A mass student protest at UDW westville turned ugly by extreme violence by UKZN strikers who demanded financial aid from the university. when demands fell upon deaf ears, Students began to boycott lectures and bring the entire university to a stand still. The event became a battle between strikers and the police. Students will be notified via sms when it is safe to come back to campus.

Browsing to the internet like how I would usually do, I've come across an interesting online storage/file sharing site. With the first that I've seen a Free 500 GB account. Now if that doesn't blow your mind I don't know what will. I've created an account and my experience was truly pleasurable. With other sharing sites offering just 100GB at most this site truly is different. The servers are based Linux and my upload and download speeds where really remarkable. So if you are looking for a place to store all of your precious documents and files that you won't want to be deleted by the million viruses that are out there. Then this is for you!

Yesterday, 5th of October 2011, We say goodbye to one of the most influencial person in modern technology and founder of the bigest companies in the world Apple Inc. His insight and vision to create exceptional products to benefit society has brought Apple where it is today and has made it the bigest rival to the Microsoft corporation. His decision to step down as CEO of Apple only two months ago had been a real shock to many has he confessed to having cancerous tumor in his pancreas. It is a real shame to lose someone that has done so much for society, yet his imprint on the world of technology will last for generations to come.

Only two days ago the new Apple iPhone4s was released to obtain a larger percentage of the celluar market by offering a more reasonable version of the iphone which had a 8gb memory much lower than it's successors. Steve job's net worth is over 8 billion US$ yet it's of no use to him now, this why we should appreciate life as it comes, without ever looking back...even just for a minute. You'll never know which one of those minutes may be your last!

...well now you don't have to put up with it :) It's actually quite simple, your administrator has blocked all websites that fall under any of these categories or maybe more; social networking,video streaming,personal blogs etc.

Now all you have do to get access is secure the protocol 8o...in simple just add an 's' in the address bar straight after 'http'.

For example...take facebook for example...It is usually http://www.facebook.com.
Now it should be https://www.facebook.comand vollia! it's done!

NB: When using it with facebook, you need to add the 's' on every page you enter. Enjoy!
