The FDA proposes that:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;• Products with acetaminophen, such as Tylenol, include warnings for liver toxicity, particularly when used in high doses, with other acetaminophen products or with 3 or more drinks of alcohol a day.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;• Over-the-counter NSAIDs (short for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) include warnings for stomach bleeding in people over 60; those who have had ulcers, take a blood thinner or more than one NSAID; or those who take them with alcohol or longer than directed.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Attention focused on their risks in 2004 when prescription NSAID Vioxx was withdrawn because of heart attack and stroke risk. Last year, the FDA sought a warning on prescription NSAID Celebrex for cardiovascular and stomach risks.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;An FDA advisory panel in 2002 said over-the-counter NSAIDs should have stronger warnings about stomach bleeding.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;To help consumers track their consumption, the FDA also wants "acetaminophen" or "NSAID" to be prominent on the package. Consumers taking a pain reliever may not know that a cold medication, for example, also contains the ingredient.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Because over-the-counter NSAIDs are usually taken at lower doses and for less time than prescription NSAIDs, their cardiovascular risk is low, says the FDA's Charles Ganley, head of non-prescription drugs. The warnings don't stem from new data regarding health risks and NSAIDs, Ganley says. &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;But he added there may be increasing evidence of liver risks with acetaminophen. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;A study published last year in &lt;i&gt;Hepatology &lt;/i&gt;concluded that liver damage caused by acetaminophen exceeded other causes of U.S. drug-induced acute liver failure, but that most of the cases stemmed from accidental overdoses or suicide attempts. About 100 people in the &lt;st1:country-region st="on"&gt;&lt;st1:place st="on"&gt;USA&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:country-region&gt; die each year after accidental acetaminophen overdoses, the FDA says.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;PRODUCTS AFFECTED :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;The FDA's proposal will affect hundreds of&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;over-the-counter products. It is often associated with gastro-esophageal reflux.”&lt;/i&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Heartburn occurs when the muscles at the end of your esophagus are not closed tightly after food has moved into the stomach.&lt;span style=""&gt;   &lt;/span&gt;This allows the acid contents of the stomach to flow back, or reflux, into the esophagus and irritate it. &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;When this problem is not corrected or treated, it will deteriorate to a chronic stage called gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) that could damage your esophagus, and turn cancerous.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;Here are 4&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;tips that could help alleviate heartburn.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;They are simple and easy steps to take on, but they are also easy to be ignored or taken for granted.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Eat slowly &amp;amp; take time to eat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Observe how you eat.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Do you finish eating in 5 minutes or do you really chew your food?&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Eating too fast has a tendency to overeat and swallow in more air which add volume to your stomach. &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;A full stomach relaxes the lower esophagus sphincter so much so that stomach acid is able to seep up the esophagus causing irritation.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Go for tea:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;It is best not to have caffeinated drinks after meals.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Caffeine helps relaxes the lower esophagus as well and allow stomach acid to travel up the esophagus.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -0.25in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Sit upright after meals:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Sleeping or even lying down horizontally immediately after meals will also allow hydrochloric acid from your stomach to flow back up to the esophagus.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;It is best to sit in an upward position after meals or take a walk which would help your digestion process.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -0.25in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Loose clothing:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Wearing tight fitting clothes and tight belts may force stomach acid up the esophagus too.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Wearing comfortable clothing will help enhance your proper circulation in your body.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; Inflammation (presence of irritants/foreign elements in the body) is the earliest stage of illnesses, whereby the body’s immune system and eliminative channels are weakened and cannot cope with its normal functions.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Your health could further deteriorate if not treated.&lt;span style=""&gt;   &lt;/span&gt;Irritants are caused by poor diets, chemicals exposure, built-up of wastes, emotional stress, medication, fatigue, lack of exercise, etc&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;2.&lt;span style=""&gt;         &lt;/span&gt;Healing signs:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Iridology gives a reliable and quick confirmation on the effectiveness of treatment used.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;When a choice of therapy is working, healing lines can be seen in the iris. Iridology can tell when healing crisis is approaching.    &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Within 10 minutes, iridology can determine the overall health level of a person from the markings and patterns of both iris.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;An experienced iridologist can tell if there is any congestion in any part of the body systems, nerve force condition, exact location of  weaknesses in any organs,  the person’s diet, lifestyle and attitudes in relation to health.&lt;span style=""&gt; Each part represents an area of your life of the whole (your personal energy system) called wellness.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;These 12 parts offer an integrated overall picture of human life functions, as various forms of energy that would affect your sense of well being and health.    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Rate each part on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being the lowest level which needs immediate attention and 5 being at optimal level.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Now chart your Wellness Wheel. &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Which spoke rate the lowest? Can your wheel roll? &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Are you happy with your results?&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;People with 4-5s are the ones living life happily in general, facing the direction of wellness and life. On the other hand, those who have lots of 1s or 2s are normally lack confidence. &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;The shortest spokes are the areas you have neglected recently. &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;You may want to find a confidante or seek professional support to attend to certain area(s) of your life. From this exercise, you can see which area you need to work on first.&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Do not be unduly worried if your wheel has more short spokes now.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;The good news is: the wellness wheel is an ever changing guide.   &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;The energy you received from all that surrounds you,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;and/or &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;with whoever and whatever you come in contact, impacts you, gets altered within you, and is then &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;It provides a complete overall scenario of how balance your life is - holistically.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;It also serves as a guide in the directions you want to live your life.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; Oh yes, they did try.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;To have a  lasting changes in lifestyle, you need a plan. Unfortunately, not everybody really, really wants to be healthy.  "What do you mean?" you may ask.  If you look carefully, you may recall saying phrases like :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; “I want, I wish, I like to BUT…”&lt;br /&gt; “I know BUT   .. .”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Consider that when you have such conversations,  most of the time you do not want and unwilling to do what it takes to Be what you want to Be.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The following  questions, act as stimulators,  will help you to see where you are now and what you can do make your first step towards health and wellness in your life.  Remember, its your body and your  life. Only you are responsible and accountable for it, no one else does.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Are you ready to be responsible for your own well-being, your body and your life?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Are you willing to face up to your current condition?
