Describe your major complaint and what was done to correct our problem prior to seeing Dr. Thomas?

I had back and neck pain. My left arm would fall asleep due to neck pain and tension. I had seen a neurologist and received and MRI and Echo tests. Medicine was the way to relieve my pain.

How long have you been suffering from this condition and how did this affect your life?

Three years. I do a lot of driving and at times it would become very difficult to get through the day.

How did you hear about Dr. Thomas?

My wife.

Has your problem been helped by chiropractic? How has your life improved?

Yes. My arm has not fallen asleep since seeing Dr. Thomas. I sleep better and very rarely have any back or neck pain.

Describe your major complaint and what was being done to correct your problem prior to seeing Dr. Williams:

I thought my gluteus maximus was pulled. I couldn’t sleep, stand, walk, get in and out of a car without a muscle spasm. The only thing that was being done was to take a muscle relaxer. I don’t like taking medications.

How long have you been suffering from your condition and how did it affect your life?

This was going on for a few months. I was in very severe pain for 2 full months prior to finally getting over my fear of chiropractic and actually making an appointment.

Has your problem been helped by chiropractic, and how has this affected your life?

Yes Yes Yes! It has helped me become me again! After the first few visits and one week, I was able to sleep again! No muscle spasms. My goal was to be able to flyand walk through airpirts 4 weeks after my first appointment. I was more than ready to do that. Now I am losing weight and able to exercise. I am able to walk 2 miles again and wake up with a smile. Dr. Thomas has helped me get my life back. I will never be able to repay him for all that he has done. Thanks Dr. T!
