E! News.com: Kate Gosselin's sextuplets are growing up fast! The former TLC star celebrated her children's 9th birthday today, and the mother of eight took to her blog to post adorable pics of the fun-filled festivities.

"Happy 9th Birthday to my sweet six!," the proud mama wrote. "Off to school with birthday hats on their heads (except for Aaden who couldn't find one that he liked) and birthday treats in their hands..." The 38-year-old mother also shared her sweet thoughts on her six children, who were heavily featured on the reality show, Jon & Kate Plus 8, which aired from 2007 to 2011. "God bless their teachers today due to the excessive jubilation and excitement that comes with the birthday territory!," she added.

"I am in total shock that they are NINE already but am so thankful for the last nine wonderful happy healthy years full of memories! I love you my "babies!" See you later for our party!," she posted on her blog page. Based on the pics, it looks like mom has a fun celebration planned for later that evening.

It’s Official! Kate Gosselin Confirms She’s Filing Lawsuit Against Jon & Book Author

It’s been four years since Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin filed for divorce but the real drama is just beginning. Kate will file a lawsuit against her ex husband and Robert Hoffman, author of a self-published e-book that is largely based on material from her computer. And Kate confirmed her lawsuit, releasing this statement that was made available to Radar: “This lawsuit is absolutely moving forward.”

Two other lawsuits connected to the situation also will be filed and lawyers have already been hired and some subpoenas prepared and sent, Radar has learned. The law firms Randazza Legal Group and Polsinelli Shughart will be handling the three court cases, including Kate’s. One of the other lawsuits will be against a person who runs what she calls a “parody” site but includes venomous anti-Kate rhetoric and worse. There will be multiple plaintiffs in that suit, James McGibney, founder of the Bullyville.com website told RadarOnline exclusively, revealing that at least 80 people have come forward claiming they were victimized.

And McGibney, who set these events in motion, will also file suit against a Twitter user who apparently sent messages claiming he was sending people to harm her, and worse.“When BullyVille says we’re going after someone, we mean it,” McGibney told Radar exclusively. He adds that subpoenas have been issued to obtain IP addresses where “implied death threats” originated. Radar recently revealed a series of 2009 text messages from Jon to his then-girlfriend Hailey Glassman in which Jon talks about grabbing Kate’s computer to “put the nail in her coffin.” He also discussed how he is a silent partner and has a “pal” named Robert. And Hoffman has never backed off his criticism of Kate, even after his e-book was pulled off sale by Amazon 48 hours after it went up. He told Radar he has called child protective services on her twice. (McGibney says there is no record of those calls.) McGibney ignited a firestorm in the twitterverse weeks ago when he warned people who he felt had “crossed the line” in slamming Kate to back off and even apologize. He used a third-party repository website to post some critics’ real names and addresses.“I saw cyber-stalking and bullying,” McGibney told Radar.That pal is Hoffman, who has accused Kate of abusing her children and much, much more.

Hoffman denies that Jon helped him obtain the material from Kate’s computer and his supporters have contended the text messages are fake. But Glassman tells Radar that her attorney verified the texts were real with the phone carrier in 2009. Kate has been gathering material for a lawsuit against Jon for months, as Radar was first to report. Lawyers have not made a final determination what causes of action she will include, but there will be several, Radar has learned. Hoffman is often cited as a key figure for the anti-Kate crowd, who point to his e-book as “proof” for their charges against her, including mistreating her children, and worse.Kate’s bombshell lawsuit against her ex-husband and Hoffman is the headlining event and the mom of eight believes Jon and Hoffman secretly worked together, attempting to profit by spreading defamatory information against her – and worse. Kate has long thought that Jon worked with Hoffman in 2009 to obtain the hard drive from her computer, which Hoffman claims he pulled out of her trash. His scathing e-book was filed with contracts, emails and other material that came from Kate’s computer. Radar was first to reveal Hoffman and Jon are pals and Jon helped him get access to Kate’s computer.

He demanded apologies from some he deemed the worst offenders – and one person apologized to Kate through Radar. In addition to Kate’s lawsuit, a multiple plaintiff lawsuit is in the works against “Lisa Knight” from Russellville, KY, who, according to McGibney, “is the owner of a blog site where Kate Gosselin haters congregated for years. “He says cyber-stalking and other activity is connected to that site and will form the basis of a lawsuit. In addition, McGibney told Radar that more than 80 people have come forward as potential plaintiffs.But McGibney’s actions also created a reaction, with critics continuing to blast Kate – and McGibney “Fans reached out and pleaded for help,” McGibney told Radar about pro-Kate fans who said they were being bullied – and worse – by an anti-Kate faction.“After seeing death threats and what has been clearly defined as cyber-stalking and brutal harassment, I took action,” McGibney told Radar. When he revealed some of the Kate haters names, many apologized but others “kicked up their hatred into overdrive,” he says. And in the course of sorting through the situation, McGibney said he came across compelling evidence that Jon took Kate’s computer hard drive without her permission and got it to Hoffman “in an effort to defame Kate for monetary gain.” McGibney also tells Radar there is a lawyer who he believes is tied into the money scheme that Jon and Robert hatched. “This lawyer owned and operated a birth fetish video website, including categories like teen births and birth on toilets,” he told Radar, adding that “screenshots of Google Adsense code clearly tied the owner of (an anti-Kate website) to this birth fetish video website.”

“Lisa Knight” responded to Radar’s request for comment earlier this week, admitting she runs the site but telling us that Lisa Knight is her aunt’s name, not hers. “Lisa Knight is not even my real name, it is my aunt’s name,” she told Radar as part of an email about something else that was posted online, which she claims is not true. “I started out using her name about 5 or 6 years ago. It was just the first thing that popped in my head at the time.”

McGibney’s response? Lawsuit Number 3 will feature McGibney as the plaintiff against a Twitter user.“To solve that problem, BullyVille is naming everyone who lives in the house tied into that IP address as a defendant,” he told Radar. “It’s only a matter of time before we all find out who really runs this.” “She falsely stated that I hired people to kill her and hired someone to kick down her door and kill her,” McGibney told Radar. He says she accused him of hiring people to “send mail bombs to Kate’s haters.”

No More Anonymity! Kate Gosselin Twitter Haters Real Names Released, Employers Contacted By Anti-Bullying Group

McGibney heads www.bullyville.com and also delivered his message on Twitter, via @BullyVille. He released names, addresses and more onto a popular repository website, complete with a nearly step-by-step narrative of how he turned an email address into a real address and more through cyber sleuthing.True to his word, shortly after speaking with Radar, McGibney began releasing what he says are the identities of some of the most vicious Kate haters – people he says who have crossed the line into bullying the mom of eight.

And he has some powerful support. The group Anonymous tweeted supported for Bullyville a few days ago, writing: “We openly support any operation that @bullyville launches. Any attack on them is a direct attack on us. #expectus”“We are also contacting all their employers with their tweets,” McGibney said, explaining that he is only trying to stop the worst offenders who he believes have crossed the line in bullying Kate. But members of the anti-Kate faction are not going away quietly and that has created a raucous, vitriolic environment that continued to grow worse on Monday.“Talk to other non-fans; there are criminal investigations and likely upcoming lawsuits,” one anti-Kate Twitter user messaged Radar’s managing editor without giving any specifics.

“We go after notorious bullies,” he told Radar. “They are absolutely vicious to Kate. One anti-Kate person remarked about the newly named Kate basher, “Maybe the old lady should actually be KILLED…what do you think?” (The tweet was later deleted.) One of Kate supporters begged everyone on Twitter to leave her alone and said: “kate is scared and would like you to stop harassing her. how about you do that? walk away?” But that logic did not resonate and drew this response from one of the many people suddenly in the battle: “Tell Kate to call the police & complain that she sent ppl to kill me but I’m refusing to die.”The person named as Kate’s ‘stalker’ allegedly sent 74,000 anti-Kate tweets.On Sunday, Bullyville announced that it was taking action against the Kate haters who it believed had crossed the line, with this tweet: “We’re launching #opkatehate effective tomorrow. These bullies have collectively pissed off the hive, it’s too late to #expectus.” The site followed with “we now know where all of @kateplusmy8 bullies work. Employers sure don’t seem to like negative media attention.”

As the war rages, Kate has remained silent about it Monday, but she’s practically the only one. The anti-Kate camp is furious about Bullyville’s actions, and Bullyville is committed to exposing people who hide behind anonymity to cross the line into bullying, from their point of view. RADARONELINE.COM: Kate Gosselin believes her ex-husband and father of her eight children, Jon Gosselin, is to blame for the bombshell tell-all that (sort of) hit shelves last fall, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the 37-year-old single mom has been trying to put together a lawsuit against him that would not only take away his rights to see the children, but could land him in jail!

“Jon was notified recently of Kate’s intentions to file a lawsuit against him, but the whole thing is ridiculous,” a source close to the situation tells Radar. “Kate has been shopping her lawsuit around to various law firms, but no one is interested in taking her on because she has no actual evidence to support her case!”

According to the insider, Kate is convinced that Jon gave author Robert Hoffman the computer hard drive that had all her private journals on it and were used in the malicious tell-all book, and she’s determined to find witnesses that will testify for her. “But so far she’s having no luck. “As far as Jon is concerned, he knows Kate will make promises to potential witnesses, saying what they want to hear just so she can get them up on the stand and get what she wants. No one knows firsthand more about how manipulative she can be than Jon,” the source tells Radar.The source claims Jon is well aware of what Kate is trying to do and knows she’s going after anyone who knew him during the time they were splitting — and anyone who he might have confessed his many grievances to.“Kate is desperate to find witnesses who will take the stand and testify against Jon,” the insider reveals.

Kendra Wilkinson and Kate Gosselin Swap Lives on Celebrity Wife Swap

ABCNEWS.COM: In the second season premiere of ABC’s “Celebrity Wife Swap,” former Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson and reality TV star Kate Gosselin changed households and saw the other’s daily life on the opposite coast.

Wilkinson is used to a Hollywood lifestyle that includes a helper in her Los Angeles mansion with her sports star husband Hank Baskett and two-and a-half-year-old son Hank Baskett IV. Kate Gosselin has a regimented schedule for her eight children in their Pennsylvania home.

When the two exchanged houses and children, mom styles were put in focus. Wilkinson started her East Coast day a lot earlier than she was used to with a 5:30 a.m. start. The only helper on hand for the eight children was Gosselin’s friend Deanna. Wilkinson soon learned that the children have a chore list that includes feeding the chickens.

Wilkinson even teared up over the Gosselin children, saying, “These kids have so many jobs to do. I’m a big believer in a kid being a kid. This is so hard.”

When Wilkinson was overwhelmed by the routine, Gosselin was amazed by the social life that Wilkinson enjoys. “It feels great to relax. This is what I’ve been missing,” she said. “I am very focused on my kids and maybe I do need to step away a bit and start dating.”

Both women learned from the other when they tried to impose their lifestyles on the other’s household.

In order to make life less hard and more fun, Wilkinson decided to have taco picnic on the floor and took the kids on a day out. When a taco mess resulted and a lack of control over the children occurred, Wilkinson wanted more rules.

“I’m starting to get why these eight kids have their strict schedule,” she said after juggling a schedule for eight times the amount of children. “It made me realize if I can do it with eight kids, I can do it with one.”

With just one child, Gosselin tried to impose responsibility through chores and a family dinner together at the same table.

“It’s like he’s craving structure,” Gosselin said about Wilkinson’s son.

By the show’s end, both women were happy to return to their own lives but glad to have seen how the other lives.

ABC has announced that its Celebrity Wife Swapreality series is returning on Feb. 26 (8 p.m. ET) with new episodes. Kicking things off will be Kendra Wilkinson, former Hugh Hefner girlfriend, and Kate Gosselin of Kate Plus Eight fame.

The show notes that it follows mothers in two celebrity families with very different values as they trade lifestyles, children and homes (but not bedrooms), for one week. So Kendra will get to be a single mom to Kate's eight kids — sextuplets Hannah, Alexis, Aaden, Leah, Collin and Joel, 8, and twins Cara and Madelyn, 12. And Kate will have it easy, playing mom to Hank Baskett Jr., 3, Kendra's son with hubby and NFL star Hank Baskett.

Kate, who was let go from her CouponCabin job back in November, penned an essay last week about adult bullying for bullyville.com. In it, she thanks those who have stood by her, writing: "I am so grateful to the many corporations, family and friends who have chosen to see me for who I really am and know the truth and goodness that defines me."

And, she says, "I teach my kids to reach out and help others when they fall instead of stomping on them and passing by. I also teach them to feel happiness for others' successes, not jealousy. If only everyone could see it that way?"

Gosselin, 37, wrote: “It’s all about LOVE here today, (&everyday now) thanks to @MadBritishGuy and @Anonym0usNL !! Bring on the love, everyone! I’m feeling it:)”

To which, Anonym0usNL responded to Kate: “Have a very nice day <3 And if needed we you can contact us anytime .”

“no I don’t think that’s ok and would never dream of it lol,” Kate wrote back.One fan, Matt Herge, asked: “you really hunk it’s ok to hack peoples bank info and such just because they don’t like you? I’m a fan but WOW that’s illegal”On his Twitter profile, Mad British Guy calls himself a D0X Master, a boast about being able to retrieve personal information about people on the internet, often including real name, known aliases, address, phone number, SSN andcredit card numbers! This prompted some of Kate’s fans to question her association with the hackers – with one fan even suggesting Kate was thanking teenage boys who tweet about sex.

Herge replied, “but you thanked them & thats what they are doing! I’m confused. I hate haters as well but what your ‘friends’ r doing is wrong.”

Another fan, Marie, wrote: “…but when one of these anti bully people tweeted a terrible gay slur to a bully I have to question this method.”UtterlyDismayed wrote: “I think this is all going terribly wrong. Criminal threats, drugs, explicit sex talk and Kate says she loves them?”

Kate admitted that she hadn’t read all of their tweets – but when she caught up she later posted: “I hear you and I agree.” Kate originally thanked Anonym0usNL and Mad British Guy, who declared themselves her cyber bodyguards, after someone made inflammatory remarks about the mom of eight. Hello Gosselin fans! No I have no abandoned being the #1 fan site and supporting Kate Gosselin. No I'm not going to let hate sites stay around if I'm not here as well. The end of 2012 was a rough time for so many of us. Hurricane Sandy devastated my state. And Sandy Hook Elementary and those affected by that tragedy devastated my heart. 5 Years of crazy trolls attacking a woman out of plain hatred and jealousy probably took a toll on me more that Kate herself. She was the smart one by ignoring it and living her life. I took some time to do the same, to step back and detox a bit and take the time to enjoy the Holidays with my family and vacation, so that I can step away from all the negativity and remember how truly blessed I am. I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday and did the same.

Funny thing was I miss the site that I have now dedicated 5 years to. I'm damn proud of the fact that I'm still here, never wavering, always continuing to support strong women and be there for those stat after all this time are still here as well. 2013 promises to bring anew and I'm the first that wants to get out there and show the world how amazing i truly am. Kate Gosselin trots out dog after his whereabouts questioned: Examiner.com

Within in the last 10 days, Kate Gosselin has posted two pictures of the Gosselin family's pet German Shepherd for Twitter followers, squelching rumors that the dog was given away (or died) after rumors arose about the pet's suspicious absence. The most recent picture of the family dog, Shoka, was posted on Wednesday, a day after Christmas. The photo of the previously elusive German Shepherd came a day late, after wishing everybody a Merry Christmas in a thought bubble. Kate acknowledged the untimeliness in a tweet she shared:

"A little late, but a wish for you from our furry family member."

Questions about the dog's whereabouts were initially raised by tell-all author Robert Hoffman, whose vitriolic book about Kate titled "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World" accused Kate of animal and child abuse. The book was successfully blocked by Kate Gosselin and TLC's lawyers in early October citing copyright infringements. The author claims he obtained Kate's old hard drives from her trash can, retrieving a journal in which Kate speaks of acting out on her many parenting frustrations, allegedly providing Hoffman ample material for the book. Hoffman has been extremely vocal in calling these diary entries evidence of alleged child abuse. Hoffman also claims that Kate has treated their dog Shoka irresponsibly and exhibited behaviors of alleged animal cruelty.

While Kate has not responded directly to the allegations, her new rash of Shoka photos on img.ly which she has recently shared via Twitter, could be her way of saying that her dog(s) are still around. It is not clear if the Gosselin family kept both of their German Shephards as Shoka is the only one who has been referred to by name in the recent postings. The first picture posted after a long dog picture hiatus was at the end of October, shortly after Hoffman's book came out in digital form.

A picture of the Gosselin's dog was posted on Dec. 17 as well, with a caption that read, "Aw my furry one just came in for the night...photo by Mady; cute pose thanks to Cara (I was told to tweet this)."

The pictures may not be enough to completely squash the allegations of animal abuse however. The Dec. 17 picture prompted several comments questioning the caption, suggesting that the dog was left outside all day in rain and cold weather.

She’s always been a fitness addict, and over the weekend Kate Gosselin competed in the Zappos Rock ‘n Roll Las Vegas Marathon. The former “Jon and Kate Plus 8” starlet looked to be in fine form as she reported to the Sin City Strip ready for the massive event. In a recent interview, Kate confessed that while many folks have to go into hyperdrive to prepare for a marathon, she’s pretty much ready whenever.

"I'm a runner by hobby and by nature of stress relief and staying fit. I think I got to the point where a lot of runners end up: You plan another race so you have something to focus on and that's what I do -- I focus. There's also a lot of great music along the way and it's always very exciting. I just keep running and keep planning."

She continued, "I've been running wherever I can. There's no set plan. At my best, I'm doing 10 miles every other day. I can't say I'm doing that right now, but I just try to fit it in when I can. The more you run, the faster you get, and that's more efficient because you're running more in less time. That's probably a lot of what my life is about -- fitting in as much as I can in the shortest amount of time."

OMG/YAHOO.COM : Buying and wrapping Christmas presents for eight kids sounds like a job that would require the help of a team of elves, but Kate Gosselin is doing it solo this year. Ever since she split from husband Jon Gosselin in June 2009, she's been doing most of the everyday work herself — since she has primary custody of 12-year-old twins Mady and Cara and 8-year-old sextuplets Aaden, Alexis, Colin, Hannah, Joel, and Leah — and this holiday season will be no different. Although the brood typically spends Christmas Eve with their father who lives nearby in Reading, Pennsylvania, "They're at the age now where we ask them," Kate tells omg!. "So they basically dictate it and they want to be home Christmas and the days surrounding it."

Now that the kids — who grew up before our eyes on TLC's "Jon & Kate Plus 8" and then the spin-off "Kate Plus 8" for seven seasons — are older, they're much more into the holiday spirit and what it truly means. Kate, 37, got a lot of help decorating from her eldest girls, who even put up a Christmas tree in their shared bedroom. "Mady and Cara are so cute; they shop for each other with their own money and they hide in the store from each other," she says proudly. "They're so fun just to take shopping because they genuinely really think through what the other wants."

As for the younger six, their eyes seem to be bigger than Kate's wallet. "We don't do Santa," she explains, "but they give me the list, and they have really really big requests and I really really work really hard to honor them. The littlest ones want iPods and all this stuff, and I'm just like, 'Oh my gosh.' All that electronic equipment is so expensive. I'm trying to explain to them, 'If that's on your list then please understand there's not going to be, like, a two-hour [Christmas present] opening session.' They're at the age where you have to explain that. You really have to do a disclaimer at the beginning before opening [gifts]."

And the Gosselin kids are just as excited to play Santa for children who aren't as fortunate. This year, just like years past, they will take part in the Toys for Tots charity, which collects Christmas presents for the underprivileged. "They cannot imagine kids that don't have Christmas," shares Kate.

Though it's been over a year since the Gosselins have been on TV, they could all be coming back very soon — whether it's as another family series or Kate all on her own. So does that mean it will be a dating show, as reported? "Well, all I can say to that is you're just going to have to wait," teases the usually chatty mom. Regardless if that happens, the kids really want to go back to having the cameras document their adventures. "We definitely have fond memories of those days," Kate says. "The kids decide now, they have voices. If they're not into it, it's not happening, but I happen to know they honestly miss it, and they still talk about it and think it's exciting."

And although that can be extremely stressful at times, she finds a way to burn off the tension: running. But she does want to one day run another 26.2-miler and improve her time, although working in practice runs when you're raising eight kids is nearly impossible. "[My trainer] understood finally that I just can't … if someone's sick tomorrow morning and they can't go to school, then there went my whatever-mile run," says Kate. "So I literally fitted in the amount of time on my own, I'm my own trainer in my head. It takes out a lot of stress. I have a lot of stress in life and it gets all of that out in a healthy way. I always say looking good is a side benefit."

And when she runs 13 miles on Sunday, her kids will all be cheering for her, even if they won't be standing on the sidelines in Vegas (because of school). Still, "I have a lofty goal of running the New York City Marathon and having them at the finish line — that just gave me chills thinking about it," Kate tells omg!. "They are lined up to get the text notifications [with the runners' times], and that's really exciting for them. They're really, really proud of me. They're my biggest encouragers."

Kate Gosselin denies self-funding pilot for new reality TV show

Realitytvorld.com: Kate Gosselin has denied a report that she has decided to fund her own pilot for a new reality show in the hopes of convincing a cable network to pick it up. "100% false. Consider the source again," the former Kate Plus 8 star told Reality TV World on Friday about the report, which Huffington Post gossip columnist Rob Shuter had published in his Naughty But Nice column earlier this week. According to Shuter, Gosselin had decided to produce and foot the bill for a show pilot herself after failing to convince several networks to give her a new reality show. "I know three different cable networks that have passed on making a pilot with Kate," a source told Shuter. "Kate and her children are a known TV quantity -- it's an easy yes or no." Shuter also reported Gosselin had also reached out to fellow reality star Kendra Wilkinson and pitched the idea of filming a show about moms swapping their children. Gosselin and Wilkinson's representatives had reportedly not returned calls for comment when contacted by Shuter.

RADARONLINE: One of Kate Gosselin's fiercest critics has just received a hard lesson that the reality star does not forgive or forget those who attack her.
Robert Hoffman, author of the stinging e-book Kate Gosselin How She Fooled the World, got a big surprise Monday afternoon: all of the posts on his anti-Kate web site are gone!

"I honestly don't know anything yet (about the situation)," Hoffman told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview, adding that he was "waiting for an explanation." (The posts were removed at some point between Monday morning and late afternoon.)
Hoffman had previously been silenced by two top law firms who succeeded in getting Amazon to remove his e-book from sale. The book contains reams of material found on Kate's computer hard drive, which Hoffman told Radar he obtained from her trash.

In recent weeks, he has charged that she has been physically violent toward her children, detailed her seemingly endless quest for free products, accused her of using her children to achieve personal fame, stated flat out that Jon Gosselin — his friend — is the better parent, and admitted to calling Child Protective Services on the mom of eight. Now all of the material on his web site has been removed and Hoffman tells Radar, "…it would appear that the lawyers are at it again."

He revealed he received this message at the top of his account page: "We have received a DMCA complaint for one or more of your blogs. Emails with the details were sent to you and all affected posts have been reset to "Draft" status (you may find them by selecting "Drafts" on the "Edit posts" page for each of the affected blogs). You may re-publish the posts with the offending content and/or link(s) removed. If you believe you have the rights to post this content, you can file a counter-claim with us."

Hoffman says he never received any emails from Google or any other entity. The email directed him to Google's policy on removing content. The prestigious Washington, D.C. law firm of Williams & Connolly has represented TLC's parent company Discovery in the legal fray over the e-book and the top-not LA firm Lavely & Singer also teamed up against Hoffman and is believed to be representing Kate. It seems that one of the firms went around Hoffman -- after putting him on notice -- and succeeded in having his material officially removed for now.

The last post Hoffman put up was about spending a night with Jon, his children and his girlfriend and extolled his parenting skills with a scathing comparison to Kate’s. Hoffman claims he has more damaging info on Kate that he will release at a later date. But for now at least, it appears that Kate has succeeded in wiping him off the web.

EXAMINER.COM: Former Dancing with the Stars contestant and reality television personality Kate Gosselin wasn't holding onto any sour grapes on Monday night when she live journaled her commentary about the show via Twitter.

Kate appeared on the tenth season of Dancing with the Stars in 2010. Kate and her dancing partner Tony Dovolani were eliminated in the fifth week. She wasn't asked to appear on this season's All Stars show however. In early August, Kate wrote a piece on CouponCabin about this season's Dancing with the Stars All Stars. She recalled feeling nervous and out of place on the show. Kate also praised Pamela Anderson for returning to the All Stars edition this year. Kate described Pamela as "so talented", suggesting the pair became friends during the season they were on together. She wrote about how she and Pamela bonded over motherhood.Kate did not mention the snub in not being asked participate in the All Stars cast however.

Kate's friend Pamela Anderson was the first to get kicked off this season's All Stars. Monday night Kate seemed to put all of that behind her, as she described sitting next to her children to watch Dancing with the Stars All Stars while she live-tweeted her reactions.

Kate tweeted early into the show, "Watching #DWTS with 2 major fans...Mady&Cara! :) Wow! I'm so impressed with All Stars season!You ALL rock!"

Kate also said that Mady was the most happy sitting next to her mom, watching her favorite show. She said that Mady and Cara were "most fond of Shawn and Derek, but it's sooo hard to choose!"

Kate also said that Mady called DWTS judge Len Goodman, "old."

"The most pure and genuine kind of love & affection," Liz Jannetta tweeted last weekend, showing one of Jon's daughters hugging a pit bull.

The photo immediately sparked outrage among some of her followers because of the dog's stereotype of being aggressive and unsafe around children, so Liz followed up by saying, "My kids r around pitbulls every day.. Frm Dobies, to German Shepherds to Rottweiler, now Pits- the desire 2 blame wil nvr fade."
Liz then posted another photo of one of Jon's sons with the pit bull and wrote, "Photography enables such devotion and feeling… <3 these two."

"Some nine-plus years ago, I started CouponCabin with the thought of creating a single website that had all the best coupons . . . no gimmicks, no fluff, just a site that was easy to use and that had great deals," founder Scott Kluth wrote. "A series of recent events have made it clear to me that Kate Gosselin and her contributions do not align with the authenticity which we set out to build almost a decade ago, and that Ms. Gosselin is simply not a good fit with the wonderful team and culture at CouponCabin."

Concluded Kluth, "We wish Kate, her family and her support staff all the best."

Kate Gosselin sure loves the cameras! The former TLC reality star, 37, made her first-ever appearance at New York Fashion Week when she walked in the "Real Fashion, Real Women" runway show at the Empire Hotel September 12. The event was held on behalf of Bottomless Closet, an organization that helps disadvantaged women become more self-sufficient.

"I love supporting causes that make a huge difference in women's lives!" the single mother-of-eight tweeted prior to strutting her stuff on the catwalk. Looking tanned as ever, the one-time Dancing With the Stars competitor glided down the runway in a draped white dress with silver embellishments. Gosselin's blonde hair was curled and hung loose below her shoulders. Real Housewives of New York City star Aviva Drescher also participated in the fashion show. Despite Gosselin's sometimes polarizing persona, the show's host and organizer, Derek Warburton, told the Huffington Post she was "so nice, sweet and accommodating and cool" when they approached her to model.

Of course, once news of Gosselin's participation was leaked, the organization received strong criticism via Twitter.

"We have all been in Twitter wars about Kate," Warburton said. "They were attacking us for having her in the show. I responded saying, 'Listen, we are not paying her. She is doing this out of the goodness of her heart.' What's remarkable is every time we get a nasty tweet about Kate, she writes and apologizes. She doesn't care about the haters, but she cares about us, the charity. She must have apologized to me five times for what people say about her."

"Kate had no idea the backlash she would get for posting an innocent picture," a friend of Kate's tells me. "Her show hasn't been on TV for a while, and it's amazing how much response she still gets."

That response was evident during New York Fashion Week, Sept. 6-13, when she participated in a show to benefit the charity Bottomless Closet. Shortly after it was announced Gosselin would appear, the hate tweets started. But the show's organizers chose to ignore them.

"I feel so blessed," organizer Derek Warburton told me after the show. "I am going to be able to take this and help so many people on a massive scale because of Kate's involvement. I must have cried 10 times over the last few days."

"I don't pay any attention to it [the haters]," Gosselin told me in New York. "I'm happy to be helping out and just hope I don't fall on my you-know-what."

Examiner.com: Reality TV star Kate Gosselin showed off her toned runner's legs while making an appearance at the BlogHer 2012 conference in New York City on Aug. 3. Gosselin, 37, was at the event to promote the website CouponCabin, for which she blogs and races. Kate, who completed a three-mile run in Chicago last month on behalf of CouponCabin, will participate in a 5K race in September to benefit the Special Olympics and has hinted she may run the New York City Marathon this fall.

The previously sedentary Kate, who never worked out regularly until 2006, has dramatically reshaped her body since she began running in 2008. Just two years later, the blonde mom of eight, who once couldn't run for more than five minutes without stopping, soon began logging 5-10 miles a day.

Kate Gosselin ran the Rock 'n' Roll Mini Marathon in Chicago on Sunday with her Coupon Cabin co-workers. The mother of eight finished the three-mile race in 29 minutes, 54 seconds.

An avid runner, Gosselin referred to the event as a “fun run” and a good way for her to spend some time with her co-workers. Kate, 37, finished 184th out of 1,126 total runners and 94th out of the 763 women running. Oddly, Kate's hometown on the marathon's official website is listed as Beverly Hills, California. EXAMINER.COM: Former reality TV star Kate Gosselin, who recently completed her first full marathon, will run a 5K race in Wyomissing, Pa., this fall to benefit the Special Olympics.

In a radio interview with Y102 (Reading, Pa.) hosts Scott St. John and Jackie Hoffman, Gosselin revealed she has a stacked schedule in the coming months. "I do a lot of different runs, and what better run to do than a local one that benefits a great cause?" Kate said of the Y102 'Yes I Can' 5K, which takes place in Grings Mill park in Wyomissing, Pa., on Sept. 8.

Gosselin, who set a personal best time at the San Diego Rock 'n' Roll half-marathon last month, says anyone can become a runner if they try.The mom of eight, who had never worked out regularly until 2006, is in the best shape of her life now, thanks to daily runs and strength-training. "Any parent that's a runner, you wind up with a few [kids] that are interested in it," says Kate. "I'm very into nutrition and fitness, so the kids and I started running together. They are very encouraging to me. They used to ask me when they got off the school bus, 'How many miles did you run?' It really helps to have a group of people encouraging you."

While Gosselin wouldn't reveal exactly which races she'll participate in (could the NYC Marathon be in the cards?), she has a full schedule this fall, including a full marathon, a 1/2 marathon and a 10k race, all within a four-week period. "If you make the time to exercise or run, it is possible (to get in shape)," she says. "People shouldn't give up on themselves." People.com: Three years after his headline making,acrominious divorce, Jon Gosselin says he and Kate are getting along now – and he's sorry for the way he behaved post-split, he tells PEOPLE in a new interview.

"I am sorry, because I did stuff I wouldn't want done to me," he says, referring to the steady stream of women he dated after their split.

He also accepts his share of responsibility for the divorce. "I was passive-aggressive," he says. "Then I'd get mad, but I was the one who wasn't communicating." Now, he says, times have changed.

"I'll call [Kate] up and say, 'Mady's sick. What do I do?' And she'll tell me," he says. "She's a great Mom. We just have different parenting styles."

Gosselin, 35, moved back to Berks County, Pa., in 2011 after two years of bouncing around the country. He recently took a new job as director of sales and promotions for Gameface Int. and started dating single mom Liz Jannetta, 27. Time – and therapy – has given him a different perspective on things, he says.

"I used to talk Rabbi Shmuley Boteach (Michael Jackson's rabbi) a lot when I lived in New York," he says. "He said, 'There are two things you can do with your fame – sell out or take it and use it for good.' I didn't grasp that at the time."

Now he does. Which is why he says he'd consider a return to the entertainment world, but only for the right gig.

"I've been offered a lot of stuff," he says. "Crazy stuff. It wasn't the right fit, then or now. I don't want [my kids] thinking I take every show just to make a buck."

The crowd of runners in this race is huge (1,700!), and they all kind of blend together at certain points, but I was able to pick out Kate. God bless that woman for the sheer fact she has the stamina to do this race. It's on the top 10 list of hardest small town races in the country, with a killer hill at the end. She was holding her own in that race -- not just using her celebrity, she was using her muscles and sweat.

We cheered her on twice, on her way by and then later on her way back as she headed toward that final evil point called Gallows Hill. She didn't just blindly wave, but totally made a point to seek out our faces when she heard our cheering, and smiled and waved both times. And here in small town Connecticut where celebrities are commonplace and this race is really about running -- not reality TV -- those sitting nearby didn't even give her a second glance.

Big Girl was thrilled to see someone who she has watched on TV for a while, which made the adventure worth it. And I was inspired to see her run, believe it or not -- as someone who would like to get in shape, it's always good to find a little inspiration somewhere, especially from Kate, who once said that moms "get a pass" on their appearances until all their young children are in school. That one statement took a lot of my "the twins are 2 and I still have baby weight and feel unfashionable" guilt away when I read it last year. Thank you, Kate!

RadarOneline.com: Kate Gosselin's event on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship has been canceled because of poor turnout and low ticket sales. The mother of eight was supposed to set sail from August 12 to August 19 at a rate of $1,900-$3,175 per ticket, but it's no longer happening and all cruise-goers have been fully refunded.
"Yes, that event has been canceled. We just didn't get the turnout that we desired and mutually we agreed that if we didn't get it, we would cancel," President of Luxury Cruises, who merged with the company originally organizing the event, Alice Travel, exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

"All ticket purchasers have been notified and everyone has been refunded. LearnVest sat down with the reality mom to get her take on allowances, budgets and how she affords groceries for herself and eight mouths (plus a dog!). Not to mention the three questions she always asks before making any purchase.

What would you say are the most financially challenging aspects of parenthood?

With eight kids, I can’t think of any aspects that aren’t challenging! It’s very unnerving to know that I am the major breadwinner for a family of nine and one dog. If I had to list some of the most challenging aspects, it would be saving for college, which is still a few years away. But it’s tough that even clothing, shoes, food, shelter and recreation are always multiplied by eight. For example, a few weeks ago I had to buy clown wigs for each of my 7-year-olds for a school program, and it cost me $65. Nothing is a small purchase in our home.

What are some ways you stick to your grocery budget, especially when you’re tempted by impulse purchases?

An impulse purchase is okay once in a while for everyone. I just ask myself three questions. First, is this a good buy? Second, if I leave the store without this purchase, will I be sorry? Third, is this a need or a want? It should be a “need.” If I pass the test on all three, chances are, it fits my budget and I’ll buy it.

As a mom, you probably understand that it can be tough to make ends meet. What are some strategies you rely on to make shopping and financial decisions?

I try to buy for the long run. In other words, I can buy cheap backpacks and lunch boxes for school each year, or I can buy a better brand for $10 more each and use them for two consecutive school years. In the end, if I do that I’ve saved. I use that strategy with winter coats and boots, too. I buy a bigger size and use them for two years each. I also have coats and snow boot purchases scheduled on alternating years so that I don’t go into debt when winter comes.

Jon Gosselin seems to be behind on his child support payments to his ex-wife Kate Gosselin again.

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 reality star dad has eight children that he is required to support by law in Pennsylavnia, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that he owes $3557.06 in child support payments. The Pennsylvania Department of Child Welfare has the outstanding amount listed on their PA Child Support Program website, calling out the thousands of dollars he owes.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported Kate seemed blindsided by the fact that Jon was going to go back to court for non-payment of child support after a Twitter follower alerted her. “I don't know if he's going to court but wouldn't surprise me.... How do you know this stuff?!?” the former Kate Plus 8 star wrote but quickly stopped engaging the follower, writing: “Woah....I'm not allowed to talk about orders from the court.…" Since ending her reality show Kate has been working as a blogger for CouponCabin.com while Jon has been working in construction to support their children. They have a contentious relationship, but if Jon owes back child support to Kate a new court battle could be their most explosive meeting in a while.

1. The children have two parents who while they may make different choices than the mainstream, both care about their children.
2. They have all of their needs met, food, shelter, educational, etc which is not an easy feat.
3. They have had opportunities to travel, to learn to experience things.
4. None has a severe handicap or illness
5. They are being taught to be independent and to work as a team.
6. They are being taught to help others
7. They have had a lot of opportunity to learn about the television industry as well as others that might open up career possibilities for them later on.
8. They have college funds
9. Kate is teaching them to be strong and independent and that you have to go after what you want
10. They aren't deprived of the presence of either parent
11. They have good child care arrangements when neither parent is available.
12. They eat a healthy diet and get opportunities to play outside

No their life isn't perfect, but I think it gives kids a disservice to try and create a perfect world for them because then they are grossly unprepared to deal with the real one when they grow up. I've seen that happen and it isn't pretty. Yes, they face adversities, but I believe everyone has one kind or another and they are in a good position to thrive despite them..........

Hello Gosselin Fans! I know it's been a long time since I have written on a personal level. While I have may have been dealt a devastating blow in my personal life, I've been blessed professionally that has kept me away from a site that I love and have dedicated 4 years to. Recently a site that I have spent a HUGE amount over the years, EMtannerDesigns, has decided NOT to take the high road and attack the person that single handily blew up her site..Kate Gosselin. Bottom line is, EM's site became successful because her items were on a hugely successful show. While Jon & Kate was on the air, the first few years EM linked the part of the episode that showcased her plates on You Tube. She sent the Gosselins both plates and T-shirts in exchange for advertising on the show. Kate said several times the name of the designer, and even EM has stated many times in the past that thanks to the show her site had become hugely popular.

The fact that this woman has made hundreds of dollars off me alone BECAUSE I'm such a Kate fan then uses the comments made by Kate to attack her publicly and get psycho followers like that "blogging lawyer nut from 15 minues nut" is disappointing and upsetting. Anyone that purchased during those first 2 years did so BECAUSE OF THE SHOW. Em charges $150 for a large dry erase "Kate" calendar! Regardless of the fact that Kate's name was not mentioned, it was called the "Kate Calendar" for a reason. Other companies that sell EM Tanner DO use the Kate "as seen on TV." So it's basically a case of EMTanner Designs becoming a huge site thanks to a show, and now that the show isn't on anymore, lets trash her and get haters on board for a whole new set of customers!! I'm disgusted by the site and will not purchase one more thing from them. Back in the day if you remember I heavily advertised the site here on my blog. I bought her over-priced products that I could have gotten elsewhere only because she had her items on Kate's show. And for the record, 2 washes of the dress in the above photo and the logo cracked off in the wash. So don't waste your money, and don't buy from a company that has an owner that says the crap that that she said below. Your a complete FAIL EMTANNER DESIGNS! XOXOBM
