Greetings All,
I've got my hands on a MT 250 spool gun (Esab PN 36779) for use with a MigMaster 251 and it seems that the setup requires an adapter (Esab PN 36695). Unfortunately, the adapter is no longer available. I am attempting to wire the spool gun into the MigMaster 251 and it seems like a fairly basic hookup: Gas, power for the arc and an 8 pin connector which has 24 volts for the motor, the trip wiring for the trigger and three wires that go the the wire speed control. I am trying...
Upon inspection, gas solenoid is good but there is a burned component on the board. (See pics)
Does anyone have a fully functional SP175 plus that could take a look at their circuit board and tell me the numbers on the notes component? That way I can replace the component.
Won a cutting set from a auction because I have been wanting one. But I’ve got a durango(suv) and usually when refilling my argon i just strap it into the trunk because there’s 2 tie down points on both sides (4 total) that i can send a ratchet strap across the whole bottle and basically pull it against the wheel well with 2 tie down points on a side . I just want to know if I will be safe as long as i don’t...
I cut some small pieces out of scrap with a hand shear, made a small sample and left it on the shop manager's desk to show that it could be TIG welded. I had completely forgotten about the sample, then they brought me this to TIG weld.
