Wow a lot of news for someone who's not online much anymore lol.
First of all, Treasured Scraps
is having it's anniversary sale this weekend. The store has come together to have a storewide sale, everything 25% off or better. In fact, my sale is much better, but I'm having a brain fart to how much I've signed up for, (maybe 70% or something) but it IS better than the 50% everything is on sale for right now. So make sure you check it out this weekend.
But also, we've made a tagger kit collab and a CU grab bag for this occasion. I didn't have time for the CU part, but I did manage to make a kit. Not too bad for a quick kit I think.

The kit is huge as it was, 125 elements, but with the extras...well it was way too big lol, so you get the extras. I made them, might as well share, right?

New PTU kit ~ Stefan - Inspired by The Vampire Diaries, a free desktop background and a sale

Well I managed to get my newest Vampire Diaries inspired kit, entitled, 'Stefan' up in one of my stores. The rest to follow as soon as I can get some time.
It's a tagger sized only kit with 24 papers and 78 elements. The regular price for the kit will be $2.50 BUT I have it on special until the end of the month for only $1.00!!!! I'm also having a 50% off sale on the rest of my items.

I also have a little gift for you. Its a desktop background I made with elements from the kit. One has Stefan's name on it, the other does not. They are in PSD format so you can easily add a picture in the frame. It is made for a wide screen computer. I can't remember the size at the moment (i know my bad) but I believe it's 1680x1020 or something like that. As long as you have a widescreen, it should fit, should, no guarantees *wink*

Just an update

I am still officially offline as of now and not sure when I will be back. But that doesn't mean I'm not working, because I have been.
Right now I'm using the library computers, so I can't upload any kits to my stores, but I do have a finished one that I will upload as soon as my MIL gets hers back up and running (If she ever calls them to fix it)
It is my second kit in my Vampire Diaries collection, called Stefan. I even made a desktop background with it that I will be giving away for free, as soon as I can.
As for my next kit, I'm kinda in between. Really I should be going in a logical order, so the next one would be called Elena, but I think the Katherine one is gonna end up finished before that because it's inspired me more, ya cause shes a bad girl I guess lol.
So while Im officially away, I am still at home playing when I can. Hopefully things will work out for me sooner, rather than later.

A Sale and a note

First off, I am having a 60% sale for the whole summer at all of my stores.

Secondly, I will be offline for some time and I'm not sure when I will be back.

New tuts and tags with my kits! Also, more kit news and sales!

I have a few tags and tuts to share. Most are from my most recent "Damon" kit. But I also have a tut with a kit that is part of a store collab called "Funky Fresh"
You can get this kit free with any $10 purchase at Stargazer Scraps, along with kits from several other awesome designers.
If you can't swing that. This kit will be released separately in a couple of weeks. Just keep an eye on this blog for the announcement.
Oh and I will have a new kit on sale on the 6th. It is a starving artist kit. I will post more about it tomorrow. I'M BACK!!! he he he
And also, many of my stores will be having HUGE sales this weekend. Saturday is National digital scrapping day or something like that. Honestly I forget *blush* BUT BUT BUT Sunday is Mother's day and I did remember that lol. So there will be huge sales that I will be a part of. I will post more maybe tomorrow or Friday about it.

Now, on to the tag and tuts.

This first tutorial was done by Bev from HorsePlay's Pasture.
I have loved her tuts and templates for so long, it was an honor to have her work with one of my kits.

This next tag was done by me. I haven't done much tagging lately, but I definitely couldn't pass trying out my kit.
I would have liked to have used pictures from The Vampire Diaries, but I know some people don't believe that is copyright compliant. I have spoken to people involved with the show on twitter, (executive producer), and they assured me, that as long as you are not claiming as yours or using any photos as a way to make money, then they have no real problems with people using photos for personal use. But, I didn't want to start anything, so I didn't.
The art of Anna Marine went with this kit very, very well.

This next tag is from one of my CT members, Felinesrus. I'm so glad she has stayed with me while my mojo ran away.
(sorry it's too wide for the blog, I couldn't get it to look right to resize it for the web)

These next 2 are from another CT member, Dawdy. I am so happy she stuck by me as well.

This next tut was done using the kit I mentioned above, Funky Fresh. Thanks to Dianna from Di Before Dawn tutorials for working with it!

New PTU Kit ~ Damon, freebie add on and a sale

I am back with a brand new kit!
It's a kit inspired by the TV show The Vampire Diaries, which is my new addiction and guilty pleasure.
My first kit had to be dedicated to Damon, that hot, sexy, unstable Salvatore brother.
Yes, I am Team Damon forever! lol.
In fact, I have also taken to writing TVD fan fiction. But that's a story for a different blog lol.
This kit is tagger size only, 72 DPI. It has 21 papers and 69 elements. The papers are all 800 x 800.
It's full of goodies you would expect, such as crows, blood splatters, wings, buttons, black roses (from the books), bloody frames etc, but also some special fog filled frames.
If you're Team Damon you definitely can't be without this kit!

The regular price is $2.50 but for the month of April you can grab it for only $1.75!!!

New PTU Kit ~ Friends of the Sea

Well this isn't really a new kit. It's actually an older kit I made a long while ago for a charity collab. But I was searching through my files and found it and thought maybe I could sell it since the collab is no longer for sale. I think it's such a cute little kit and I worked hard on it, so why not, right?
I'm selling it for $2 at all my stores. It only comes in tagger size.
There are 16 papers and 37 elements in all.
I think I'm going to be running a sale this week, so keep an eye out here to see what I decide on.

New CU Textured Flower Overlays

I have created some Commercial use textured overlays I am selling in my stores.
They are all from beautiful flowers I have taken photos of. My mother in law has a beautiful garden and I love taking photos of the flowers. Hurry up Spring lol.
There are 10 in this package, all 3600X3600 and at 300 DPI.

New PTU kit ~ At the Pool Hall and a Pre-Christmas sale!

Wow it's been way too long since I could say I've made a new kit, but I have!
I actually started it many months ago but my mojo had flown away. I can't say its back, but it seems to sorta be lol.
It's tagger sized with 28 papers and 76 elements, called At the Pool Hall.
I'm actually proud of the pool table shaped frame I made, especially since I was VERY rusty in PSP and PS. I couldn't believe how much I had forgotten in the past few month....ok, nevermind my rambling lol. The wordart is pretty cool too...IMHO lol.
Anyways, before I post a preview, I am also having a pre-Christmas sale on pretty much everything in my stores...50% off. From now until December 19th.

CU4CU Nature Mix 1 & 2

I know it's been awhile since I created anything new, but I've been having a creative block.
I got a new (new to me) camera and began taking pictures of flowers and things. It's a shame that they are only in 72 DPI, but that's prefect for taggers!
So I created these 2 packs so far, with flowers and leaves.
They are large sized and high quality, but like I said, not good for printing, but perfect for online use.
I hand extracted every one of these, I dont like when they have a dark edge to them.
Drop shadows are for preview purposes only.

New PTU kit ~ Kupid Kitty

Wow i got this kit done that was due and in time too LOL.
This kit was made for the starving artist store train.
If you recall, i did this once before with my My Colorful World kit.
There are MANY designers who have also have made kits with the same palette and they are located in several different stores.
All tagger kits are $2 each and full are $3, though my kit is in tagger size only this time because of time constraints.
I also have some tags but i dont have the time to post them, so i might be back later today or tomorrow to post them.

I went with the kitty theme again, this time for Valentine's day!
And there might be more kitty kits in the planning teehee.
This kit will be $2 until Feb 16th...or is it 15th, i dont remember lol

New PTU kit ~ Long Distance Love

Im sorry its been awhile since i posted anything new but my life has been busy and hectic as of late.
Im sure its boring so i wont bother you with rambling like usual LOL!
My new kit is called Long Distance Love.
A great kit for anyone who has ever had to love someone from afar.
It comes in tagger size only though.

I have yet to get everything into the store as its a very long process, but im working on it little by little. Hopefully it will all be done soon.
I do have a deadline for a kit though, so i have to get that done first and foremost.

BUT, i have been very busy and very behind on posting these tags made for me.
So instead of keep putting it off i will post them now.
Unfortunately some are Xmas and too late, but its not too late to buy the full size version to scrap those Xmas photos teehee.

I have been super busy with blinkie orders the past couple weeks.
