was attacked by gun men who reported blocked his way in a Government Hilox and a Sienna bus.

Senator Dino Melaye on Wednesday was arraigned before the Abuja High court sitting in Apo by the police and was granted bail in the sum of 5million naira. Melaye was arraigned on a six count charge of attempted suicide, escape from custody and damaged of police property.

As we speak, his where about is unknown.

Senator Dino Melaye is among the All Progressive Congress (APC) senators that recently defected to the opposition party People's Democratic Party (PDP)

Nick and Joe Jonas sends love to DemiLovato over the news of her overdose.

Joe Jonas , Ex boyfriend and close friend Nick Jonas of Demi Lovato took to their twitter account on Tuesday to show their love and support after the Camp Rock star Demi Lovato was rushed to the hospital.
Joe wrote to his fans "like all of you I am thinking of @DDLovato right now. She needs our prayers an support. We all know you are strong Demi. #prayforDemi.

According to report from her rep. To ET, the " give your heart a break" singer is now stable and her family expresses thanks to everyone for their love and support. Demi Lovato hospitalized

Reports are coming in that the star Demi Lovato has been rushed to LA hospital. According to TMZ, the law enforcement source says she was rushed from her home in the Hollywood Hills from an over dozed of heroin. Although no reports on her current state but Demi has battled with substance abuse through the years, she was released from a treatment center and has been sober for six years.

We wish her well.

BBNaija– Tolex ship still sailing smooth

Two ladies Quarreling over why men cheat on their wives/girlfriends

So on my way back from morning mass I met two ladies that went to jog, they were arguing and I stopped to listen as me I like storii well well😁😁. As I listened I was able to gather that they were arguing on reasons why men cheat.

One of the lady was so insistent in her reasons as she kept insisting that she was right, hers based on the fact that the major reason men cheat is because of sex, she went further to say that a men crave sex so much and are tired of just one sex position from their wives and most are shy to request so they rather go out and get it from strangers.

Then the other lady disagreed with a big No, No, that sex isn't the major reason most of them cheat, and she went on to give her reason. She said most of them cheat because it's now considered OKAY in the society and if you are not doing it, you are not man but the other said her point is the right one hence the argument.

After listening to them to my fill, I kept on walking home, but I couldn't help but think too, I don't know whose point is right but I will like to hear from you all. What do you think? Let's see your reasons

So been a celebrity now comes with terms and conditions, you have to drive the best cars if not we mock you, as with the case of one of naija's handsome musician Banky W, and his stalkers and he refers to them.
My question really.
Was it necessary for Banky to have replied them since he owes them nothing ?

His letter

"Dear Stalker, In response to the cringe-worthy, creepy video you made about my wife and I, I think there are some things you need to know. First of all, poverty will never be my portion in Jesus name. Also, it is a 2008 Range Rover Sport, not a 1999. Amen and Lol. Oh, and additionally, it’s currently for sale to the highest bidder. I had decided last month that I’d sell it, and whatever I got for it, I’d hand over to the “Vocational School for the Blind” in Oshodi and the “Pink Oak Cancer Trust Fund”.

"My Aunt volunteers at the school, and she reminded me that they were still trying to raise some money to care for their students, so I came up with a plan. I told her that I’d give my followers the background history of my old car, and get all my celebrity friends who’d sat in it at some point or another to autograph it, and then put it up for an online auction. I figured that since I didn’t need the money from the sale to buy a new one, we could just auction it off and hopefully raise a decent enough amount of money to give back to those in need.

"You see, I’ve never found it necessary to own more than one car. Mostly because I can only ever DRIVE one car at a time; and when I bought the car in 2011, I promised myself that I would never buy another car until I owned the home I live in. To me, owning a nice car might help me LOOK like I was doing okay, but owning a nice home would help me KNOW. The way my mind is set up…what good is owning a Rolls Royce, if I’m still paying rent on the house I park it in?
"Over the years, as my car went from being kind-of-trendy to being just plain old, people around would occasionally wonder out loud about when I would finally buy a nicer one; I’d just smile and say to myself “not until I own my house”. I eventually did buy an additional much smaller car (a Kia), but that was only because I wanted to use it on “Uber”, so my driver could earn extra bonus money for himself and us, in his free time. I wonder how shocked and horrified you would have been if you’d seen me driving that smaller car instead (which, by the way, I do drive, occasionally).
He reveal that he had ordered for news cars for his wife and himself and they will receiving them soon and will be driving them for a long time.

"You might be happy to know that I’ve now FINALLY ordered a newer, nicer, personal car, and my wife has too. We paid for them a month ago, but we will probably never show them to you, because we don’t want you to stalk us again, but also because that’s not really any of your business – much like my old Range Rover wasn’t. The cars we are getting are relatively new this year, but the way my mind is set up, we will probably drive them for as long as possible, until we have stashed away enough money for our future kids’ complete University Education, and until we have secured a hell of a lot more real estate for them to inherit. I’m not sure how long that will take…I’m just grateful that my wife’s mind is set up a lot more like mine, than yours.

"With that being said, dear stalker, since you’ve taken it upon yourself to help me advertise my old car, I just thought it’s only fair to let you know that it’s available for sale and that you can be its next proud owner, should you decide to bid on it. You’d be bidding on a piece of Nigerian Pop Culture history, because the car will come complete with a portrait of my wife and I, and the car & portrait will be autographed by every celebrity friend that I can get to. Everyone… from Wizkid to Tiwa Savage, from 2Baba to Toke Makinwa… from Ebuka to Kemi Adetiba… everyone has been in that car, and I’m gonna try and get them to sign it. More importantly though, if you buy it, you’ll be helping me raise money for the “Vocational School For the Blind” and for the “Pink Oak Cancer Trust Fund”.

"See, there’s a difference between you and I. You look down on people because of what YOU THINK they can or can’t afford. You clearly believe that a man’s worth should be measured by the car he chooses to drive… but I think differently. You would actually look down on the very same people that I’ve looked up to for years. Warren Buffet drives a Cadillac he bought about 7 years ago. Mark Zuckerberg drives an Acura valued at about $30k. Alice Walton (the world’s wealthiest woman) drives a Ford F150. Ikea’s founder, Ingvar Kamprad, drove a 1993 Volvo for over 20 years until someone convinced him that driving at 91 was too dangerous – oh, and he probably doesn’t know the way to the Gucci store, because he buys most of his clothes from the flea market. Google them. All of them drive “old” cars. But all of them are billionaires who’ve built up their fortune while giving back to society and building up the people around them.
"I believe that true greatness and success shouldn’t just be measured by what you are able to get… but also by what you are able to give. While driving my very-old car the last few years, I’ve spent a lot of my time giving to the people around me and giving back to society to the best of my ability. The fact that you’re able to spend time mocking and stalking me outside a grocery store, says a lot more about you than it does about me. I’m just out here minding my business, building my homes and my fortune, while also trying to build up as many people as possible. You should consider doing the same.
